Any readers of my blog know that I have had a lot of theories, and hypotheses while trying to understand and decipher the Targeted Individual program. If you have followed my ramblings, you will know through my posts that I have evolved in my beliefs as to what the purpose of the Targeted Individual program is. 

I want to say that artificial intelligence has a lot of positive potential. From making traffic flow and roads safer, to health, disease detection and prevention, to nano-robotic surgery. There is a wealth of benefits from artificial intelligence. This post is not about the benefits of artificial intelligence. 

In my last post I noted:

 “I believe that this proposal will be pushed again in some format, or the issuance of the illegal and immoral FISA warrants against law-abiding US citizens will increase dramatically. That is to say if this proposal is not pushed for and passed, I believe the number of US citizens that are trafficked and ensnared into the Targeted Individual program will grow significantly. The US government is going to get their Artificial Intelligence human mannerisms, emotional response, problem resolution etc. model down in order to control a human population one way or another.”

This quote was in reference to a 10-year moratorium forbidding legislation of Artificial Intelligence from the state or local government level. This moratorium was stuffed into President Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill and had been voted down by the US Senate. What I didn’t add was that the Senate vote was 99-1 against this moratorium. There’s always one butt-kisser! Seriously though, this means at least 52 of the 53 Republican senators voted against this piece of proposed legislation. 

Within a couple of weeks of my blog post, President Trump passed an executive order passing this moratorium into law. I am going to say this now: there is a good chance that this moratorium will do anything but make America great again. This perspective is coming from a Targeted Individual. 

I am going to try and stay on my primary topic. If you have read my blog in the past, you know that I can kinda wander sometimes. I am going to list a few things that you may want to research.

• The amount of data centers proposed and under construction
• The amount of energy usage of these data centers will consume
• The amount of water usage of these data centers will consume 
• The environmental concerns and local citizen concerns that get bypassed in order to get these data centers fast track approval.
• The governments, entities and corporations that have contracts to use Palantir’s AI software
• China news as it relates to AI
• Trade and foreign relations concerning rare earth elements
• Presidential authority and Presidential executive orders that have been used and are used moving forward

President Trump has deployed National Guard troops to Washington, DC. The president has said this was done to prevent crime and clean up the vagrancy and homelessness within DC. President Trump has also hinted at potentially deploying national guard troops to other American cities. The national guard’s mission is a state-based military force that responds to national emergencies and civil unrest. I love this country, and I have the utmost respect for our military service members. As a Targeted Individual, I do wonder if the deployment of troops to the nation’s capital was done purely as a crime deterrent. Could the deployment of troops to American cities be potential psychological conditioning of US Citizens. From a basic psychological aspect, once a precedent has been set and accepted by the masses, it is much easier for the masses to condone any similar or accelerated future action. Many are applauding everything/anything done from the Trump administration. Here is a rhetorical question that will require you to be objective/honest with yourself. If Kamala Harris was our current president and, in a non-disaster relief/non-anarchy/non civil unrest situation, she decided to send the national guard to Washington, DC and hinted that there could be other cities that the national guard would be deployed; would you still feel the same way as you do now with President Trump doing so?

This acceptance by the general population is an extremely important concept to grasp given how the Targeted Individual program came into being. Acceptance creates a precedent. From a “human thinking” aspect, once a precedent has been set it is much easier to tolerate or to continue to accept similar behavior. Acceptance by the general population is the way in which the FBI terrorist screening database was implemented and accepted post 9-11-2001. In the aftermath of 9-11-2001, there was an extreme sense of American pride, support and nationalism. Maybe few people even realized that the FBI had created a terrorist screening database to monitor and watchlist suspected terrorists. However, during this period very few American citizens would have opposed federal law enforcement watch listing and surveilling potential terrorists anyway. I have explained this many times before; under the guise of preventing terrorism in the United States the FBI TSDB’s primary goal has morphed into an illegal human trafficking operation. An operation that is funded via misappropriated federal taxpayer money; while using tax paying, law abiding citizens as unwilling human test subjects. The goal of this program as it currently stands is to understand how to best remotely and psychologically manipulate, control, disrupt, distract and confuse a human population. As well as using neurocognitive weapons to deter and disable human beings. Hypothetically, if you believed what I am saying about what the FBI TSDB is today, and how it is more often used against law abiding US citizens as opposed to potential terrorists; would you still be in support of the FBI TSDB? Since it has already been implemented and accepted, at this point, does it even matter whether you support it or not?

