It’s time for another installment of “Nick’s brain dump”. 

This post is going to be a bit of a ramble, per usual, but my intent with this post is to point out the blatant hypocrisy of the Targeted Individual program as a whole. I am also going to try and explain how the Targeted Individual program plays on the nature of human psychology and social norms. Specifically, how an innate weakness in human thinking allows for the ease of pitting a group of people against another person or another group of people, and how the US government has grasped this concept and uses it to alienate a person to accomplish their intended goals within the Targeted Individual program.

The negative narrative that is used against a TI is dynamic. I believe the propaganda, discrediting and defamation changes (or at the least certain aspects of the negative smear campaign are emphasized or lessened) based on the demographic of the audience as well as the particular situation. Also, to any sensitive readers, you may want to sit this one out. There is some language in this post that sensitive readers may find offensive. Continue reading at your discretion.  

One of the goals of the Targeted Individual program is to exploit a weakness in human behavior. This “psychological weakness” is both partly learned, and part of our DNA. It is an innate part of human psychology to belong or be part of a group. However, much of what we learn or accept as principles or values is learned, and the people that we congregate with typically share similar beliefs. I have had this conversation with multiple people. As a Christian, we believe that Jesus Christ, the son of God, died for our sins. We believe there is no salvation but through our belief in Jesus. However, I was raised in a conservative, God fearing nation. Thus, my belief in Christianity and my feeling of belonging (in the sense of belonging to a Christian faith) is a learned trait. If I was born in Libya, Afghanistan, or Iraq what are the chances I would be a Christian believer? Would I have not learned to believe in the Muslim faith, and would I have any less sense of belonging to the Muslim faith? This sense of belonging to a group that shares our beliefs is a double-edged sword. This premise of what we believe lends to our sense of belonging or being part of a group is exploited by those behind the Targeted Individual program. Because of this “pack mentality”, it is easy for us to be defensive against anyone that thinks or believes differently than we do, or anyone that has different values or principles. As far as the Targeted Individual program is concerned, the TI doesn’t necessarily believe or value things differently than the “audience”. Rather the “audience’s” opinion of the TI is manipulated via a smear campaign or “discrediting scheme/program”. Just look at all of the vitriol and rhetoric that is literally everywhere in this country based on political views. Even though, if many of those that scream the loudest about the opposition party being in office actually scrutinized their life, they probably couldn’t show you how their life has materially changed under said administration. Try being a TI for a few years. I promise, you will realize how trivial worrying about what party is in office, what type of pronouns someone is using, or who will be voted off the island on the next episode of Survivor truly is. Also, for any of you that think that Donald Trump being elected will change anything with respect to the Targeted Individual program, I truly hope you are right. However, I doubt there will be much change in attempting to abolish the TI program. As far as the U.S. government is concerned, this insidious program and its goal of accruing unwilling human test subjects is far too important to be stopped. Besides, my targeting started around the beginning of President Trump’s initial administration and continued under the Biden/Harris administration.

As I stated previously, the sense of belonging to and identifying with a group is why we tend to congregate with those whose views align with our own. This is why we are so passionate about our favorite sports teams. This is why alumni or fraternities have a strong bond to fellow members even if they are separated by generations. This sense of belonging is one of the basic foundations of religion, nationalism etc. Unfortunately, this same sense of belonging also creates a sense of us against you. “If you are not with us then you are against us”. This is why violence issues and riots happen due to race issues. This is also why the US government uses terms like “terrorism”, “weapons of mass destruction”, or “oppressive regime” in order to garner public sentiment and support for the US government actions against another country. Having been ensnared in the Targeted Individual program for years, I can absolutely testify that the US government and their contractors will and do lie, twist/contort facts to fit a narrative, and manipulate the thinking of others in order to isolate and discredit Targeted Individuals in every aspect of the TI’s life. A big part of the psychological aspect of the Targeted Individual program is oppression by the masses against an individual, and it is orchestrated by the US government/contractors/weaponized law enforcement. As I have said many times, this oppression/discrediting is done in order to isolate the TI so that the TI can’t get any empathy or support. This TI isolation/out casting makes it much easier for the nefarious actors that are behind the TI program to implement their intended goal of unwilling human test subjects. Once a person is ensnared in this insidious program the TI has no recourse, and the TI is targeted for life. The cowards behind the Targeted Individual program cannot afford to be outed. If this program was to be unveiled (and fully understood by the masses) it very well could destabilize the US government’s ability to continue to manipulate society as a whole into garnering support for any future goals. Conversely and unfortunately, if this program is not unveiled, it is only a matter of time before you are programmed or at the very least “your thinking is propagandized” remotely anyway. I don’t care if you think I am a raving lunatic for saying this. This program is absolutely real. Targeted Individuals are not trying to warn you that something is coming. We are trying to inform you that something is already here. You may not yet realize it, but the one thing that scares the US government the most is a citizen population that is capable of thinking for themselves. A citizen population that is undeterred and not easily swayed by propaganda or group thinking. A citizen population that is both capable and willing to make their own decisions. A free-thinking society is much harder to herd into commonly accepted norms and beliefs. Which would make it much more difficult for the US government to accomplish any future goals that do not have the best interest of the average US citizen. 

