One year ago today, I was stumbling around, a bit incoherent and had no balance. I was thinking I had a severe case of food poisoning. My condition lasted for the better part of a week, and I had a few lingering issues for several weeks. I had just written a letter to the board of an electric cooperative where I was previously employed outlining what I thought were some serious concerns. To this day, I wake up most mornings with brain fog and head pressure and the feeling that I have clenched my jaw all night to the point my head would explode. This could simply be normal based on the issue I had a year ago. I honestly believe it is more insidious and has to do with neural/remote monitoring. I obviously do not believe my initial issue with my head as well as a number of other things that have transpired since were the result of natural causes.
Based on some conversations I have had recently; I have concluded that everything I have been rambling about on my blog and in conversations with people for a while has some of you confused. Stepping back, I can understand that. Having had my life turned upside down for the last several years, I sometimes don’t realize that I may be talking about a specific experience and whomever I am speaking with doesn’t have the big picture. There have been a lot of these experiences over the years, and the fact that until the past few months I have not been able to put all of this together myself can be very confusing. I will say that my life has been like living in a fishbowl. Except this fishbowl is one of those one-way mirrored things. When I look out, I can only see my reflection while others can see exactly what I am doing or saying at any given time. I believe some of these “onlookers” have been fed a false narrative about me. I also believe that the narrative may change depending on those being fed the narrative (co-workers, neighbors, whomever) to paint me in the worst way possible. I realize that is a pretty stupid analogy but it’s what comes to mind. I will try and lay out what I believe has happened to me the best I can in this post.
After 9/11 (September 11, 2001 – The Trade Center/Pentagon terrorism) the Federal Government Intelligence sectors made some changes in how they investigated and gathered intelligence for potential terrorist activity both domestically and abroad. I believe that some of these changes were prudent to maintain our freedom and way of life. However (and I don’t really know when) in looking for potential terrorist activity, the powers to be began to lose sight of their intended purpose IMO. Many “ordinary” tax-paying, law abiding, citizens with no criminal record started being placed on a watchlist as a potential terrorist. There may be other watchlists, but the most well-known (and the watchlist that is referred to in the TI community) is the FBI TSDB (Terrorist Screening Database). The fact that someone is placed on the TSDB is not necessarily nefarious in and of itself. IMO there are a plethora of ways that a person can be placed on this list. As an example, something that a person said or did that is not itself a treasonous or terroristic act but may require some scrutiny to see where this person’s true intentions and character lie. Afterall it is a Terrorist SCREENING Database. In my mind this would mean that if a person were vetted to the extent that it is known they have no terroristic plot, plan or ties with any terrorist groups, no prior felonies, and no past of threatening or harming other people then it would be safe to assume that person is not a terrorist.
Assume a guy works for an electric cooperative and based on his experiences (when it comes to his role and department) he is sure that management has their collective head completely buried in their collective ass. He is having a bad day and says, “If this place had any relevant competition in the past 20 years, they would have been defunct years ago”. Maybe after having suggested a replacement for a constantly failing communication device at a specific location, he says “Let that damn thing burn to the ground. I really don’t give a shit”. Is he venting about what he thinks is ineptitude from the people that make decisions or is he a terrorist? What if that same guy has a bout of road rage after knowing that there is some outside entity screwing with every aspect of his life, and he can’t figure it out. Normally, he would have murmured “jackass” under his breath after being cut off with no signal by someone, but instead this incident turns into finger waving and yelling something out the window about the other driver’s mother and farm animals. Does this make a person a terrorist? The above comments at the coop were absolutely mine and I stand by them. I said a hell of a lot more in my time at this electric cooperative, and I stand by those comments too. The road rage incidents have been added to a long list of things that I ask for forgiveness for. If I ever do get to meet God and we have to go over all of my transgressions that is going to be a LONG conversation. What I DID NOT DO is harm or threaten to harm any piece of equipment, infrastructure, or persons. This is where I have a huge problem (based on my experience) with the current system of having an individual placed on the TSDB. I believe that I was placed on this watchlist as a personal vendetta by the CEO and General Counsel of the electric cooperative. Being placed on the watchlist is bad enough, and once on this list and vetted as NOT being a terrorist one would think everything is back to normal. However, you could not be more mistaken if this is your logic. You see, the TSDB apparently has different sectors or categories (I have no idea what each category represents or who decides what category a person is entered into). I also have no idea if a person is ever removed from the TSDB once they are put on this watchlist. Based on my experience and reading the experiences of others I believe one of the following.
