This blog post is long. It’s long because I had so much that I wanted to attempt to convey. At the same time, I just couldn’t find the energy to sit down and write it. I have written pieces of it and then set it aside. Only to return a week or two later and write something else that I thought was important. When I began to write this blog post in earnest, I couldn’t find the right fit and deleted and edited a lot. My hope is that the result of this post will make sense to the reader. I mentioned in an earlier blog post that I will sometimes take 2 or 3 weeks to complete a blog post. This one has taken several months to complete. You may find that I have written something that appears to have happened last week but is actually a couple of months old; take this into context. I am going to write about some personal/private things and a thing or two that I have never told anyone. There are some things in this blog post that some may find offensive. If you are an easily offended person, you should probably stop reading here. As I stated, this post is long. Like 46,629 words long and 247 minutes read time according to the pre-post analyzer.
Understand this paragraph before you read anything else that I have written. I am a God fearing, America first, law abiding, Christian, US citizen that loves this country. I am NOT MAGA. Of course I want to make this country great again, but I also want absolutely nothing to do with the brainwashed “Gulf of America” zealots who are so naive as to believe that tariff revenue will replace personal income tax or a plethora of other unfounded and unattainable bullshit that this administration spews. In the last few years of my life, I have been able to “see beyond the veil”. I am now able to separate my true beliefs from my former indoctrinated beliefs that have been used on the American people all of my life. I am now able to empathize with the hardships that many have endured for the gain and moral less greed of a few. I am able to separate humanitarian thinking and compassion from political parties and ideologies. I may not be welcomed by the “self-appointed righteous, pseudo-Christian, pious hypocrites”, but I am aligned with Christian values and compassion more than I have ever been. Take what I have written in context. When I write about my experiences and what I believe is becoming a totalitarian administration, I am not trying to convey some kind of anarchism or anti-capitalism. I am capable of loving this country and the ideals on which this country was founded, yet at the same time being ashamed, saddened and disgusted by the way that those ideals have been eroded, transformed and twisted to fit an agenda for the elitists within this country.
I used to talk about the propaganda and corruption in this country periodically and then blow it off “because there is nothing I could do about it”. After being trafficked and entrapped within the Targeted Individual program for nearly a decade; after realizing that there are thousands-hundreds of thousands of other law-abiding citizens that have also been trafficked and entrapped into the TI program; after realizing that we TIs are test subjects for a much bigger program, I started speaking out. I realized that the TI program is simply a symptom of a much bigger issue of corruption within this country. I have come to understand the parallels of the US government’s actions and oppression toward other countries and the tactics that are used against law abiding American citizens, who can expose the elitists tactics are essentially the same. I can no longer stay silent. If you don’t agree with me, I am okay with that. You may want to save yourself a lot of wasted time and energy and stop reading here.
Per usual, within this blog I will ramble through many topics. However, there is a prevailing theme to my rambling. The theme is that the rules and laws that are created and imposed by the law makers of this country and the accountability for “breaking” these rules are often implemented on those that are selected or targeted and these rules were never intended to be imposed on the elitists. Furthermore, sometimes the biggest crime that a person can commit is to break the unspoken rule of attempting to expose the blatant hypocrisy and corruption of those who hold positions of power. I believe that this, the common person attempting to alarm the public of the elitists’ hypocritical corruption and the punishment that is handed down for doing so, is now and will grow substantially in the very near future to be a major issue in this country. I also believe that the government’s mandate of National Guard quick reaction forces, president Trump’s EO for the “Genesis Mission”, Palantir and their involvement in the growing surveillance state, president Trump’s EO that prevents state and local government from AI legislation, AG Pam Bondi’s “crackdown on antifa”, as well as AG Pam Bondi directing federal intelligence services to compile a list of potential extremists will be used for: suppression of free speech, continued invasive monitoring and bypassing personal privacy’s, continued indoctrination of American citizens through extensive propaganda, and punish, outcast and discredit select “troublemakers” that attempt to expose or speak out against the corruption.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to computer systems performing tasks needing human intelligence, like learning, reasoning, problem-solving, perception, and language understanding, using data to improve performance over time, powering everyday tools from virtual assistants (Siri, Alexa) and search engines to recommendation systems, self-driving cars, and medical diagnostics.
Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) refers to a hypothetical type of artificial intelligence that can understand, learn, and perform any intellectual task that a human being can do, across a wide range of domains, at or beyond human-level proficiency.
Unlike today’s narrow AI (also called weak AI), which excels at specific tasks (e.g., playing chess, translating languages, driving cars, or generating images), AGI would possess general, flexible intelligence similar to humans. It could:

In my rambling within this post, I am going to write some things that I have experienced in my time entrapped in the Targeted Individual program. I am also going to write about our government and some of the things the US government and the elitists of this country have done and continue to do in order to maintain control, influence, power and wealth. My intention is to draw the parallels between the Targeted Individual program and the US government’s tactics toward other countries in order to maintain control. To show the reader that although the tactics may appear completely different, when it comes to influence, control and achieving an objective; they are eerily similar. I am also going to emphasize that, even though the Targeted Individual program may appear to simply be a program that is intended to be a punishment for a few of us that have been deemed to deserve it, it is actually the beginning of a much more dangerous, manipulative and insidious program. Since the Patriot Act of 2001, the Targeted Individual program has evolved into what will soon be a social hierarchy program, that uses AI/AGI (Artificial Intelligence-Artificial General Intelligence) in order to humiliate, isolate, deter, punish and annihilate anyone deemed as opposition to the US government and US elitists goals of power, wealth and control.
