A letter to NRECA and Touchstone Energy board members and an email for context

This blog post is simply a copy of a couple of letters that I sent to NRECA and Touchstone energy board members October 2023. I will list below all of the NRECA and Touchstone Energy board members that received these letters. I am posting these today for a couple of reasons. First, the constant harassment, and discrediting smear campaign has followed me everywhere I have been since I wrote these letters (as I said it would). Second, I believe I have finally figured out the root purpose of the insidious Targeted Individual program. I do not intend to blog about that today, but I soon will. I did want to get these letters, and the recipients of these letters and their association (as of 10/10/2023) on my blog in order to reveal an additional group of people/associations that are aware of, involved with and complicit in the Targeted Individual program. There is a copy of an email at the bottom of this post for some additional context.

I am writing to you today to express my concerns about your industry and organization. Since you are a member of the board of directors of Touchstone Energy, I am also writing to you to implore you to implement some essential employee protection. I am including some additional documentation from my blog as well as letters that I have sent to Patrick Ledger (CEO AZGT/AEPCO Electric Cooperative) and Ben Engelby (General Counsel and CIP Manager AZGT Electric Cooperative) as well as a letter that was sent to each AZGT/AEPCO board member. 

I want to be absolutely clear when I say that this all started from my time at AEPCO/AZGT Electric Cooperative in Benson, Arizona. I also believe this has been nothing more than a personal vendetta from two weak men who are both lawyers. One (Patrick Ledger) is the CEO of AEPCO/AZGT Electric Cooperative and the other (Ben Engelby) is the general counsel and he is the manager of the CIP department of AEPCO/AZGT Electric Cooperative. I believe initially the oppression/harassment that I endured was intended to force me to quit. If you read my attached blog entry, you may wonder why I didn’t quit. I did intend to go back to the oil and gas industry, but at the time I had doubts about the near term outlook I decided to stay until the outlook was better (pre-covid). Then there was the Covid issues and I really couldn’t go anywhere at that time. During the early Covid time period I started feeling like there was a conspiracy against me. To be clear, for years I felt like I was being framed for some kind of inappropriate behavior with a child (which I adamantly deny that I would ever do). Again see the attached blog post for clarification on this. At this point, there was no way I was going anywhere. I was convinced this would make me look guilty of the nefarious plot against me. I know this may sound ridiculous, but it was the only thing that made any sense to me at the time. I spent years looking over my shoulder unsure of what I was even looking for. Today I am aware that I am a Targeted Individual. I was able to put this all together without having any knowledge of the Targeted Individual program. I knew at the time that I couldn’t be the only person that had been in a situation like this, but I had no idea the extent of the Targeted Individual program. I would have never imagined that an employer could enroll me (a US citizen that has no criminal record) in a program that is designed to isolate and terrorize me in every aspect of my life. Additionally, there is no recourse once a person has been entered into the Targeted Individual program. Lawyers are no help, Human Resources are no help, the board of AEPCO/AZGT Electric Cooperative are no help. The Targeted Individual program is designed to humiliate, harass, oppress, physically and emotionally harm and ultimately isolate a person in every way possible – “to crush a person’s soul”. I still find it inconceivable that a program like this exists in the United States of America. What’s more perplexing is that an individual can be entered into this program by their employer to satisfy a personal vendetta, again with no recourse whatsoever. Which is why I am writing this letter to you. As a member of the Touchstone Energy/National Rural Electric Cooperatives Association board I believe it is essential for you to have some form of oversight to keep this from happening to other electric cooperatives employees (assuming others haven’t been targeted already). I also believe that as a board member it is your responsibility to implement this oversight. In addition, you are responsible to ensure some form of recourse for any of your affiliated company employees that are entered into this program. At this point, I have been enduring this oppression for the better part of a decade, and I truly believe this is a “life sentence”. TO SATISFY A PERSONAL VENDETTA. 

One of the many things that I find repulsive about this situation… For instance, assume an Electric Cooperative CEO is a member of a certain religion. I am typically not one to judge someone for their religious beliefs. I was raised in this religion, although I no longer attend services. My issue with this is to point out the blatant hypocrisy that has been so pervasive in my life for the last several years as a result of being a Targeted Individual. When you have been through the YEARS of oppression and harassment that I have endured, the only thing worse than a hypocrite is a pious hypocrite. 