Below is a winding example of manipulating commonly accepted beliefs on US citizens. 

Stay with me here as I will explain the connection between government and big business, and how this relationship is used to spread propaganda and sway the popular belief of the average US citizen for profit. 

First of all, I will say that the use of excessive sugar or high fructose corn syrup are a recipe for disastrous long term health IMO.

When I was young, there was a lot of news about sugar being bad for the American diet. There was a belief that sugar led to hypertension and diabetes. There is scientific fact to back up both of these claims. However, the replacement for sugar (HFCS-high fructose corn syrup) was not better for the American diet. In my opinion, high fructose corn syrup is freaking poison, but it was pushed by the corn lobbyists, corn producers and ADM specifically. That crap was used in everything. This was only possible because there was a tariff implemented on foreign sugar imports => Corn Lobbyists and ADM funded politicians (it’s what lobbyists do). The politicians then implemented tariffs on foreign sugar imports. Corn producers made money, ADM made money, politicians made money, and the American consumer was fed a load of bullshit and HFCS was pumped into all types of consumables. In the capitalist system that exists in the US, if you want to stay competitive you have to keep costs down as much as possible and therefore HFCS was used in almost everything that required sweetener as opposed to sugar. These tariffs stayed in place for years/decades even when oil prices spiked in the 2000’s. 

During the early 1980’s the Brazilian government wanted to become more energy independent through producing their own oil assets and more importantly increasing Brazilian SUGARCANE BASED ethanol production and refining. At one point, Brazil had both the production and infrastructure to have vehicles that were 100% alcohol/ethanol powered. Meanwhile, the US continued subtly flirting with domestic oil production and oil imports to satisfy our energy needs even in the late 2000’s when US oil production began to increase dramatically (we still imported oil/just not as much as we previously had).The US tight shale oil bearing deposits that were inefficient with traditional drilling had become profitable through the technology of well fracking. However, the US government through the EPA had mandated more stringent vehicle emission standards for new vehicle manufacturers and the use of ETHANOL blended gasoline. Meanwhile, the tariff on foreign sugar imports (including sugar-based ethanol) were still in place at this time. So, not only was the food that was purchased by American consumers often produced using high fructose corn syrup, but your tax dollars were subsidizing US corn-based ethanol production as opposed to purchasing cheaper Brazilian ethanol due to the tariffs. Interestingly, sometime in the 2010 decade the US overtook Brazil in ethanol EXPORTS. Somewhere along the way, the American consumer became aware just how toxic High Fructose Corn Syrup is. To the point that you will see many products today labeled no HFCS or no High Fructose Corn Syrup. The corn lobbyists still suggest that HFCS is better or, at the least, no worse for your diet than sugar. I still think they are full of crap.