If you have read my blog posts in the past you will know that my understanding of this program and my beliefs in what the ultimate goal of the TI program is have changed throughout my years of experiences in being entrapped within the Targeted Individual program. For a while, I believed that TIs were used as unwilling test subjects for military warfare systems or potentially for profit for big tech companies’ future use of remote neural monitoring. While both of these hypotheses can still be partly true. I have settled on the most logical reason for the US government requiring a captive group of unwilling human test subjects, that are entrapped into a program that is outside the scope and protection of the US judicial system, and that is the Targeted Individual program is a weapon’s package that is currently used on a civilian “test population”. I believe that the Targeted Individual population are used as unwilling human test subjects and are being used to train an AI/AGI (Artificial Intelligence-Artificial General Intelligence) network that will have the ability to influence, manipulate, deter, and disable (if need be) a much larger human population. I have written about the weaponized federal law enforcement that is part of this program. I have also written about the use of Direct Energy Weapons (DEWS) that can cause Havana Syndrome, disorientation/immobilization and cognitive issues, as well as using Radiofrequency (RF) impulses to cause specific localized and nerve pain. Direct Energy Weapons and pulsed RF or RF energy weapons are used on Targeted Individuals. Remote Neural Monitoring is also a weapon/tool that is used on Targeted Individuals. I have personally experienced all of these. There are a wealth of other psychological, and DEW systems or applications that I have not personally experienced, but many other TIs will attest to having been subjected to.
As ridiculous as this will sound to the reader, I have had a Havana Syndrome attack, as well as months of radiofrequency induced nerve pain, and multiple experiences with remote neural monitoring. All of these are simply part of a much larger package of “tools” that are used in combination with the pervasive, dehumanizing and discrediting smear campaigns that encompass the “weapon’s package” that is specific to every Targeted Individual. Again it is my belief, that the reason that the US government needs a group of unwilling human test subjects, that are held with no recourse outside of the protection of the US judicial system, is to train an Artificial Intelligence system that is capable of isolating, propagandizing, discrediting, deterring and if need be incapacitating a human population. Probably better stated, is the ability to isolate, discredit and potentially incapacitate selected individuals within a citizen population, while monitoring, manipulating and propagandizing “the audience” in order to control this citizen population. I am not saying that the US government has some type of dystopian plan (dystopian – imagined state or society where there is great suffering or injustice). Although the Targeted Individual population in this country could argue that this is exactly the US government’s/elitist’s intentions. I believe that the AI (Artificial Intelligence) “manipulation initiative” has already been started with the use of Palantir as I have written about previously. I think the AI/AGI incorporation of the TI program will be deployed in a similar fashion as the current TI program is used. In that, not every US citizen will be persecuted simply because the US government wants a population of mindless drones, but rather it will be selective and premeditative in that a person does not have to be a criminal, have low moral character, or be guilty in order to be selected and targeted. The behavior of the “wife beater” down the block will be tolerated and permitted. While the person who tells their entitled CEO (who desperately needs to be told to Fuck Off and has a direct line to federal law enforcement) to Fuck Off may very well be selected for persecution. The “Martha Stewart’s” of this world will continue to be convicted of insider trading, while the “Nancy Pelosi’s” won’t garner a second glance. The guy who has a few beers and, while walking home from the bar, gets caught peeing behind a dumpster will be arrested for public intoxication and public indecency. Yet “chummy politicians buddies”, whose names are in the Epstein files for “improper sexual situations” with 14-year-old girls will have their names redacted. FBI whistleblowers will continue to be fired without cause or severance for attempting to do the right thing and uphold the oath that they took to the Constitution of the United States.

Several years ago, I had a porn addiction. Pornography for me was like a drug. The more I did, the more I had to do, and after a while it got boring and I needed something different to satisfy my addiction. I was living in Tucson and at the time I had gotten into mountain biking with one of my coworkers (Chris) and his wife. Chris was into rebuilding and fixing computers. This program that I have been trafficked into has taken roughly 25% of my adult life. I have explained many times how the dehumanizing and discrediting smear campaigns work. How these smear campaigns desensitize the “audience” toward the Targeted Individual, while dehumanizing and discrediting the TI. Through all of this, I have not strayed from trying to expose the Targeted Individual program as well as to expose the two lawyers Patrick Ledger (CEO Arizona G&T electric cooperative) and Benjamin Engelby (General Counsel and CIP department manager Arizona G&T Electric Cooperative) that were both instrumental, and are culpable, in me being trafficked into the Targeted Individual program. As crazy as this may sound, I began to realize that this was some type of counterespionage that could only be coordinated by a nation state, a faction of the US government or federal law enforcement/intelligence. But how could they legally be doing this? After all, I am not a criminal; nor have I ever been investigated or accused of any serious wrongdoing. I was racking my brain trying to discover how I could have been entrapped into this situation, and the only thing that made any sense to me at that time was Suzanne’s weird requests (almost begging at one point) for me to babysit her daughter. If you want a better explanation of the “Suzanne and her daughter scenario” read my initial blog post. I had previously broken off my “friendship” with Suzanne because I knew something was not right. As I said, I was also concerned about her urging me repeatedly to watch her 2-year-old daughter and I knew something was off. I will explain more about my intuitiveness and being able to “read people” more later in this blog post.
