Why is it so difficult for me to let this go? I will try to answer that question as best that I can. However, I will say again that I believe some things in my life may not be for other people to understand. This is not something unique to me. We all have trials and experiences that as much as outsiders may try or want to understand they are incapable of fully doing so regardless of how empathetic they may try to be. As a Christian, admittedly sometimes not a very good one, I believe that there are teachings throughout scripture that are meant to inspire, teach and guide us in this physical world that we live in. Old Testament or New Testament, it may be the voice of God speaking to someone, it may be a message sent from an angel, or it can be Jesus speaking directly with a person. Regardless of how the message is delivered, there are many instances in scripture where a person is sent a message to do something or instructed to act on something. This is my blog, and obviously these are my interpretations… Sometimes it is written in scripture, and other times (I believe) it is implied that the person being instructed is timid, feels incapable or unworthy, or believes that there are others that may be more qualified to handle the task/request. Again, this is my interpretation, so take this with a grain of salt. 

I believe God’s/Jesus’ response in these situations (whether stated or implied) is twofold…

• Regardless of your faults, shortcomings, mistakes, and insecurities,” I have chosen you to be the actor/messenger”.
• If you are the believer in me and the follower of me that I know you to be, I am not asking.

I also want to say that I am in no way alone in this situation. Nobody gets through this life unscathed, NOBODY. We all have personal trials and situations that as I stated above others may be incapable of/unwilling to fully understand. We have all been put to the test multiple times, and likely will continue to be as long as we are living on this Earth. Also, not every “whistleblower” turns out in an Erin Brockovich ending. Contrary, whistleblowers by definition are typically facing seemingly insurmountable odds, and opposition with considerably more power and resources. Many would-be whistleblowers simply fade off into obscurity after having been obliterated by their powerful opposition, and most people never even knew they existed. Does God care about the outcome? Does it not take as much intestinal fortitude, strength, belief in oneself or cause regardless of if the outcome is a rousing success or utter failure? If you truly believe in something, and if you believe that you have the ability and responsibility to carry the message, does it matter if you leave this world financially broke without a friend or family member to your name? 

How do I relate this in a way the reader can try to understand my reasoning even if they don’t fully understand my situation much less even agree with me? If you have read any of my past ramblings, you will know that I like analogies. Maybe it is because I am much more of a visual learner, and I feel that if I can draw a mental picture I seem to better understand or conceptualize the story or subject matter? Anyway, here comes another analogy. 

I used this analogy to try and explain the difficulty of being a Targeted Individual and comparing it to a small part of the plight of the American Bison.

Not that it matters, but for some reason I have always loved and admired the American Bison. They are just noble creatures. 

Many Native American nations used bison as a staple in their lives. They obviously used the meat for sustenance, they used the hides for clothing and shelter, and they used the bones for tools and weapons. One of the ways that bison were culled/killed by Native Americans was to create chaos and create a stampede. Sometimes a stampede would end at the bottom of a cliff. Anyone that has been around cattle knows that once one of the “lead cows” does something many others will follow. So stampeding bison over the edge of a cliff was an efficient way to kill them. However, a bull Bison is a formidable, defensive foe. I can imagine that many bulls would turn to charge in an attempt to “bulldoze” or gore their pursuers. Likely many of these bulls died shot full of arrows or spears, and some potentially stumbled over the cliff edge full of arrows after expending their energy trying to stop their “more powerful, more resource having” pursuers.

A Targeted Individual lives a life of obscurity. Oftentimes reduced to taking jobs far beneath their credentials/experience or unable to find work at all. The Targeted Individual is discredited in every aspect of their life. The Targeted Individual often expends all of their resources in a vain attempt to expose the insidious TI program. Some Targeted Individuals are incapable of continuing to try to fight and run over the proverbial cliff into the unknown, while others die on the plains, “shot full of arrows” having been reduced from the person they once were. 

Where am I going with all of this? I believe that I have the ability, responsibility, and that I was instructed to deliver a message. You can mock me all you want for that. Hell, I am used to it at this point. Regardless of what anyone else thinks, I am going to do everything I can to be a messenger.