I mentioned in my last blog entry how I believe that TI’s (unwilling human test subjects) are being used to build out an AI network that will have the ability to control a much larger human population. I believe this to be true. I do a lot of reading, listening to podcasts and audiobooks. I am going to list a book below that, in my opinion, should be required reading for all American adult citizens. It is uncanny, after listening to it a couple of times, it is likely that this software is used to target, entrap, and corral some of the Targeted Individual population. Whatever you think of me or the TI program, please put your preconceived notions aside and read/listen to this book. If you have an Amazon prime account, the kindle addition is a free download. If you have an Audible account, the audio book is a free download. It’s fairly short, but so important to the technology that is currently being used on American citizens. I was able to listen to the audiobook in a single day at work. The book details three software programs that are offered by Palantir. Palantir’s software is not only used by our government and federal law enforcement. There is a chance the company you work for will be using Palantir’s software in the fairly near future. You really need to read this book.

• “This is where the real danger lies, the normalization of predictive governance that allows institutions to act on probability rather than evidence. They don’t need to know that you have done something wrong. Only that someone like you might. Why bother with cause when correlation will suffice? There is often no way to challenge a decision once it’s been made. Palantir’s software is impervious to oversight”.

• “Once the system flags someone as a risk they don’t get treated neutrally. They get treated as a problem waiting to happen”. 

• “One of the most troubling aspects of this predictive framework is how little recourse exists for those it impacts. If you are flagged as a future risk, you may never even know it. Decisions will be made about you without your knowledge or consent and because the models are proprietary there is no reason to audit the reasoning behind them”.

Peter Thiel is the Chairman and one of the founders of Palantir. Palantir was originally funded by Peter Thiel himself and the CIA via the CIA venture capital arm “In-Q-Tel”. I never knew the CIA had a venture capital arm. Who would have thought? Like many other things that I have learned about the Targeted Individual program since I became an “aware TI”, this is yet another example that is at the cross-roads of complete brilliance and insidiousness. A company that uses AI “predictive analysis” software so no one person can be culpable or accused by someone that was targeted. “He was targeted because the software/algorithm yielded that he may be a potential threat”. At the same time, these software programs are not owned or run by the government. Even though the government has enormous contracts for let’s call it “consulting” with Palantir. Not to mention that United States federal intelligence/law enforcement literally funded and nurtured Palantir into what it is today. 

On a real “conspiracy theorist – what a wack-job that guy is note”; part of me thinks that the harassment and oppression that affects every aspect of a Targeted Individual’s life is done to influence the TI into doing something illegal in order to confirm that the AI software yield of the TI being a suspect is validated. That would qualify as one hell of a self-fulfilling prophecy huh?

As far as Targeted Individuals are concerned, and specifically my situation, Did the AI software yield me as a potential threat after I figured out some of the cowardly, insidiousness that is the TI program and called my CEO and General Counsel out as the megalomaniac pieces of pig shit that they are, or some other various rant that was aimed at the electric cooperative that was influential/prominent in me being trafficked into the Targeted Individual program? In a blog post a while back, I wrote about a couple of FBI whistleblowers and the AGAAVE acronym (AGAAVE- anti-government, anti-authority violent extremist). In that post, I quoted the FBI whistleblower as saying something to the effect of “oftentimes there are no allegations/signs of potential wrongdoing, yet a case is opened against the subject anyway. The case is then built through entrapment and coercion”. 

In a “what the fuck is going on in this world twist”. There is this. Again, Peter Thiel is a founder and the Chairman of Palantir. 

In the interview linked below, Peter Theil discusses the challenges of today’s world concerning technology and struggle for control/power. He speaks of end times, one world government, Armageddon and the antichrist. He says: “We need to find a way to talk about these technologies. Some of these technologies are dangerous but, in some sense, it’s even more dangerous not to do them”. He touches on the concept of a surveillance state. He also goes on to say that from a logical point of view (I’m kind of paraphrasing with that preface) “The United States is ground zero of globalization and it’s ground zero to the resistance of bad globalization, we’re both”. This event will be September 15 in San Francisco. I am sure there will be a recording of the lecture series for anyone interested.

I believe Peter Thiel’s statement: “Some of these technologies are dangerous but, in some sense, it’s even more dangerous not to do them”, is in reference to the US beating another superpower in the “AI arms race”. While acknowledging the fact that much that is Artificial Intelligence is pervasive, intrusive, anti-privacy and insidious by design.