At some point I was certain that there was an outside “entity” attempting to destroy my life. As I worked at AZGT, I started to put the “puzzle pieces together”. Toward the end of my second employment at AZGT, I was sure that AZGT and specifically CEO Patrick Ledger, General Counsel Benjamin Engelby, the AZGT CIP department employees (Critical Infrastructure Protection) as well as federal law enforcement were all somehow involved in what had become character assassination in every aspect of my life. The letters that I wrote to Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby essentially accused them of this. Copies of these letters are in a couple of my blog posts.
Although I had figured out a lot of the Targeted Individual program during my second employment with AZGT, I did not yet know of the existence of the Targeted Individual program. It wasn’t until a few months after being fired from AZGT, refusing to sign an NDA, declining a severance from AZGT Electric Cooperative, disregarding an offer to stay in the electric power industry and work for another electric cooperative and a few months after my Havana Syndrome attack that I learned of the Targeted Individual program.

When I was fired from AZGT I was conflicted and confused. Not because I was fired, I have always had a very strong work ethic, and I am confident in my abilities. Rather, I was confused on how I should handle my situation. I decided to take a few months to “reset”. My plan was to write a letter to the board of AZGT electric cooperative and express my concerns about what I knew was a nefarious situation involving Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby and their use of federal law enforcement against me. If there was no resolution after that so be it. Part of me wanted more than anything to expose the insidiousness that I knew was a personal vendetta of a CEO and General Counsel in the electrical power industry using their contacts in federal law enforcement to totally ruin my life. The other part of me was “telling myself “To write a letter to the Arizona G&T electric cooperative board and give it 1, 2 maybe 4 months. If there was no response, then at least I tried to expose what I thought at the time was nothing more than “a CEO with a big ego and his friends in federal law enforcement showing me who was boss”.
I was going to invest in myself, go back to school and get an HVAC license. Again, I did not know that the TI program existed at this point. I had decided there was no way I could go back to work in the electrical power industry. As I knew at that time, in this industry, an employer could use their contacts in federal law enforcement to ruin a person’s life. I was adamant that whether I got any resolution to my situation or not, I simply could not attempt to expose this insidiousness within the electric power industry and yet continue to work in this industry in order to make a living.
Sure, I was getting too old to be crawling around in attic insulation and carrying heavy heating units into attics, but I knew my work ethic. I figured I could move to any decent sized city in Texas, hire a young helper, and work my ass off for two or three years. After that point I could probably have enough of a clientele to buy a couple of additional decent used trucks, promote the helper and hire a couple of “young buck” HVAC grads.
In this same vein, I want to mention something to anyone thinking that I could or should start some sort of contracting or handyman business. First of all, “You do not know what you do not know”. You are naive to the way this program works. For nearly a decade, I have been character assassinated in every facet of my life. I will not relent in doing everything I can to expose the Targeted Individual program, those involved in it and how the program works. Because I am determined to expose this program, there is no way I will be allowed to start a business. The dehumanizing smear campaign will prevent me from getting any amount of clientele. Additionally, I have to be very careful/cautious about any situation I put myself in. More than once in my years of entrapment within the Targeted Individual program I have been accused, or it has been insinuated about something that I did not do; entrapment and coercion are a big part of the TI program.
Keeping with my line of thinking on why I have to be cautious about the situations that I allow myself to be in, there was the woman at a group workout that said I did something that I did not do (this is also in my initial blog post). In a court of law any semi competent attorney would discredit her as the liar that she is. Knowing what I know about the TI program, putting myself in a situation of being a contractor and working in people’s homes, having to worry about being accused of doing something that I didn’t/wouldn’t do is honestly a very real concern. At my point in the TI program, knowing what I know and me refusing to relent in exposing this program, the goal of the people behind my personal TI situation is to discredit me by any means necessary. “You do not know what you do not know”.
After I got “Havana Syndromed” that resulted in me having a stroke my outlook changed. It changed for multiple reasons. Initially post Havana Syndrome, it took me a few weeks to get my head straight and get my thoughts collected. I now knew that my situation was far more serious than “nothing more than a CEO with a big ego and his friends in law enforcement showing me who was boss.” Looking back, I now know that the Havana Syndrome was a both a warning and a punishment for contacting the board of AZGT and attempting to “blow the whistle” on what I knew was some nefarious and illegal activity that both Patrick Ledger (CEO AZGT) and Benjamin Engelby (General Counsel AZGT) were involved in.
As I wrote in my original blog post, after leaving AZGT I took a job stocking shelves at Walmart to help pay my bills. I had no intention of staying in Tucson long term. I was going to “live lean” and see if I could get any resolution or traction by expressing my concerns in a letter to the board of AZGT electric cooperative. I had to quit this job after my Havana Syndrome attack.