I am unsure of the efficiencies of the US ethanol refining market today. However, in the 2000’s there was an argument that US corn-based ethanol production was a money losing venture without the subsidies (your tax dollars). All while the US could have likely satisfied our ethanol requirements with Brazilian sugar-based ethanol imports if the tariff had been lifted. Which could have been cheaper for the American consumer. So, while many products were using HFCS instead of sugar, the US government was opposed to buying cheap ethanol from Brazilian producers, but we were fine with buying oil from OPEC producers? Even though the US government will tell you that some of the OPEC producers have direct ties to terrorist organizations, some of whom are supposedly responsible for the 9-11 attacks on the Pentagon and the World trade center towers. Speaking of 9-11. It was after 9-11-2001 when the US government ramped up their intelligence efforts to identify and prevent terrorism in the US. It was through this initiative that the Targeted Individual program was born, and this insidious program of entrapping innocent, tax paying, law abiding US citizens for the purpose of unwilling human test subjects has grown ever since (this is also done using your tax dollars).   

This might seem like a ridiculous example, but the point of this is to explain how a few people in positions of power used marketing and media to influence the opinion of the American consumer. Maybe better stated is a thought or premise being “planted” into society and having that thought/premise become a widely accepted norm. The US government has long been guilty of swaying and influencing the opinions of the American public. This tactic of influencing the opinions or beliefs of the masses is also a big part of the Targeted Individual program. 

Below is an X post that contains findings by the US DOD (Department of Defense) about the Chinese military “exploration” of neurocognitive warfare. First, I am going to say that the US Department of Defense is full of hypocrite cowards. The US DOD is one of the main groups pushing the “Havana Syndrome in the US against US citizens may be being implemented by bad Russian or Chinese actors” narrative. Which is complete bullshit, and the US DOD knows it. Second, both Havana Syndrome and other neurocognitive warfare technologies are being tested in the United States on US citizens. This testing is being done by the US government/US government contractors, using US tax dollars that have been misappropriated from preventing terrorism. The US government/contractors are able to do this using FISA warrants against law abiding US citizens. Many of whom are placed on the TSDB (terrorist screening database) as “non-investigative subjects” – read Targeted Individuals and unwilling human test subjects.

I want to say something to the people that know me best. As I have said before, the Targeted Individual program is very good at manipulating people’s thinking. I have also said many times that the psychological aspect is the core of this program. Here is an example that most can relate to, I have always liked the 20/20, 60 minutes or Dateline type news programs. Have you ever watched one of those programs and thought “man that guy killed his wife and two small children”. “They need to put that scumbag in the darkest hole of solitary confinement possible”. Only to realize later in the program that it wasn’t him that committed the heinous crimes. The poor guy’s life has been turned upside down. He lost his loved ones, and he was isolated by his community to the point of being a pariah. This is an example of manipulating perception that is so easy to do when the audience doesn’t have all of the facts. The federal government, contractors and the weaponized law enforcement that are behind the Targeted Individual program certainly know how to manipulate the psychology and perception of the audience. They also know how to manipulate the thinking of those closest to the Targeted Individual. The manipulation of those closest to the TI is tricky because they know his character, his mannerisms, and even his flaws. I will say this,” the psychological manipulation of those closest to the TI is a key to the success of the Targeted Individual program”. More specifically, getting those that are the closest to the TI to agree with the “vigilante justice” and smear campaign against the TI is paramount within the Targeted Individual program. The garnering of support of those closest to the TI is one of the reasons the Targeted Individual program has been so successful for years. You may get angry after reading this. You may disagree with this. You may think myself and other TI’s deserve the oppression we are put through but ask any Targeted Individual that has been ensnared in the TI program for a few years, and most will likely tell you that the friends and family “buy in” is one of the main reasons for the success of this program. I do not care if you disagree with me. I do not care if you hate me. At some point, the talking/explaining/trying to convince people that this program is real, illegal, insidious, and in my case started as a personal vendetta, the explanation just becomes wasted energy. Not to mention, that for a while now I have literally been explaining that the people behind the Targeted Individual program are committing crimes against humanity, and I am met with shrugged shoulders and disbelief. It’s beyond frustrating and mentally exhausting. YOU HAVE BEEN USED AS A PAWN WITHIN THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM. In “buying into” this program, you have condoned/approved the isolation and discrediting of US law abiding citizens for the government’s purpose of human test subjects. You may refuse to believe this. You may think that I have lost my mind. I believe, in due time, that some of you will realize that I am not crazy, and that this program is absolutely real. Think whatever you will of me but know this. It was not me that put you in this position. It was not me that influenced you to believe what you believe. It wasn’t me that infiltrated every aspect of a person’s life in order to discredit that person and cover up this nefarious program. It was not me that weaponized law enforcement, misappropriated funds from preventing terrorism and it is not me using those funds to target innocent civilians. It was not me that used a two-year-old child as part of an entrapment plot that is nothing more than personal vendetta for two weak lawyers. It was not me that corralled unwilling human test subjects under the guise of terrorism and watch listing. I will do whatever I have to do to expose this insidious program and the cowards that are directly involved with my personal entrapment in this program. I do not care if I leave this world without a friend or family member to my name. You can despise me all you want for saying that, but it was not me that put you in this position.  