Several years ago, the sitting leader of this church asked the world and fellow believers for forgiveness. After years of rumors, personal accounts and silencing of victims/critics, the church was losing followers. The church leader asked for forgiveness for these transgressions. These unspeakable acts were committed by church leaders mostly towards young boys. I personally believe that these things have gone on for centuries, possibly millennia, and they were hidden and kept quiet to keep followers from losing faith in the church. I can’t think of many things worse than leaders of a church this powerful doing something so terrible to children. 

I am honestly not trying to condemn anyone for their religious beliefs here. Nor am I trying to say that this church and church leaders shouldn’t have been forgiven for these acts. Forgiveness is up to each individual. The point that I am trying to get across here is that this assumed CEO of a small electric cooperative can have an employee entered into a government program that is designed to harass and oppress for nothing more than a personal vendetta is North Korean tactics. Considering when that person is “investigated” by the authorities there is no due process, no time limit, and the investigation turns into nothing more than a smear campaign and oppression that affects every aspect of that individual’s life for years is Unconstitutional at the very least. All while this assumed CEO goes to a church on Sunday asking forgiveness for his sins. At an institution that I can only assume he forgave for the aforementioned crimes against children. Which makes someone in my position completely dumbfounded and pissed off. 

As a Targeted Individual that has figured out how this transpired and at this point, I understand how this system works. I believe this is a life sentence. I am not saying that all Targeted Individuals are targeted for life, but I do believe that those of us that have figured out how this happened to us, and can prove it, are in fact targeted for life. I think this is done to keep us silent/quieted and for those that are involved in and behind this criminal activity to not have to admit their wrongdoings (sound familiar). I can certainly prove this if I were given any type of due process. As I have mentioned before, that will likely never happen. 

What if a guy is tired of living under “The United States of North Korea ” regime, and he refuses to take another job knowing that this is just another platform and a new group of people that he will be ridiculed and harassed by? Not to mention he has been blacklisted from working in the industry where he is experienced. What if that guy uses his retirement to try and invest as he feels this is really his only chance to have any opportunity at income without being the mark for continued work related oppression? What if that guy is a bad investor and is running out of money? What’s his life expectancy? Assume he does resolve to get another “ordinary job” (stocking shelves, moving freight, whatever), after the last several years he knows the ridicule that awaits him. What is his quality of life? Seriously, what is the motive for all of this? 

 Am I really so bad of a person that I am allowed no recourse, due process? In a country that affords due process to pedophiles, human traffickers, serial killers…really? Once I started to put all of this together, I called out the CEO, his general counsel and their CIP minions for who they are, and I told them to F-off. Did Patrick Ledger offer me a severance because he is a good and forgiving person? Do you believe that? This may be so, but it is much more likely that the continued oppression that I am living through is the result of not accepting his severance and refusing to sign his “get out of jail free card”. I want to reveal the depths of the insidiousness that is alive within your industry. Mr. Ledger and his U.S. taxpayer funded henchmen want anything but that. They have already proven that they will go to great lengths to try and keep me from exposing this. 

 My fate may very well be sealed. You may believe I deserve all of this. You may agree with these tactics. You may believe that I am completely crazy and that none of this is true. Unfortunately, everything I have written is true. You may not be able to help me even if you wanted to. Regardless of what you believe, the message that I am going to restate is this…. 

  As a member of the board of Touchstone Energy/National Rural Electric Cooperatives Association you have the obligation to keep something like this from happening to another employee of any company or cooperative that is affiliated with your organization. I am saying again…. I believe it is essential for you to have some form of oversight to keep any of your affiliated employees from illegally/immorally being classified as a targeted individual, by being investigated by Federal law enforcement, with no due process. I also believe that as a board member it is your responsibility to implement some form of oversight to dissuade the use of federal law enforcement to target one of your affiliated employees for any type of personal vendetta from any affiliated company officers or CIP department employees. In addition, you are responsible to ensure some form of recourse for any of your affiliated employees that are entered into this program. 