- Under the current regulations, once a person is on the TSDB that person is on this list for life.
- If a person is put on this list and reasonably could prove (if they were given due process) that being placed on the TSDB was done so out of malice/vengeance/vendetta that person is on this list for life.
I believe I am on the TSDB, and I have been screened/vetted to the extent that it is known that I am not a terrorist. So, what’s the big deal? I should just get on with my life like nothing ever happened. It doesn’t work that way. People that are on the TSDB and have been vetted as not being a terrorist are classified as non-investigative subjects (this is the government’s title). By definition a non-investigative subject would again imply that these people are not terrorists, and the government should not waste US taxpayer money to continue to investigate them. As I said before, somewhere along the way this program that started out with noble intentions became very sadistic.
The civilian population that the government classifies as non-investigative subjects refer to themselves as Targeted Individuals. If you search the internet for Targeted Individuals, you will get hundreds of thousands of hits. The stories of Targeted Individuals run the gamut, from electronic weapon abuse, to mind control/interference, Gang Stalking, threats, physical/emotional harm, and homicide. I have said this before. Based on my personal experiences as well as the experiences of other TI’s, the Targeted Individual program is designed to humiliate, harass, oppress, physically and emotionally harm and ultimately isolate a person in every way possible – “to crush a person’s soul”. I believe all of this is done to discredit and isolate the TI so the real insidiousness of the program can be implemented. The unwilling human test subject. I also believe that in order to keep this nefarious program from getting out to the masses the government denies that this program exists. In addition, I believe that there are false, extremely outlandish TI stories out there in order to make all TI’s look unstable, tin foil hat wearing imbeciles. I also believe the TSDB non-investigative subject list has grown and will continue to grow. Some in the TI community believe that this program has been implemented for profit.
Below is a response I got from someone that has been a TI for 20 years.
What is the purpose of the TI program? Infragard was intended to prevent terrorist activity against critical infrastructure, but being used to corral people that are not terrorists. What’s the intent? They classify people as non-investigative subjects. Are they not admitting this?
Profit, I believe.
Everything they do to us plus our reactions are recorded. Biorhythms etc.
The US government & militaries are partnered with research labs at a ton of universities.
I believe they make money off of the data they collect from us.
While I can see where this would make sense and is potentially true, I personally believe there is more to it than profit. Although, I am certain the research angle is part of this. We have already seen in our lifetimes how technology advancements have changed the scope of warfare. I honestly believe the wars of the future will be fought much more often through cyberattacks and disabling military electronics systems and humans with electronic warfare. It’s all electronics when you think about it. Our brains and nervous system use electronic signals to function properly. It’s really not that different from an electrical standpoint as a computer system on an Air Force F-35A or a guidance system on a cruise missile. I believe that I have been through a Havana Syndrome attack. I can see where some may question or refute this. Don’t take my word for it, read some of the stories online from others that have been through Havana Syndrome. Could this not be considered a disruption of the “human electrical system”? Motor skills are fine, but balance/stability/coordination are that of a 9-month-old. Unfortunately, in order to get proficient with any type of technology used for warfare it has to be tested. It is my belief that this is the real reason that there is a long list (and growing) of NOT TERRORISTS that are listed on the TSDB. Once on the TSDB there is no due process and the goal is to refute, discredit, and isolate the TI in every aspect of their lives in order to complete, what is my belief, the program’s intended goal of testing electronic weapons on a civilian population.