If/when you ever want to have a serious conversation about my situation, you need to realize two things.

• Regardless of how much you have bought into the negative narrative against me, you have been used as a pawn within the Targeted Individual program.
• I will die before I stop trying to expose the insidious, cowardly Targeted Individual program.

Until then we can continue our superficial relationships, and you can continue being manipulated.

*Note: my use of the word audience is meant to imply the group whose thinking is being manipulated in order to create a negative perception of the target. In order to create the negative narrative against the Targeted Individual, different concepts of the smear campaign are emphasized based on the demographic and the environment of the audience. In other words, an audience at a restaurant or a gym that the target patronizes may be sent an embarrassing image or video of the target via phone cloning unbeknownst by the Targeted Individual. While a church congregation may be informed that the target is a narcissistic sociopath that was given an opportunity to make amends and refuses to do so and that the target deserves the oppression he is enduring.

Another way to view the psychological aspect of the Targeted Individual program is that they are “human sanctions”. Sanctions are a type of punishment/oppression that have been used by the US government against other nations for years in order for the US government to bend the will of their opposition to achieve their desired outcome. The US government pushes its influence against its opposition with sanctions via necessities (food/energy/money). Without these things, it is difficult for a nation or country to keep the populace appeased. With respect to the Targeted Individual program, the US government pushes an all-encompassing smear campaign and discrediting tactics that literally affect every aspect of the TI’s life. As the TI tries to make sense of what is happening or attempts to expose this program the government, contractors, and weaponized law enforcement simply tighten the noose. “The tightening of the noose” is done via psychological manipulation, primarily by the discrediting and smear campaigns in order to isolate the target from the audience and society as a whole. While simultaneously using “the audience” as the means to which the isolation is accomplished. Again, the isolation of the target is simply brilliant in its complexity. The ability to use an innate weakness in human thinking/emotion. A sense of belonging. Which also lends to a sense of others not belonging, or “not being part of our group” is the single most important concept within the insidious Targeted Individual program. Without the ability to influence the audience to outcast the target, the whole “Targeted Individual house of cards” will fall under its own weight. It really is as simple as that.

LEARN TO THINK FOR YOURSELF.

 As I said before the isolation tactics and discrediting smear campaigns are dynamic and vary in intensity and audience. Regardless of the audience, the goal for all of the discrediting smear tactics is the same; to isolate and discredit the TI (with isolation being the key). This isolation aspect is imperative for the nefarious actors behind the Targeted Individual program in order to achieve the ultimate goal of the Targeted Individual program. The unwilling human test subject. As I have said for a while, the next phase of warfare will be digital warfare with respect to opposition countries’ infrastructure and military resources, and neurocognitive warfare with respect to human opposition. Throughout history, there has not been a weapon system that was designed for US military use that was not thoroughly tested before being implemented. The neurocognitive warfare/ neurocognitive weapons systems are no different in this respect. I believe this is one of the main reasons the Targeted Individual program was formed to begin with. Post 9-11-2001, the federal government ramped up the program to prevent terrorist activity against the United States. I believe, initially the “non terrorists” that ended up on the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB FBI list) were vetted and cleared as NOT TERRORISTS. However, after accumulating thousands of “potential terrorists” that were vetted as “not terrorists” some jackwagon’s thought it might be useful to have a pool of unwilling human test subjects. Add to this, that once on a potential terrorist watchlist these citizens literally have no legal recourse. This “potential terrorist entrapment” of US citizens has grown over the years due to the weaponization that this program has become and with the extremely liberal issuance of FISA warrants against US citizens. Which just makes my situation so much more glaring. No not because it’s me, because the two asswipes that were instrumental in me being entrapped in this program are fucking lawyers!! 