After my Havana Syndrome episode I started researching and trying to figure out my situation. I decided to stay in Tucson and got a crappy apartment. The oppression, gang stalking, dehumanizing smear campaigns against me were all ramped up significantly. The sleep deprivation and the remote neural monitoring bullshit started. At some point during the time that I learned of the Targeted Individual program, I got a case of sciatica that lasted for months. I could barely tie my shoes; I couldn’t drive a car for more than 15-20 minutes. Driving my truck with a clutch was almost impossible. Chiropractor appointments and physical therapy for two or three months to no avail. Literally, the more I researched and the closer I got to discovering the Targeted Individual program (the closer I got to becoming an Aware TI) the oppression tactics got worse. The intense oppression tactics continued after I learned of the Targeted Individual program and started blogging about it. By this time, I was not working and I was using my retirement money to both live off of as well as attempt to trade the stock market and get some type of return. This is important to note, between my Havana Syndrome induced stroke recovery and my several month sciatica ordeal, there was 6 or 7 months that I literally couldn’t work. Uncommon to popular belief, trading futures and options was not my initial plan.
I continued to research and found that there are thousands of other US citizens that have been trafficked and entrapped within the Targeted Individual program. I learned that the TI program uses FISA warrants and “illegal-legal investigations” in order to hold law-abiding US citizens in virtual captivity, outside the scope and protection of the Judicial system into perpetuity. At this point my goal was to discover why.
Looking back, I now realize that those behind the Targeted Individual program were doing everything they could to ramp up the oppression tactics so that I would just give up. They wanted anything other than for me to figure out this program. Why am I special? In a sentence, I am not. However, within the Targeted Individual program I am a rarity. Why?
To digress for a moment, there are two classifications of Targeted Individuals.
Aware TIs are Targeted Individuals that have figured out that there is indeed a faction of the federal government and federal law enforcement that, through the use of fusion centers and weaponized law enforcement/contractors, are orchestrating a nefarious program that is designed to infiltrate, invasively monitor, dehumanize and discredit, and physically and emotionally harm them and other tax paying, law abiding citizens. The other type of TI is the unaware Targeted Individual these poor souls have not realized that the reason for their life being turned upside down is the result of them being trafficked and entrapped into an insidious program that was founded under the implementation of the Bush-Cheney Patriot Act under the guise of preventing terrorist activity in the United States. The unaware TIs are still in the “am I going crazy” or “looking over their shoulder awaiting the next sucker punch to hit them in the face; even though they have no idea what they are looking for” stages of their TI entrapment. Obviously, all TI’s that are trafficked and entrapped into the Targeted Individual program start out as unaware TIs. After all, even when a TI suspects that there is an outside entity negatively affecting every aspect of their life; assuming this is being done under the guidance of federal law enforcement, using misappropriated federal taxpayer funds is far from the first assumption a TI makes when they are attempting to decipher the Targeted Individual program. In a previous blog post I posted a chart from Richard Lighthouse, a Targeted Individual activist, that shows that there are far fewer “aware TI’s” as opposed to TI’s that are unaware that the Targeted Individual program exists. Richard’s chart on aware/unaware TI’s is attached below. Although this seems logical, I have no idea how to fact check or confirm these numbers.
Why “I am a rarity within the Targeted Individual population.”
There are thousands – hundreds of thousands of Targeted Individuals. Some of the aware TI’s have a very strong idea of who was responsible for trafficking them into the TI program. If not for the illegal FISA warrants and “legal investigations” against them, many TIs could likely prove in a court of law who trafficked them into the program. However, there are likely very few TI’s that actually sent letters “on the record” to their traffickers, accusing their traffickers of being involved in this program (even before they knew this program existed) while they still worked for their traffickers. Again, these letters are in several posts within my blog. Thus, there was an intense push to get me out of Tucson and get me to move on with my life. As I explained earlier, this likely would have happened after a few months if I didn’t get any recourse from my letter to the Arizona G&T electric cooperative board.
Once the Havana Syndrome issue happened, and I knew that it was an unnatural and insidious attack, there was no way I was letting this go (even though I still didn’t know anything about the TI program at that time). Thus, the ramping up of the dehumanization campaign, gang stalking, sleep deprivation, remote neural monitoring etc. At the time, I had accused Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby of using federal law enforcement resources to oppress me. I had turned down a severance and a different job opportunity in the electrical power industry. I had been attacked via Havana Syndrome. Somewhere in my discovery of the TI program timeline, I began getting my months long radio frequency induced sciatica, yet I refused to let this go. It was only a matter of time before I learned about the Targeted Individual program and “connected the dots”, and those behind the TI program knew it. They wanted to do everything they could to prevent this from happening. This was the reason for the all-out blitz. The ramping up of my oppression was done to keep me from exposing this nefarious program and my traffickers, but more importantly, my having verifiable accusations “on the record” to do so. They had to get to my family and friends with their “justified reasoning”. That first movers advantage thing. They had to make my life a living hell. “They had to try and force the Bison over the cliff.” Because I caught them, I had letters to back up my experiences, and I was not willing to let this go at this point. Now my goal was to figure out why this program exists. I believe I have. If you have read my blog posts, you can actually see my confusion while enduring this program. You can see how my beliefs, opinions and reasonings for the existence of this insidious program have evolved over time.
As for my sciatica issue. I had just learned that the Targeted Individual program existed and I had written a letter to the boards of Touchstone energy, and NRECA (National Rural Electric Cooperative Association) board officers explaining my situation and stating that they must have some sort of oversight for overzealous electric cooperative officers that have a grudge. That letter is in one of my blog posts as well. Then a few weeks later, as I was starting to research and understand the Targeted Individual program, I wrote a blog post outlining my Havana Syndrome, sleep deprivation, and sciatica issues and I stated that these were real and not “natural events”. At this point, I hadn’t been to the chiropractor or physical therapy for a few weeks due to them being ineffective. After this blog post, my several month-long sciatica issue was gone within three weeks. It just fucking disappeared. You may think this is all coincidence, but it’s not. I believe someone in DC (NRECA) told them to back off on the physical abuse. Yes, I believe someone/someone’s associated with the Targeted Individual program reads this blog. I still got the remote neural monitoring, sleep deprivation, gang stalking and smear campaigns. The gang stalking and smear campaigns/dehumanization will likely never stop. They are hallmarks of the Targeted Individual program.