Another stupid analogy…. So, one day while walking in your neighborhood you come across a fight taking place. It’s not really a fight. It’s more of an ass whipping. There is a crowd of people gathered around watching a little guy being bludgeoned by a big burly guy. Being the compassionate, empathetic person you are, you decide to try and break it up. As you step in to try and stop it, someone from the crowd explains to you that the little guy sexually assaulted the big guy’s 12-year-old daughter. Now you’re not sure if you should try and break up the fight or if you should go back home and get a cold beer for the big dude (I know some of you reading this would probably try to stop it anyway and let the judicial system take care of the issue. I also told you it was a stupid analogy). The point is it makes you think…initially you are all about stopping it, but after hearing what transpired to get to this point it causes you to at least think for a minute.
My point with my stupid analogy is that the people behind the nefarious Targeted Individual program are extremely well versed in human psychology and sociology (herd mentality). Both from the standpoint of how to affect the psychological and emotional wellbeing of the Targeted Individual as well as how to “influence the herd of onlookers”. This is where the discrediting smear campaign, that literally every Targeted Individual will tell you is absolutely real, comes in. Again though, the smear campaign is all just smoke and mirrors. It’s designed as much for the herd as it is for the Targeted Individual. Its purpose is to break down the Targeted Individual all while discrediting and isolating the TI so that no one gets close enough to the TI to empathize with the reality of the situation. Ultimately, the goal, in my opinion, is to drive a wedge between those that are closest to the TI in order to enact the true agenda of the program. Testing electronic weapons on a human population. Like I said before, there are likely a lot of “fake and outlandish” TI stories used to help discredit all TI’s. Even if there is some speculation and assumptions within a TI’s story as the TI attempts to figure out their personal situation, I believe the bulk of these stories are real. Do some web searches and judge for yourself.
So initially in my ridiculous story and my thinking that this was some kind of cowardly, nefarious “inside job”, holistic to a couple of weak men with big egos and their collective minions at a small electric cooperative. That was a partly flawed theory. I knew I couldn’t be the only person that had been through something like this, but I was thinking that this was a smear campaign driven by two men and some “hired guns”. I do believe there is a lot of truth to that. However, this cowardly agenda is so much bigger than I ever imagined.
- The smear campaign to neighbors, co-workers and employers, gyms that I was a part of, and anywhere I went in public with my phone when they chose to do it.
- The use of Susan and her daughter, although I am still not sure of the intentions, I am certain they did not have my best interest at heart. When you know someone for ~12 years you know when “things aren’t right, and things were definitely not right.
- The weird relationship with Karen.
- The gang-stalking from neighbors and coworkers.
- The fact that my phones and network have been compromised for years.
- The fact that I would be mocked repeatedly by people in a department that would be involved if there was any kind of government or “legal” investigation.
- The fact that shortly after ranting about some of my complaints at the cooperative, active shooter training started being implemented.
This is not all coincidence.
I will say again, I believe that all of this is nothing more than a smoke screen to implement a nefarious agenda, and it’s being run by a department within our Federal Government. Add to this the fact that there are tens of thousands of others in a similar situation. I have been watch listed and it has affected every aspect of my life. What I am stating is that I believe the US government started a terrorist intel program shortly after 9/11 (or materially ramped up an existing program). I believe after having vetted a lot of people that are not terrorists, they realized that there could be value in having innocent citizens that are on a watchlist that is outside of the scope of the judicial system. Somewhere between then and now they realized that they could continue to corral innocent American citizens as potential terrorists and use them for nefarious means. As unwilling test subjects. However, in order to implement this, they would have to find a way to isolate these individuals. Thus, the insidious smear campaigns that every TI will attest to. You can think that I have lost my mind, and I am okay with that. As a Targeted Individual, I am in a group of unwilling test subjects that is being perpetrated by our federal government, using your tax dollars and this is absolutely real.