• Imagine being the person that has been smeared and discredited in every aspect of their life for nearly a decade. 
• Imagine being the person that has spent virtually everything you had in a vain attempt to try and make investment income so that you could have some semblance of a “normal” life without being ridiculed and discredited at your place of employment. While trying to make enough to figure out a way to fight this insidious program. 
• Imagine being the person that changes career paths and has taken a job that pays~50% of what you made previously because you feel that you couldn’t truly be sincere in exposing the insidious TI program if you went back to work in the same critical infrastructure industry (where your TI experience started) for a better paycheck.
• Imagine being the person that got “Havana Syndromed” to the point of being diagnosed as a “mini stroke” for attempting to expose the two cowardly lawyers that are instrumental in you being ensnared in this nefarious program.
• Imagine being the person that wakes up with “brain fog”, head pressure, and feels like your lower jaw has tried to push your upper jaw out of your skull overnight due to your teeth having been clinched so tight, because you have been remote neurally monitored again.
• Imagine being the person that literally can’t do anything right knowing that, due to the invasive monitoring, many things that you do in your personal life will be twisted to fit a negative narrative against you.
• Imagine being the person that has tried to express to people that know you well, the evil that exists within this program that has held you hostage for years. Only to be met with speculation and disbelief.
• Imagine being the person that could prove that the Targeted Individual program exists, and that your former employers (2 lawyers) are instrumental in you being entrapped in this program. A program that has weaponized law enforcement. A program that is committing crimes against humanity. In your instance, a program that was used to satisfy a personal vendetta against you, and a program that continues in order to cover up this personal vendetta. 
• Imagine being a person that has typically been willing to help out other people (money, time, energy whatever) without asking or expecting anything in return only to be portrayed as a terrible person that deserves the ridicule, discrediting and out casting that you are going through.
• Imagine being the person that is judged and discredited by nearly everyone who crosses your path. Imagine knowing that some of those that are passing judgement against you are self-righteous assholes and have low moral character, but they feel better about themselves by scorning you.
• Imagine being the person that knows some of the transgressions of your family or friends and also knows that these family and friends likely have transgressions that they don’t want anyone to know about. All this, while judging you not only on your transgressions, but also for some things that you didn’t do, or things that have been taken out of context or have been twisted to fit a negative narrative against you.

Now imagine how you might try and navigate what’s left of your life. Would you give up? Would you be a “doormat” to the oppressive, chicken shits that are behind the Targeted Individual program for the rest of your life? Would you fight back with every fiber of your being until you are completely exhausted and unable to fight any longer?

I wrote in my original blog post that I spoke to HR at AZGT electric cooperative. At the time, I had sent my first of three accusatory letters to the AZGT electric cooperative CEO Patrick Ledger outlining my concerns and pointing out some things that I knew that both he and AZGT General Counsel Benjamin Engelby had knowledge of and were involved in, or at the very least complicit with. The AZGT HR manager contacted me and set up a time for me to meet with her. When we met she had one of those yellow legal notepads with her. I assumed she was going to use the notepad to write down or reiterate my concerns? We sat down at a four place table in her office, and for some reason we were sitting right beside one another. As opposed to sitting across from one another. Due to our seating arrangement I could see anything she noted on her notepad. During our conversation she said she had a “legal obligation” to act on behalf of an employee when there were improprieties at the cooperative. She then asked a lot of questions, but I felt the questions were more about how much I knew about my ordeal and less about how to help me rectify this situation based on her “legal obligation”. I told her that I felt like she was trying to find out how much I knew about this illegal situation (at the time I had no clue about the Targeted Individual program). I did know about the cooperative having ties to federal law enforcement and being able to ask for federal law enforcement assistance if they felt they needed it, and I stated this in my letters to Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby. I did tell her that the things that were happening to me affected every aspect of my life and that there were direct ties to the cooperative. I told her these things had been happening for years. I told her that, despite the ridicule and harassment, and my life having been turned upside down, I was not backing down from this situation. I also told her that Patrick Ledger, CEO AZGT Electric Cooperative, needed to be EXPOSED. Our meeting was fairly short (~10 minutes) mainly because I wasn’t going to go into a lot of detail or specifics about what I knew. She never suggested anything about how I should handle this situation or what the normal course of action is when an employee has concerns or issues with company/cooperative officers. The AZGT HR manager wrote one word on her legal pad during our meeting. “EXPOSE” 