Considering Peter Thiel is one of the founders of Palantir that worked with and was funded by the CIA to develop Palantir’s AI software, and then watching these interviews, my mind is kind of blown. There is no way he couldn’t know how Palantir’s software has been used to invasively monitor, and predictively model US citizens. That’s how Palantir’s AI software was designed to begin with. There is no way that he could not know that there are thousands – hundreds of thousands of people that are held in “virtual captivity” with no means of escape or recourse. Most of these citizens are not terrorists, violent, or a threat to anyone yet they are treated as if “it’s only a matter of time before the predictive model proves Palantir’s software was correct”. Having been entrapped within the TI “virtual captivity” for years and then hearing Peter Thiel proclaim “We need to find a way to talk about these technologies. Some of these technologies are dangerous but, in some sense, it’s even more dangerous not to do them”. To hear him expound on topics within the book of Revelations; I don’t know how to understand this.

Are Targeted Individuals simply a flock of sacrificial lambs used as unwilling human test subjects for the good of the herd? Is that really it? The government needed to test its Artificial Intelligence, predictive analysis software and neurocognitive weapons on a human test group in order to be fully prepared for a foreign foe that may have similar capabilities? Then what? Is this the nuclear arms race and subsequent nuclear standoff of the 21st century?

Is this the reason that thousands of law-abiding citizens are watch-listed under the issuance of FISA warrants? Is this the reason that federal tax-payer funds have been misappropriated, in order to carry out this testing, under the guise of preventing terrorism? Is this the reason these citizens are dehumanized via smear campaigns and character assassination in every facet of their life? Really, that’s it? 

I continue to wrestle with the intentions of the Targeted Individual program. Maybe I just don’t want to believe the only thing that makes sense to me. Targeted Individuals are illegally trafficked and entrapped into virtual captivity, we are dehumanized and discredited via the smear campaigns that affect every aspect of our lives. Anyone involved with the harassment/persecution is covered from any wrongdoing via the illegal FISA warrant that is open on the Targeted Individual. All of this is funded with tax dollars that have been misappropriated from preventing terrorism. All of the testing on Targeted Individuals – the isolation, psychological and neurocognitive torment is done in order to build an artificial-super intelligence network that will ultimately be used to control a much larger human population. There is no reprieve or recourse for Targeted Individuals and very few people that are not TIs will acknowledge or accept the fact that this program is real. American citizens need to remove their collective heads from the sand to accept the fact that the outcome of the Targeted Individual program will likely affect them in the near future.

Sometimes I write a blog post in a day. More often, I write some thoughts down and leave it for a day, 2 days, a week and then return to it and write some more (this blog post was started a couple of weeks ago).

Today is September 10, 2025. Charlie Kirk, a young, popular, right leaning political activist was assassinated today at an event at Utah Valley University. I liked the guy. He was respectful but steadfast in debating difficult issues. Iryna Zarutska was a Ukrainian refugee that fled to America in hopes for a better life. She was stabbed to death on a train in Charlotte, NC earlier this week. These situations are tragic, horrifying and they make me want to see the perpetrators of these acts locked away forever.

 I believe I have written previously that X-Twitter is the only social media that I use. My X “for you” timeline is filled with posts about Iryna and Charlie, which is to be expected. I am amazed at how many people are blindly blaming the left for these crimes. As well as foaming at the mouth for militarized cities, building detention centers, and incarcerating all of the “bad people”. Understand what I am saying here. I do believe that people that commit heinous crimes need to be held accountable by being incarcerated or, in extreme cases, receive the death penalty. However, I do have another rhetorical question. Assuming martial law is enacted in all major cities across the US, who determines who the “bad people” are? That response seems easy on the surface “it’s the people committing violent crimes against innocent law-abiding citizens”. I bring this up because, as a Targeted Individual, I can say with absolute certainty that if the federal government, federal law enforcement, federal contractors decide to portray you as a terrible person that needs to be punished there is absolutely NOTHING you can do to prevent this from happening. In my assumed scenario, let’s continue to assume that the “powers to be” use the same outline that they currently use for the Targeted Individual program. In which case a FISA warrant will be issued against you under the guise that you are a potential terrorist. Once this is done, you are now outside of and no longer protected by the Justice/Judicial system. Simply put, you have no recourse or due process. The fact that you have an 840-credit score, you have no criminal history, you are not a violent person, you are chairman of the homeowner’s association, you are a philanthropist, whatever; none of that shit matters. What does matter, is that, in some way, you have crossed or gotten on the wrong side of someone with access to power, and you are going to be incarcerated with the rest of the “bad people”.

Be careful what you wish for.

Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby were caught for their involvement in, and they are culpable with respect to the Targeted Individual program. I am the one who caught them.