Why do I feel like I have what it takes to deliver this message?  As I have said so many times, Targeted Individuals are afforded no legal recourse whatsoever. I described the Targeted Individual program in a letter that I wrote to multiple lawyers as “despicable brilliance”. Targeted Individuals are placed on a “terrorist watchlist” and once on this list there is no way to get any legal assistance. Even though Targeted Individuals that are on this list have been vetted and it is known that they are not terrorists. Once on this list the TI is subjugated to all sorts of mental and physical trauma, and the “character assassination”/discrediting is a huge part of this. Again, the people behind the Targeted Individual program are very good at manipulating the thinking of the masses in order to isolate the TI. This is done for multiple reasons, but one of the main ones is to not afford the TI any voice in which they could expose this insidious program. But what if there was a TI that was entrapped into this program by not one, but two lawyers? After all, lawyers take an oath to uphold the Constitutional rights of ALL US Citizens. Not only that, but there also exists oversight programs for lawyers that have broken their oath. These oversight programs are made up of committees and Bar Association Boards that are composed of (you guessed it) other lawyers that have also taken an oath to uphold the Constitutional rights of ALL US Citizens. I believe I have found a loophole in the Targeted Individual program loophole. That is to say that because Patrick Ledger (CEO AZGT Electric Cooperative) and Benjamin Engelby (General Counsel AZGT Electric Cooperative) are lawyers, and both Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby being instrumental in me being ensnared into the insidious Targeted Individual program (or whatever the US government’s designation for this program is) they left a breach in the seemingly impenetrable Targeted Individual wall, and I found it. I will say that even though I found this “loophole”, I am not expecting this to gain much traction…. presently, if ever. Although, that will not stop me from continuing my goal of delivering the message. 

I want to say something here to express just how insidious I believe this program is. I have previously written about the testing of military/law enforcement electronic weapons on Targeted Individuals (Havana Syndrome specifically). I also expound on this testing later in this post. I do believe that TIs are used as unwilling human test subjects for all sorts of reasons. However, I also believe that there is more to the testing than potential electronic/frequency weapons or deterrents. So, follow me here. I believe the use of remote neural monitoring within the TI program is absolutely real. In order to put thoughts/doubts into a TI or to try and “see” what a TI is doing/thinking/planning.

Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook “founder”) has a net worth of ~ 170 billion dollars. One of the main reasons that he has been so financially successful is by creating a platform that has garnered ~ 3 billion monthly active users. The user data is collected (where people shop, what they buy, what they search, their likes and dislikes etc.). This data is then mined and sold to advertisers/merchants for direct marketing. What if there was a way that was infinitely more efficient to mine data? What if there was a way to mine data from anyone even if a person never “goes online”? What if there was a way to mine data while people sleep, while they are in the shower, while they are watching their grandkids soccer game? What if there was a way to mine data from an entire population remotely, neurally? If a person/collective of people/an entity wanted to test this remote neural data mining on a civilian population, how could they do so? If a person/collective of people/an entity had this capability what would the financial potential of this technology be? Trillions? More importantly, if a person/collective of people/an entity had this potential, would the testing of this technology be worth driving a few thousand or even a million proverbial Bison over the proverbial cliff in order to achieve their agenda? What if a person/collective of people/an entity wanted to know what their foreign counterparts/”enemies” are planning? Assuming financial gain is not at the core of the TI (unwilling human testing) program, control and power is absolutely a major driver of this nefarious testing program. 

You and I being human beings are made up of mostly carbon (roughly 18%) and water (roughly 60%).

Pure water is not a good conductor of electricity. However, when sodium, calcium, magnesium etc. are mixed with water, this impure water is a very good conductor of electricity. Thus, as human beings we are composed mostly of 2 physical things that are conductors of electricity (“impure water” and carbon). For something to be a good conductor of electricity in layman’s terms means that this item will accept electrical impulses/and electrical frequencies/waves. Which means that we will accept and allow electricity to pass through us (anyone that has ever experienced an electric shock knows this to be true). It also means that we will accept electrical/electromagnetic frequencies.