Listed below is a podcast/spaces interview from a couple of ex-FBI agents. These agents were blacklisted and had their security clearances revoked for attempted whistleblowing (which is not typical FBI protocol). Anyway, one of the main things I took from the interview, as it relates to the TI situation, is the use of the AGAAVE program (Anti-Government, Anti-Authority, Violent Extremist). As they proclaim in the interview, being an AGAAVE is not in itself a crime. I believe that this is the program being used to corral non terroristic citizens on the TSDB. As an example, a person telling a coworker (while all of his communication is monitored) “If the recipe for a successful business is copious amounts of ineptitude led by giant egos, this place could give Microsoft a run for their money”. Saying something like this does not make someone a terrorist or a threat in any way. Actually, using this program could quite easily make a large portion of the population “watchlist able”. Interesting the way the word Violent and the prefix Anti are thrown into this acronym. I will say that in no way have I ever been an AGAAVE, but there are certainly times in my life where I could have been considered an IGIAC (Inept Government, Inept Authority Citizen), and that is not something that I am ashamed of.
A couple of final thoughts. I posted in my original blog post about some things that I did that were very embarrassing and that I am not very proud of. I stand by those comments and as I said then I am good with the person I am today regardless of what others may think. I believe that these things along with information gathered during my “friendship” with Karen, and my friendship with Susan as well as other things from my past have been weaved together into the fabric of a narrative that has been used against me. I will also say, I believe some of these things have been taken out of context or twisted to fit the narrative. Regardless, I don’t care about their false narrative and smear campaign bullshit. I am, however, absolutely livid and fueled to do what I can to help expose this insidious “North Koreanesque” plot against law abiding American citizens. For anyone that may not understand why I don’t try and move on and simply hope that this ridiculous, cowardly chapter of my life would just end. I have stated before that I do not believe that will ever happen on its own. I have also stated that there are a lot of people that were unable to fight this battle on their own and left loved one’s behind. I feel I owe it to them to do everything I can to help expose this. Finally, I feel that there are two weak cowards of men (both of whom are lawyers) that were instrumental in both the insinuation that I am a potential terrorist, and possibly a person that would cause harm to a child. Neither of which I could ever do. I will continue to do whatever I can to expose the depths of the insidiousness that exists within the electric power industry as well as other critical infrastructure industries that allow innocent, law abiding, tax paying citizens to be funneled into a nefarious program that is designed to harm and create havoc in a person’s life.

She is the lead attorney trying to get freedom of information for the non-investigative subjects on the TSDB and to have the names on this list be revealed.
Senator Elizabeth Warren, although my views don’t always align with hers, I am thankful that she is taking up the cause against unlawful watch listing of American citizens. Will this get any traction? Who knows? I just hope it’s more than lip service in an election year.
This is the X spaces interview I mentioned of 2 ex-FBI agents that were attempted whistleblowers and have since been fired and blacklisted. It’s long, but worth a listen in my opinion. If you don’t want to listen to the whole thing, you should listen to the “AGAVE” comments at the 20–21-minute mark. It explains how easy it is for the average American citizen to be targeted and potentially watch listed. Although not specific to watch listing, these guys explain that there is an actual quota for FBI employees to meet.
Further into the interview the ex-FBI agents talk about how sometimes there isn’t a case against the subject to begin with. Rather, the case is started, then built through entrapment and coercion. Really sad of what has become of Federal Law enforcement in this country.

It’s difficult to know what’s true in the world of social media and “fake news” that we live in today. This is a twitter/X post that I found to be interesting. Of course, I totally believe it, but I am biased.
Bob Ham on X: “@RepAndyBiggsAZ @Jim_Jordan I quit the FBI Infragard program years ago after a guest FBI agent from DC bragged before a large audience that since 911, agents could get any judge to issue a warrant for anybody they wished, simply by using the word “terrorism” somewhere in the complaint.” / X (twitter.com)