I do not believe that the NRECA involvement in the discontinued physical abuse against me was done out of empathy for me. Rather, I believe the discontinuation of physical abuse, Direct Energy Weapons, radio frequency induced pain, etc. was done out of protection or a cover up.
Removing the physical abuse from my personal situation was an attempt to disassociate my personal experiences from the Targeted Individual program. The TI program is notorious for the insidious, dehumanizing smear campaigns that are used to alienate and discredit the TI from the “audience” as well as physical and emotional abuse via DEWs (Direct Energy Weapons). Removing the physical ailments from my program left me with the despicable “smear campaigns” and the remote neural monitoring and sleep deprivation BS. Emotional/psychological trauma is hard to prove, as is proving who is behind the dehumanizing smear campaigns. However, claims of emotional trauma, character assassination smear campaigns, combined with physical ailments that are the result of direct energy weapons. Those are the “smoking gun” as far as evidence within the Targeted Individual program is concerned. After all these Direct Energy Weapons are not available off the shelf at Walmart and require top secret security clearance access.
So now the NRECA could use the “plausible deniability” bullshit. “Anyone could be behind spreading malicious or character damaging propaganda about you”. I don’t need to tell the reader how a person comes across when they say they are being remotely neurally monitored in their sleep. So, the backing off the DEW’s and RF induced physical ailments was “protectionist” of AZGT electric cooperative and the NRECA as opposed to being empathetic of my situation. My insinuations and accusations of ineptitude toward both AZGT electric cooperative management and their NRECA counterparts are not done simply to piss them off. If the NRECA dumbshits would have stepped in prior to the weaponized law enforcement goon squads Havana Syndrome attack on me, they wouldn’t be currently reading this blog in the first place, because this blog wouldn’t exist. “You do not know what you do not know.”
There are a couple of reasons why me getting an HVAC license would not have worked out for me. First the dehumanizing smear campaigns, as I have explained in the past, are beyond oppressive. As a Targeted Individual, they follow/lead you everywhere. No one was going to hire a guy to come into their house that has been portrayed as a pervert, sexual predator or sociopath. Also, as I explained earlier, I have to be very cautious about the situations that I put myself into. In addition to having to worry about entrapment and coercion and being accused of something that I didn’t do, there is the fact that after I got “Havana Syndromed” I can no longer do some things as easily as I could before. If you know me, you would never even know I had a brain attack/injury.
I can lie in bed and get up and I am fine. However, when I change my oil, I lie down to place the jack and then stand up, then lie down again to check the jack placement, then stand up and get the drain pan and wrench, then lie down and remove the drain plug and then stand up…etc.
After a few “lie down and stand ups” in a short period of time I get nauseous and a little dizzy. That would not work well for someone that has to stoop or crawl through attics and then return to the truck for tools or to interface with a customer.
I sold my truck a year or so ago, but I had to put a clutch in it before I could sell it. It took me three days to finish the clutch job. I did the same clutch job shortly after I bought the truck from my brother ~ 10 years ago, and I did it in a long (14 hr. day). Obviously, I have gotten older, maybe a little less flexible and slower, and removing and realigning a transmission with the transfer case attached is a pain, but three days? I had to rest or just sit for a while at times because of the dizzy nauseous feeling. I am not stating these things to get pity. I am simply conveying some of the things that have happened to me since I have been entrapped within the TI program. While anyone remotely associated with me has been fed a discrediting smear campaign to justify the actions that have been used against me. “You do not know what you do not know.”
Bear with me here as this is difficult for me to convey.
I know the Targeted Individual program is real. I also know that I have been entrapped in the TI program for years (several years as a TI that was unaware that the TI program existed, and 2 ½ – 3 years or so now as an “aware TI”). I am not sure which of the following scenarios has been my story for the past decade.
The First scenario:
I was entrapped early on in the TI program during my time working at Arizona Generation and Transmission Electric Cooperative. At this time, a FISA warrant was requested, and issued against me by federal law enforcement. Since that time, anything that could be used against me, right or wrong, factual or completely false, has been used in the negative narrative and smear campaign against me in order to discredit and dehumanize me to the “audience”.
The second scenario:
The federal government needed a reason to justify their “case” against me, and an embarrassing mistake on my part at AZGT, and heterosexual, consensual porn pictures from nearly 20 years ago was not enough to justify or allow for a warrant and “legal investigation” against me. In order for the federal government to permanently entrap me into the Targeted Individual program, they needed something that would allow for the justification of a federal warrant to be issued against and justify a “legal investigation” on me. “Something that has some teeth to it”. Thus, their failed attempt entrap/coerce me into a false conviction or situation of doing something inappropriate with a 2-year-old little girl, whose mother I had been friends with for over a decade. I will go to my grave emphatically stating that I would ever do something inappropriate with a child. So finally, the US government/federal law enforcement got their “something with teeth” in a weak accusation from a woman at a group workout that said I did something that I did not do. Now the US government, through weaponized, federal law enforcement, could build their case and more importantly get their warrant against me that would allow my persecution, to build on a false and deceptive narrative, with no intentions of ever giving me due process into perpetuity (forever). In this scenario, you may be wondering how the negative, discrediting smear campaign could have been used against for the year or two leading up to building the “case” against me; I have written a couple of times in my blog posts about two former FBI whistleblowers that confessed about the FBI’s use of entrapment and coercion in order to BUILD A CASE against a potential subject.