  I genuinely hope and pray that you take my story and allegations seriously. Nothing I have written here or in any of my blog writings is intended to mislead or deceive anyone. I will say again that if this was a level playing field and if I could get due process, I believe I can prove everything that I have written.

This is an email that I sent to “the handler”, I have only referred to her in my original blog post. The point of adding this is to expound on my mind set during of my decade long ordeal. This was obviously prior to discovering that the Targeted Individual program exists. Also, although I may never know what the true intentions of recruiting Suzanne and her daughter in all of this was, what I do know is that they absolutely used her daughter in this campaign which is important because you cannot smear someone as a pervert while at the same time put a 2-year-old child in his care. As I have said before that would have to violate some kind of child protective law. Also, as to the part of the smear campaign that has labeled me a dead beet that swindled a single mother out of money (which I again am stating is absolutely false), what kind of person would entrust her female toddler to a dead beet (multiple times) and while her daughter was still in diapers anyway?

Things that need to be said

Shortly after I met you I told you about the testosterone issues I was having at the time. What I didn’t tell you was that I was also having an issue with bird mites. I know that sounds ridiculous, but they are a real thing. Think of them as the terrorists of the insect world. It’s hard to have any kind of social life while you are trying to rid your house of those things. Considering these two issues will maybe give you (and the goons you work for) some perspective on things. This may also stop you from telling me how your late husband left this world at the end of a rope with his junk in his hand (FOR THE FIFTEENTH TIME). In hopes that this would finally be the time that you gain my trust, and I divulge some deep dark shady secret. “If your dog has been barking up the wrong tree FOR YEARS; maybe it is time to get a new dog”??? You guys see what you want to see.

I have asked you when does this end? If I leave here does this crap follow me? Only to get blank stares and shrugged shoulders, and a response of “I don’t know what you are talking about”. Even though we both know that you do. Last year, I had the potential opportunity to go back to the Coop that I worked for in Texas. I have a buddy that has been trying to get me to come work for him in Houston for the past two years. I am not leaving here until I have exhausted every avenue to expose you, that megalomaniac that employs you, his goons and that woman that donated her daughter as BAIT to your cause. Other than talking to a couple of harassment attorneys (that you guys talked to before I did) I haven’t really even tried to pursue anything on that front. It may take me a while, but I will. 

It’s not that I don’t want to move on and have a life again. I CAN’T. You and your team combined with megalomaniac and his goon squad have done a pretty good job of making my life a living hell. My character and name has been smeared to anyone/place I have had any contact with (several part time jobs and gyms that I have frequented, doctor’s, neighbors and landlords anywhere I have lived many of which are big corporations). Which makes me wonder….why would a big corporation put themselves in a position to be sued for possible libel/slander. The answer, of course, is they wouldn’t. However, if there was a potential ongoing investigation of a person that they employ or who attends their establishment then there may be a case in which they are required to “alert their employees” of said person. (Let me know if I am getting warm here. Also, tell Brian P. that the raise in pay before asking me to contract on the Amazon job was a nice touch. What is that another 1500-2000 people with whom you could “enact your legal smear campaign”?) 

So how did you guys do it??? Maybe you got a judge or legal entity to sign off on this via something the goons found on a personal computer? Couple that with something that I did at work that I literally couldn’t be more embarrassed about? MAYBE, but my bet is they would have told you to pound sand……Enter Suzanne and her daughter. 

The background….Suzanne and I dated several years ago for a little while, but stayed friends (or so I thought) for years. I have helped Susan over the years in many ways. I have given her money, repaired her cars, loaned her my car while working on her car, bought her tires, an iphone, paid for moving trucks two or three times, helped her move 4-5 times, worked on her house, you name it I have pretty much done it. At one point, several years ago, she “lent me” $5000. To be clear I have probably paid her 2-3 times that over the course of our “friendship”. Nonetheless, that is something that has always bothered me, and I never could get over that. I felt like I “owed her” out of guilt. So almost anything she asked I would try to accomodate. When she asked me to watch her daughter for the first time, her daughter was still in diapers. I felt really awkward doing so. After all, I have never had kids, and I thought it was weird to ask a grown 46-47 year old man to take care of an unrelated female child and having to change her diaper. So I told her no, but I would pay for the sitter. Suzanne said her usual babysitter was busy. So I told her I would pay for a backup sitter, and she said she couldn’t find one. I reluctantly agreed to watch/take care of her daughter.