I am proud of myself for having not backed down, and for trying to expose these cowards that are involved with the Targeted Individual program. Once I sent the letters questioning Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby about their awareness and involvement in my situation, I was Targeted for life. Even though I had no idea of the Targeted Individual program at the time. It was only a matter of time before I figured it out, and Patrick Ledger, Benjamin Engelby, and their “U.S. taxpayer funded, government sponsored goon squad” all knew it. There was no way I would ever be released from this program. Don’t take my word for it, do some research on this program and read what other TI’s say about their entrapment in this program.

I am so thankful that I did not sign the NDA agreement/disclosure from AZGT (Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby). An NDA does not absolve a person of guilt or culpability/complicity. An NDA does however forbid the agreeing person (ME in this situation) from talking about or openly trying to expose a person’s guilt, culpability/complicity. 

In addition, the NDA was a one-sided agreement. This was simply a release, a “gag order” that would prevent me from exposing the complicity/culpability of Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby. While my alienation and persecution would never end. Patrick Ledger, and Benjamin Engelby are directly tied to my entrapment in the Targeted Individual program. Because of this, and because I could prove this if I could get any kind of legal resolution, I am able to expose the Targeted Individual program. 

During my years of entrapment in this insidious program I have thought a lot about going back to church. I tried to find a church a couple of times, but it never felt right. I have been angry at God. Angry that the Targeted Individual program could exist in this country. Angry that law abiding citizens could be isolated to the point that they are used as human test subjects. Angry that law enforcement has been weaponized against law abiding citizens with no chance of any recourse. Thus, I haven’t prayed much and going to church just felt wrong. Anyway, in the past couple of months I tried going to church again. 

Most non-denominational churches nowadays have an app or a physical card for new church participants to fill out if they want more information about the church or if they would like to become more involved in the church. In the past (before I was entrapped in the Targeted Individual program) I can remember filling out one of those cards and having a member of the “new member outreach” call me and welcome me to the church, give me information on Bible studies, greeting or welcoming committees, new member classes/orientation etc. So how am I to interpret if I fill out one of those connection cards like 5-6 different Sunday’s and place them in the collection box with my offering, and yet never get a phone call or a text? I think this is just one more “not coincidence” in the life of a Targeted Individual. This church has a prison ministry program. I think that a prison ministry is a great thing, but it seems a little hypocritical to connect and reach out to convicted pedophiles, rapists and murderers and not to Targeted Individuals. I am going to say this again. The TI program is beyond pervasive/invasive, one of the main goals is to isolate – this program literally invades and affects every aspect of a TI’s life. 

To be fair and unbiased, is it possible that this church pastor or leaders were told that if I attend services, the Targeted Individual program would be implemented in their place of worship? I don’t know all the nuances of how this program is implemented. Through my several years of experience of being a TI, when I start a new job, move to a new location or patronize a new gym etc. the targeting usually starts within 2-3 weeks. It is possible that their unwillingness to reach out to me was their way to satisfy the targeting without being overt about it. Regardless of the why in this particular instance, this was not a coincidence. You think I am wrong? You think this is yet another coincidence? Now that the busy holiday season has settled down, spend a couple of hours on a Sunday and go to a church that you have never been to. Fill out one of those connection cards and see how long it takes for someone to contact you. 