Whichever scenario and regardless of how my entrapment within the Targeted Individual program played out, in order to discredit me the US government and weaponized law enforcement has painted me as a sociopath, pervert, sexual predator, homely loner incapable of having a social life, whatever that must be watched. I have explained before that the negative narrative used against the TI changes or certain parts of the negative narrative are emphasized based on garnering support from “the audience” in addition to using “the audience” as a means of the isolation and out casting of the TI. The negative narrative is conformed to fit the particular audience’s demographic, intelligence level, and relationship to the Targeted Individual. Therefore, neighbors in every place I have lived, lifelong friends and family members and coworkers at every job I have had are used in the psychological manipulation, discrediting and isolation of me. Additionally, through the use of phone cloning, fellow patrons at any restaurant, store or gym I have visited are all alerted to my presence. These tactics are nothing more than a clever smear campaign and, in some cases, using the public, coworkers, neighbors, and sadly some people I have known for a very long time as gang stalkers in order to discredit and dehumanize me in every aspect of my life. These tactics have extended to churches that I have attended, chiropractic and physical therapy offices that I have visited, and even the medical facility that I used in my diagnosis and recovery from my Havana Syndrome attack.
This should be common sense. Arizona is an “at will” employment state. Meaning Arizona G&T electric cooperative management could have fired me at any time. They chose not to fire me. Instead, the management of Arizona G&T electric cooperative chose to use an insidious federally operated program, that uses misappropriated federal tax dollars, in order to turn my life upside down. They had to ensure that, in addition to neighbors, coworkers, fellow gym patrons etc., every entity or company that AZGT interfaced with knew about me and the smear campaign in order to ruin my reputation and any future potential professional career opportunities in the state of Arizona. Patrick Ledger (AZGT CEO) and his weaponized law enforcement goons wanted their pound of flesh. Their goal was to make me a pariah. Patrick Ledger was upset that I caught on to him early. He was upset that I called him out as a megalomaniac piece of pig shit. He was upset that I called his CIP team out as a bunch of goons and “CIA cloak and dagger wanna-be pussies”.
At one point, before I knew about the existence of the Targeted Individual program, I did see a psychologist for a little while. I have written before that the harassment attorneys, medical professionals, employment management, HR and legal teams etc. are all indoctrinated via the fusion center law enforcement personnel/federal law enforcement about me and the “legal investigation” of me prior to me meeting with them or beginning employment at a new job. The psychologist was no different. It was a fairly useless experience.
The more I have learned of the TI program, it would likely be healthy for me to talk to a psychologist. There is no way I will do this. Further within this blog post I have written about the attempted potential entrapment of me doing something to harm myself. In addition, I am afraid to speak to someone that has a legal right or duty due to use their “professional opinion” of me being paranoid or delusional and potentially have me unwilfully admitted/committed to a psychiatric facility because I am expressing my knowledge of the existence of the illegal and insidious federally operated Targeted Individual program. Early on in my Targeted Individual experience, my unhealthy alternative to professional counseling was to sound off with some colorful language and a lot of adjectives about who I knew was involved in my situation.
As I began to become accustomed to the tactics used within this program my anger didn’t lessen, but my “angry sound offs” did or at the least they became more subdued. Often, I would simply repeat the same phrase (“I am going to expose you”, “I will not back down from this program” or whatever) endlessly for an hour, if need be, in order to lower my blood pressure and stress level. I still do this sometimes, and it is actually helpful. I have probably repeated aloud some iteration of the above phrase’s tens of thousands of times over the years of my entrapment within the Targeted Individual program. The “eavesdroppers” have known I was not giving up on deciphering this program long before: I wrote any letters to AZGT management, I was attacked via Havana Syndrome, I refused the severance and NDA and before I even contemplated the existence of the TI program.
“You do not know what you do not know.”
I have written about this previously, but I want to say this again for clarification. I am not typically an insubordinate asshole, but I will absolutely speak my mind if I feel something is not right. When I say that I called Patrick Ledger out as a “megalomaniac piece of pig shit” or called out the CIP-Critical Infrastructure Protection team as “the goon squad” or “cloak and dagger, CIA wanna-be pussies” or told all of them to “eat a dick” and a host of other things; I did do this, multiple times but take this in context.
I was certain that my life was being turned upside down by an outside entity and many things were pointing to my employer. When I was certain that things I had said on a phone call or in private conversation were mockingly parroted by the AZGT CIP team and co-workers; I started to let them know just what I thought of them. If they were going to try and destroy my life, if they were going to record my phone conversations and conversations when I wasn’t even on the phone; then I was going to “sound off” about what I thought about them. “Record this dipshits” was my thinking at the time. My work ethic slacked and my sound off increased – A LOT. There were days that I would play the same song on repeat for hours all while sounding off on what I thought of Patrick Ledger, Benjamin Engelby and their CIP goons. Sometimes it would be the most Redneck Robert Earl Keen or Cody Jinks song I could find, other days it might be Collective Soul’s Wasting Time. I played that a lot; Wasting Time – that was also kind of my motto at the time given what I was going through. Those eavesdropping CIP, federal law enforcement and fusion center asswipes likely still can’t stand that song. There is a line in that song that says, “Don’t want what you think of me” – that has pretty much been my attitude since I discovered the TI program toward all of the gang stalkers, down lookers, do-gooders, pseudo-Christians and naysayers – Just FUCK OFF – “don’t want what you think of me”.