You remember that day. I think you and I had been hanging out for a month, maybe two. You had literally never been to my house in the morning or during the day. You were always there at night and you would always leave late 12am-2amish. Again, you were NEVER at my house in the morning…….until you were. So Suzanne dropped off her daughter and literally stayed less than two minutes. Saying she was in a hurry and running late, and making sure she told me that her daughter’s diaper needed to be changed. Five minutes later my doorbell rings and there you are (LIKE 7am THERE YOU ARE AT MY DOOR). I, of course, am kinda wide eyed and like she just dropped off her daughter and said her diaper needs to be changed. You were so helpful with the whole diaper changing, and after a few minutes of small talk off you went. I didn’t really put it all together then. Susan asked me to watch her daughter 2-3 times after that, but I think she was only in diapers one of those times. Of course, me being the” I owe her schmuck that I was”, I accommodated and agreed to watch her. 

Where is all this going?? Well it’s not where it’s going. It’s where it went, but you already know that. So now you guys take your “he is a predator/pervert” petition, and you add a little twist to it. You go to the judge/legal entity and say not only is he a predator/pervert, but there is also a child involved. There is not a judge in the land that is going to take a chance on denying that petition. But again, you guys already know this. (AM I GETTING WARMER??)

Here is the real kicker…After I realized who you were/are, and I had already known about Megalo and his goon squad being up my ass monitoring my personal phone calls and home network. Suzanne starts pushing, literally pushing for me to watch her daughter. It just felt off, and I didn’t want to believe that she would be part of yall’s nefarious BS. So I told her I couldn’t. Then I stopped taking her calls. She would leave messages saying I need you to babysit my daughter. Mind you, she knew I didn’t like babysitting so she would normally only call me when she was in a pinch (at least that is what I thought). Now, however, it was 2-3 weeks of messages that she needed me to babysit her daughter. Something was telling me this was just off/wrong. I didn’t end up babysitting her daughter, and in a roundabout way ended our “friendship” shortly thereafter. WHAT WERE YALL’S INTENTIONS WITH THIS????? 

This could have only been going one direction, and it aint good. Going back to why I can’t move on from here. I am not near egotistical enough to believe this is a one off case. There are many weak men in positions of power (notice I didn’t say powerful men) who use their position to bully people that oppose them. Having said that, you will not convince me that there is not a guy out there (probably multiple guys) that are serving time. After they get out they have to register as a sex offender/pedophile for something that they never did and would never do. How about the guy going through something like this and in a moment of weakness hits the Jim Beam too hard, grabs his 357 and ends it all. TO BE CLEAR, I WILL NEVER BE THAT GUY. I do feel like I owe it to these people and their families to do everything I can to expose you and the people you work for. I think there may be a law enforcement/legal entity involved in this ridiculousness based on the whole U Haul and Voyager background check issues. However, I am absolutely convinced that this started with the megalomaniac, his goons and you. You guys definitely stepped up your smear campaign after I let them know exactly what I thought of them, and told them to step off. 

Nobody understands the court of public opinion like a lawyer. There are at least two of them between megalomaniac and the goon squad. I am still trying to figure out what yall’s end goal is here. Is this sophomoric peer pressure thing your way of trying to push me out. How weak are most of your targets/victims anyway? As a whole, you guys were really smug when you thought I was following you like a lost puppy a couple of years ago. Y’all are a lot less smug these days. That fact in and of itself is pretty telling.

What kind of weak human being uses a 2 year old as bait for vindication anyway? On that note who is paying for all of this. I mean this has involved a lot of people and resources for years. Tax payers? Rate Payers? Tax Payers/Rate Payers from a power trading company? These are questions that need to be answered. God willing someday they will be.
