Over the past couple of years as I have put all the pieces of this ridiculous oppressive BS together, I have tried to view this as an opportunity as opposed to a burden or hindrance in my life. My older brother basically relayed the same message to me a while back. Although our thoughts on what this opportunity is may differ a little bit, I do agree with his opinion. I have been presented with something that on the surface is awkward and a bit embarrassing and would have certainly been easier to move on and start over. Yet the more I think about this opportunity it embodies so much of what I bitch about regularly. Big business, the wealthy, and the government have a different set of rules that they follow as opposed to the laws and rules that govern the common people. Maybe a better way of saying that is the rules/laws that most people are held to are not upheld to those that have money or are in positions of power, or in my case, those that have access to people in positions of power. Regardless, this is an opportunity for me to challenge the “blatant hypocrisy of the elite” that has long been an issue for me.
I believe:
- Some weak individuals used a 2-year-old female toddler to implement a “legal investigation” against me.
- This investigation was never intended to see the inside of a courtroom but was instead used as a “protective umbrella” for a smear campaign that has literally touched every aspect of my life for years.
- When I figured it all out and questioned their actions, I was fired and offered a pittance of a severance.
- The reason the severance was a small amount was due to the fact that I did not have a harassment case against the company. Keep in mind that I had talked to two harassment attorneys.
- The harassment attorneys were unwilling/unable to help me due to the ongoing “legal investigation”.
- If a fair amount was offered in the severance, it would have required the company board approval.
- The board was unaware of the extent of the years of nefarious oppressive actions, and that the CEO and General Counsel were not willing to convey this information to the board of the company.
- When I wrote a letter to each member of the board of the company outlining the extent of the behavior that the CEO and General Counsel were both aware of and involved in, I was targeted in a way that affected my physical wellbeing.
- This ordeal has used United States Federal funding (your tax dollars) as well as Federal law enforcement/investigative assistance.
- I am not the only person that has been through something like this.
- Those involved/behind these situations are completely content with bypassing the judicial system that was created to protect the average American citizen.
- The above statements show there really isn’t much separating the United States of today from North Korea.
To be clear, I am not pursuing this for monetary reasons. If I were to receive money as a result of some kind of lawsuit that would just be the proverbial icing on the cake. Besides, this whole ridiculousness is likely reaching the statute of limitations (if that point hasn’t already passed). However, there is no statute of limitations for exposing a couple of megalomaniac cowards for their illegal and nefarious actions. As I laid out before, my intentions are to expose all of this. I believe actions like these have been taken against other US citizens and these types of actions will continue unless/until they are exposed and forced to stop. I believe there are times in everyone’s life where we have to decide if we want to be part of the herd or part of the heard. I have never been much of a herd follower anyway.
I think most of us have been bullied at some point in our lives. I used to be bullied in high school. I was a little guy. I didn’t stand up to the bullies. Instead, I tried to avoid areas or situations that would allow the bullying to happen. I really wish I had punched them in the mouth and taken an ass whipping, but I didn’t. As I got older, I have stood up for myself much more and have not been afraid to speak my mind regardless of the position or title of the opposition. I am not saying that I have gone out of my way to be a maverick or be insubordinate, but I will say what I feel needs to be said.
We live in a society of followers. I could argue that, as Americans, we are groomed to be this way to some extent. After all, our country is one of consumerism. If consumers don’t buy crap, growth slows, and we enter an economic recession. Thus, the argument is that we are dependent on someone else to produce something for us to buy in order for our economy to grow, and often we are influenced to buy said items. Amazon and Wal-Mart are behemoth companies because of this. As a society, we are influenced, and always have been. Media, TV commercials, and propaganda have been part of my life as long as I can remember. However, with today’s technology instant news feeds through a plethora of online and social platforms we are bombarded with ads, blurbs, tweets/X’s, Facebook posts, snapchat shorts etc. Many young people aspire to be an influencer or vlogger. All of this has led to a lack of free thinking or being able to make one’s own decisions. The biggest problem with this is that perception and reality are often misconstrued.
There is a term called opposition research. On the surface opposition research sounds fairly benign and self-explanatory. Where a person or team would research their opposition in order to verify or dispute anything in their past. I believe it originally started with the political action type entities and was very heavily used around election times when someone wanted to vet their competition. As things progressed this went from vetting to “digging up dirt” on an opponent and twisting or contorting the facts to fit a narrative. This type of behavior has become so pervasive that it is now part of the fabric of our country. I use twitter as my only source of social media. Most of my twitter use is concentrated on following a few people for investment purposes. However, my general twitter feed will have all sorts of unrelated stuff in it. It amazes me how many people have embraced this behavior. Our president and commander in chief is brutally mocked for falling down stairs or drifting off in conversation. I didn’t vote for the guy and my views don’t align with his or his parties for the most part. However, he is still our president. The same thing can be said for anything Donald Trump related. It seems people either hate him or love him, and the tweets seem to prove that. I am sure other media/social media sites are the same. My point with all of this is that many people either never learned how to or have forgotten how to think for themselves. They believe it or don’t believe it simply because some influencer or someone they follow said so, or they outright dispute it because it came from someone they oppose. As a society we have lost the ability to think freely. With what I have been through, I can tell you that if you piss off the wrong people, this type of opposition research chicken shit is not reserved for politicians, potential elected officials, or popular people. LEARN TO THINK FOR YOURSELF.