I watched the Edward Snowden documentary “CITIZENFOUR” again recently. Edward Snowden is a whistleblower that revealed just how invasive the US government is with respect to US citizen and foreign countries personal information/phone/email/text/conversations. Edward Snowden’s exposition of the US intelligence capabilities and invasion of civil liberties was around 2011. The intelligence capabilities the US government had in 2011 were mind blowing. Needless to say, the US government intelligence capabilities and willingness with respect to the use of invasive intelligence are some magnitudes greater today. The Targeted Individual program (or whatever the US government’s “code name” for this program is) is absolutely real. The United States government, either directly or through US government contractors (likely both), is committing crimes against humanity. In the U.S., virtually all companies, churches, businesses and organizations are either directly or indirectly involved with this program. As a law-abiding U.S. citizen, you can be entrapped within the Targeted Individual program by/with the help of your employer. I was ensnared in the Targeted Individual program as a personal vendetta by/with the help of two lawyers at a small electric cooperative in Benson, AZ (Patrick Ledger CEO AZGT Electric Cooperative and Benjamin Engelby General Counsel AZGT Electric Cooperative). Both Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby are associated with AZGT Electric Cooperative board, The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), Touchstone Energy Cooperative Inc., The State Bar of California, The State Bar of Arizona, The Electric Cooperative Bar Association, and The Energy Bar Association. All of the above cooperatives and associations have been contacted and are aware of my situation. More importantly, the above-mentioned cooperatives and associations are both aware of and are either directly or indirectly involved with the Targeted Individual program.

They are committing crimes against humanity. Maybe you think if I stop trying to expose them that I would be released from the Targeted Individual program. That’s not how this program works. As I have said so many times, once a person is ensnared in this program and certainly if that person can prove who was involved in their entrapment, the targeting never ends. There are thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands of tax paying US citizens and they are being used as unwilling human test subjects. All while being discredited, isolated, and invasively monitored in every aspect of their lives. Knowing this, there is no way that I could walk away from my situation hoping that my “personal targeting” issue is reprieved. Nor do I ever want to be that person. Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby got caught for their involvement and complicity in a nefarious program that has misappropriated taxpayer funds, had neurocognitive technology used on me, weaponized law enforcement and smeared me in every facet of my life in order to settle a personal vendetta. Because I can prove this if I could ever get any legal resolution to my situation, I fully expect the US government/contractors that are behind my targeting situation to continue with their invasive monitoring, gang stalking, neurocognitive technology and negative discrediting campaign to sway the opinions of “the audience”. 

Aside from the fact that you all have your own discretions that you want to keep secret, and the fact that one of the main things that has been used to discredit me is false, I have stated many times that the US government (directly and through contractors) are committing crimes against humanity. I have told you how they are doing it. Yet you all would rather carry on buying into the cowardly discrediting campaigns incapable of grasping or unwilling to grasp the gravity of this statement. THEY ARE COMMITTING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

Although you may not be a reader of my blog, we both know that your allied government contractors are. I will say something that you have heard before that can put this whole situation to rest. It was shortly before I was fired from AZGT Electric Cooperative that I confided a little of what I knew about your involvement in my targeting situation (at the time I still had no clue about the Targeted Individual program, and I certainly had no idea the depth of the depravity that this program entails). Anyway, at the time I spoke to your lead Communications Engineer, one of the things I said to him was “Let’s get this quagmire into a court of law and find out who among us is full of shit, and just how full of shit those persons are”. THAT OFFER STILL STANDS. 

Again, I was fired and offered a severance shortly (weeks) after having this conversation. Which gave you and your government sponsored, misappropriated taxpayer funded goon squad enough time to implement a plan to offer me a severance. Your thought being that I would have accepted the terms of your severance and signed the NDA. Which would have allowed you a get out of jail free card. Not to mention the fact that shortly after my termination I received a call from a former coworker at an electric cooperative that I had previously worked for in Texas. Have I told you that I no longer believe in coincidences? I have made no secrets over the years about how I felt that this particular electric cooperative is, by far, the best company and co-workers that I have ever been a part of. You’re thinking that surely this would be enough to push me off of my principles and just get on with my life was a mistake. Of course, your government sponsored goons spun this as me being in the wrong in the first place and you being the benevolent, “olive branch extending”, forgiving people that you are, and me being the hardheaded, sociopath, narcissist, unable to accept responsibility for my actions, terrible person that I am. A person so depraved that I deserve the continuous oppression that my life has been facing for nearly a decade. In truth, I have stood on my principles, in spite of some mistakes that I have made. Not only did I not accept your ‘hush money” and not take a job in an industry where my experience lies. A job (assuming I would have gotten it) that would likely be paying me 2X + what I am currently making. Maybe this was all in vain, but I just couldn’t do it. I couldn’t take a job in an industry that fosters cowardly men to use their connections in the US federal government and law enforcement to relentlessly punish an individual for standing up for himself and bruising the precious egos of a couple of entitled cowards.

Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby, not only did you offer me a severance, but your US government sponsored, misappropriated taxpayer funded goon squad had manipulated a perfect landing spot for me. A potential nice down payment for a home, relocation costs + a job with genuine people that I had missed for a while. What else could I possibly want??!! Ask your HR Manager. She wrote it on her legal pad during our meeting.

Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby, having been the “lynch pin” in my personal targeting/oppression, you have not only shamed yourselves, your industry, and with your use of the government sponsored goon squad you have weakened the faith and belief in the Constitutional rights of all US citizens. You have also weakened and brought into question the principles, values, and credibility of everyone that you have involved in this situation. Specifically, AZGT Electric Cooperative HR staff, AZGT Electric Cooperative CIP – Critical Infrastructure Protection – department employees, AZGT Electric Cooperative company officers, AZGT Electric Cooperative Board of Directors, Touchstone Energy Electric Cooperative, NRECA – National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, The California Bar Association, The Arizona Bar Association, The Electric Cooperative Bar Association, and The Energy Bar Association.

A note on my thinking from before I was aware of the Targeted Individual program, through realizing the depths, perversion and purpose of the Targeted Individual program, and what continues to drive my purpose today.

Knowing that I could not have been alone in having been targeted, discredited and isolated in such a way that felt way too orchestrated, too choreographed, too organized to be some random, “thrown together” plan from a manipulative CEO and some of his friends in high places. Again, being a Targeted Individual is “human/psychological sanctions”. You can’t possibly understand what this feels like, or how difficult life is to navigate until you have been targeted. Although at the time I was at AZGT electric cooperative I had essentially figured out the concept of the Targeted Individual program. I had no idea the depth, depravity and the ultimate goals of the Targeted Individual program. I did realize that there is no way that all of this “money, energy, personnel and resources” being used against me was created just for me. So then, there must have been and must still be others that have been in a similar situation. How did they handle this situation? I don’t know why, but I kept having this same “premonition”…. A working class guy that has been discredited, and character assassinated in every aspect of his life. I still think of this to this day, and it is the driving factor as to why I cannot relent in my goal to expose this insidiousness. I think I have even written about this before, anyway my “premonition”. The guy has lost everything, been discredited, separated from his loved ones and one day he hit the Jim Beam hard and in a moment of weakness he grabs his S&W .357 and ends it all. There is no doubt in my mind that this outcome has happened to many that have been entrapped into this insidious Targeted Individual program. I believe in my core that this is part of the program. Once a target has spent their “usefulness to the program”, they are expendable. Add to this, as I have explained multiple times, it is all too easy to continue to corral new test subjects. You can start to understand that once a TI starts to put things together, and attempts to unveil this program, the powers to be will either try to herd the proverbial Bison over the proverbial cliff or character assassinate and discredit the TI to the point of being a pariah. “Dead men blow no whistles”. It’s just so despicable. Tax paying, law abiding US citizens get corralled like herd animals into a program that dehumanizes them. FISA warrants are issued against them. They are labeled as potential terrorists, and then subjugated to be unwilling human test subjects with no legal recourse. The oppression is relentless, to the point that some TI’s do end up taking their own lives. This is not North Korea we are talking about. This is the United States of America. This is AZGT Electric Cooperative in piss ant Benson Arizona. So, you are damn right I didn’t sign the NDA and refused the severance. You damn right I didn’t take the easy path and stay in the electrical power industry because I felt I couldn’t have been taken as being sincere if I stayed in this industry for a paycheck while trying to expose the corruption that has been hidden within this critical infrastructure industry. I have spent pretty much everything I had to expose this insidious program. I have been discredited in every aspect of my life and yet I refuse to cower to those chicken shit, coward assholes. I have said this before, some things in my life may not be for others to understand. If this is one of those things then I am completely comfortable with that, but I am not backing down from attempting to expose the insidious Targeted Individual program and the weak men that are instrumental in my personal Targeted Individual experience.