I have worked for Patrick Ledger twice. He may not have realized it initially, but I know him. I know his ego. I don’t call him a megalomaniac in order to simply insult him. I call him a megalomaniac because I truly believe he is one. He thought that he and his “yes man” Benjamin Engelby and their CIP goons were untouchable. Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby never thought they would be caught in trafficking me into the Targeted Individual program. They were wrong.
The thing about Patrick Ledger, and most egomaniacs in general, is that they always think they are the smartest guy in the room and they are almost always too arrogant to realize when they aren’t. This may come across as an arrogant statement in itself. It is also a true statement. While his weaponized federal law enforcement and fusion center goon squad was busy building my negative narrative and spreading their malicious dehumanizing smear campaign about me, I was figuring out their tactics.
I had a dog named Rocky. Rocky or Rock as I used to call him was a good dog. He was a goofy mix of Rottweiler and some sort of hound. I got Rocky when I lived in Corpus Christi. He had been at the humane society for 4+ years when I adopted him. Rock was my bud. I have always been a dog person. In a large gathering, I am the person that finds the dog and a tennis ball, and we will be outside if you need us. Early on in my Targeted Individual ordeal, I hadn’t yet realized that the TI program existed, but I knew something/someone was negatively affecting my life. People at work, the gym, my neighbors all acted weird. Suzanne and I were still friends, or so I thought. In Tucson, other than Suzanne, Rock was my only real friend. One day I noticed Rocky laying on his bed and he seemed really strange. I tried to get him to stand up but he couldn’t. His balance and coordination were out of whack, and his eyes were darting all over like he couldn’t focus or was spinning. I thought he was having a stroke. I loaded him up and took him to the emergency animal hospital. They diagnosed him with vestibular disease, gave me some Dramamine type pills and said the symptoms should subside. The vet said that some dogs never fully recover in that they he may have coordination and balance issues moving forward. She also said that vestibular disease can be episodic; meaning Rock could have “spells” in the future. I worked with Rock slowly as he regained a lot of his coordination, but he never fully recovered. He also did have another dizzy/loss of coordination episode a few months later. Aside from a couple of recovery weeks following his vestibular episodes, I continued his routine. Evening walks around the neighborhood, hanging out in the backyard whatever.
A lot of TI’s will say that the direct energy/radio frequency weapons that affect them also affect their pets. Watching Rocky go through his vestibular episodes and then years later getting my Havana Syndrome attack, the symptoms were very similar, but this could be purely coincidence. Anyway, Rocky was getting older and after his two major vestibular episodes his health started to decline. I will never be the person to give up a dog because they are too much trouble or work when their health starts to fade. As far as I am concerned dogs are family. I will also not be the person that keeps a dog that I feel is starting to suffer when their quality of life falls to a point that they are miserable. When Rock was unable to get excited when I grabbed his leash, and stopped eating for a couple of days I knew it was time. I took him to the vet and had a couple of tests done and asked her what she would do if it were her dog. She suggested that it was in his best interests to “let him go”. As hard as that was, that is what I did.
As I stayed in the room and pet him while he looked at me, the vet tech put the sedation needle in his arm. A few minutes later the Veterinarian came in to administer the drug that would stop his heart and breathing. Rock faded off, and I bawled my eyes out like a fucking 2-year-old. I have not cried many times as a grown man, but here I was at ~ 50 years old and I absolutely lost it. I was crying because I had lost my buddy Rock. I was crying because my life was being turned upside down and I didn’t know how it was happening. I was crying because part of me wondered if all of the remedies and “dog safe” pesticides that I had used for 1-1 1/2 years, trying to get rid of bird mites, were in part responsible for Rock’s vestibular and declining health. I was just sad.
The field crews at AZGT would often leave from home or be out of town for the week and rarely at the main office. The exception was Monday’s. Monday morning everyone would meet up at the shop. Sometimes we would have a field employees safety meeting. Sometimes we would have independent department meetings and discuss callouts over the weekend or plans for the week, or get parts from the warehouse for projects and repairs needed for the week. The Monday after the weekend that I had to put Rock down, I was outside, walking past a group of guys to go to my office. One of the guys stated loudly “AWWW MY DOG DIED – BOO HOO, all of the other guys in the group got a good chuckle out of that.
How did he know? How could he know? Combine this instance with a number of other mocking or tongue-in-cheek comments that were “parroted” from my phone and in person conversations by a number of fellow employees and you can see why I initially believed my oppression was being driven by AZGT management and CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) department employees. Even though I now know the TI oppression tactics are coordinated and implemented by federal law enforcement, fusion center employees/contractors, I am certain that the AZGT CIP department personnel were instrumental in disseminating personal conversations, recordings, and negative comments concerning me to other employees. These types of things have happened at every job I have held over the past decade. My coworkers have been used, by the federal law enforcement/fusion center employees that are behind the Targeted Individual program, as gang stalkers at my place of employment.