We can hear speech and music due to sound waves that are invisible to us. Soundwaves such as speech or radio are mechanical waves. However, if you are using an antenna to receive a radio or cell phone signal, the music that is received at your radio antenna, and the audio/data that is received at your cell phone antenna is an electromagnetic wave that is then converted to a physical sound wave by your radio/cell phone transceiver. Humans are unable to hear or see many electromagnetic frequencies/waves. We get suntans or sunburns due to the sun’s inaudible and invisible UV (ultraviolet) rays, yet we can see the light rays/frequencies from the sun. Both visible sunlight/frequencies and UV light/frequencies at their physical level are electromagnetic waves/frequencies. We get up to use the bathroom at night and don’t stub our toe on the doorframe due to the electromagnetic waves of light from the hallway “night light”. I will say that I was a communications technician for years working with RF equipment (radio frequency equipment), and the “rabbit-hole”, and some of the concepts, that is Electromagnetic Frequency are still hard for me to wrap my head around. The point with my rambling is that we are constantly bombarded with electromagnetic frequencies/waves/energy. Being as we are receptive to the flow of electricity and electromagnetic waves/frequency (we are good conductors “impure water” and carbon). Depending on the power and specific frequency, some of these frequencies can cause a reaction or have an effect on the molecules in human tissue and nerve, synapse electron flow.

The human brain uses a similar concept of the cell phone example listed above. In order for us to think, eat, drink, walk, dance, whatever, properly our body’s use a combination of electrical signals converted to a physical/chemical means and then back to an electrical signal in order to function properly.

Why am I boring you with trivial information about electromagnetic waves, human synapses and why do I think this is important? 

I am again stating that I believe that outside electromagnetic energy/waves/frequencies are capable of “tapping into”, monitoring, and interrupting the human brain’s complex, natural synapses process and the ability for our bodies to function properly. I also believe that with specific equipment, human thought and human functional electrical signals can be received (read/understood), interrupted and possibly controlled from a remote entity. DON’T MISS THIS. This is an extremely important concept in understanding (what I believe is) one of the main goals of the Targeted Individual/unwilling human test subject program. Using the simple diagram of the cell phone conversation above, if I am right, TARGETED INDIVIDUALS ARE THE CELL PHONE. In the relatively near future, YOU WILL BE THE CELL PHONE. The nefarious actors behind the insidious TI program are not just monitoring physical online presence and phone calls, they are literally tapping into people’s thought processes. Regardless of their reasoning for doing this, I believe this is the primary driver of the Targeted Individual (unwilling human test subject) program. 

Could nefarious actors or gang stalkers have a way of creating a frequency that gives their neighboring apartment dweller a case of sciatica for months that makes it almost impossible to tie one’s shoes or sit down in a chair or car for more than 10 minutes? Could an upstairs neighbor or “gang stalker” have the ability to know when a person is just to the point of falling into that REM state of sleep and cause loud noises to interrupt a person’s sleep pattern 3-4 times a night? Do nefarious actors have a way of creating radio frequencies that can incapacitate a person to the point that said person is diagnosed as having a “mild/minor stroke”?  Call me a crazy, lunatic, conspiracy theorist if you must but I guarantee you this is absolutely real. How could some unemployed person or some random paint store employee become a gang stalker and be able to interrupt a person’s sleep patterns, or have a way to inflict pain or discomfort to another individual through the use of frequency generating equipment? How and why would a faction of our government or private sector entity that is involved with the US government create a “Havana Syndrome episode” on innocent US citizens? I will save the paid gang stalkers, fusion centers, InfraGard spiel for another day. 

A technology that is able to affect a person’s brain waves, as well as potentially “read or listen to” a person’s thoughts such as this could be very helpful in helping to wean the drug addiction that has become an epidemic in this country. Yet, our government and the people behind the Targeted Individual program are not interested in helping the homeless, jobless, tent city, drug addicted population of America that encompasses nearly every city in this country. Contrarily, the people behind the Targeted Individual program use this technology as a form of testing and, I believe, occasional punishment for the Targeted Individual population.

The last thing I want to talk about in this post is that throughout the several years of being entrapped in this program I have been awakened to how depraved, insidious and completely despicable some of the people are that we share this world with. Whether you believe my ordeal or not. Whether you have and/or continue to believe the smear campaigns and believe these actions against me are justified. Regardless of if you are a religious person or not, there is absolutely a battle between good and evil, light and dark going on in this world. I have not even come close to being subjected to some of the unspeakable horrors that are prevalent in this world that many others have and that sadly others continue to endure. My experience has awakened me from the naive person that I was, and it has enabled me to become aware of the abundance of evil that many people are unable to see even though it is so pervasive in this world. I do not do much as far as social media. Honestly, I believe most of it is complete trash, and a giant time and energy vacuum.