When the power and resources of federal law enforcement is behind a dehumanizing campaign against you, there is literally nothing you can do to stop it. Nor does it matter how you carry yourself, what your work ethic is, how you treat other people etc. There is nothing that a TI can do to prevent the constant negative narrative and dehumanizing campaign. There is nothing that is considered crossing the line or sacred or off limits. As far as those behind the Targeted Individual program are concerned, “Privacy be damned, we are going to annihilate you”. Additionally, once the dehumanizing campaign is implemented literally no one looks at the TI as a fellow, equal human being or is empathetic toward the TI. The TI is beneath them. This is the part of the psychological aspect of the program that I have written about so often. It is the federal law enforcement and fusion center employee directed propaganda used against a TI.
There are potentially employees/former employees of other electric cooperatives that have been associated with the NRECA/Touchstone energy that have also been trafficked into the TI program. However, I am likely the only one to figure things out and call out the CEO and General Counsel as being culpable/complicit in my trafficking into the Targeted Individual program (even though I didn’t know the TI program existed at the time), on the record multiple times while I still worked for the cooperative. Any others that were trafficked into the TI program by their electric cooperative company officers likely got fed up and quit before they had time to figure things out.
It’s not that I am smarter than anyone else that has been trafficked into this program. I didn’t leave because as I have said before, at the time I thought there was some sort of entrapment scheme for me doing something inappropriate with a child (which I would never do), but it’s the only thing that made any sense at the time. Despite the humiliating and dehumanizing smear campaign that had dominated my life at this point, I was literally afraid to leave. I was sure that leaving would look like I was running and make me look guilty of doing something that I would never do. I will say this again. Although I may never know what the exact intentions of using Suzanne and specifically her daughter were, I do know that there was something nefarious to this. Add to this, as I explained earlier, that I would have left Tucson after being fired from AZGT if I hadn’t gotten any response or recourse from my letter to the AZGT board, but that all changed after my Havana Syndrome attack. I also explained that Patrick Ledger wanted his “pound of flesh”. Which is why he, Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby used their contacts in federal law enforcement to try and annihilate me as opposed to simply firing me in the first place. My Havana Syndrome attack was key to me realizing that the situation I was entrapped in was much bigger than I could have ever imagined.
So, the reality is that I know what I know about the Targeted Individual program, and my entrapment in it, due to the ineptitude of the weaponized federal law enforcement, the fusion center goon squad and the NRECA, and the megalomania of Patrick Ledger and his giant ego. If it were not for these things, I would have likely said “Fuck Off” and quit a couple of years prior and I would have either figured out the TI program years later (if the harassment, gang stalking and oppression had continued). At which point it would have been too late to accuse Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby of their trafficking me into this program. The other outcome is that I would have left and the gang stalking, harassment, oppression would have stopped and I would have gotten on with my life. “You do not know what you do not know”.
I do not believe that the job opening that I was alerted to from a former coworker at an electric cooperative in Texas around the same time that I was fired from AZGT was a coincidence or serendipitous circumstance. I believe that this was orchestrated by NRECA (the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association). I stated earlier that I believe the NRECA was/is well aware of the Targeted Individual program. Within the context of having an electric cooperative employee trafficked into the Targeted Individual program, the NRECA is specifically aware of: CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) teams within the electric power cooperatives, the relationship between electric cooperatives CIP employees and InfraGard and Federal Law Enforcement.
The “ideal job opening” at a cooperative that I had previously worked for in Texas was simply a way to get me to move on with my life; while they (NRECA) cleaned up the mess that two of their associates (Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby) had created. “You do not know what you do not know”.
This is an important concept of my personal Targeted Individual experience, and it is a crucial component of the TI program as a whole for the reader to grasp. The concept of human trafficking within the Targeted Individual program. The Targeted Individual program is literally “virtual captivity” and it affects every aspect of the TI’s life. There is no escape or recourse once a person is entrapped into the TI program, and those that help to entrap law abiding US citizens into the Targeted Individual program are human traffickers. The trafficking of law-abiding citizens is at the heart of the TI program and is necessary for the Targeted Individual program to work.
I was not offered a severance in return for a release of culpability via a signed NDA from AZGT electric cooperative because AZGT management are benevolent and forgiving people. Nor was the ideal job opening that I was informed of from a former coworker serendipitous or happenstance. I was offered the severance and notified of an ideal position at an Electric Cooperative in Texas in order to release AZGT management as well as Touchstone Energy and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) from their culpability and complicity in human trafficking and entrapment of a law-abiding US citizen within the Targeted Individual program.
From what I can tell, Touchstone Energy is focused on branding, marketing, member support, resources, community engagement, collaboration, customer focus etc. In my opinion, Touchstone Energy is the Human Relations and networking department of the electric cooperative industry.
The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) is focused on advocacy, research, support, training, insurance, benefits, and national representation for electric cooperatives. The NRECA is the “management team” for electric cooperatives. They handle the legal and lobbying efforts for the electric cooperatives that are associated with them. Again, I believe that the NRECA was involved in finding me a position with a company and team of coworkers (that I had worked with previously).
Over my years of employment within the electric power industry. I have made it clear that the company that informed me they had an opening was the best job I have ever had. So, what was my problem? Why would I not jump at the chance to go back to work with a fantastic group of coworkers? A company that is grounded. A company that is led by a CEO that started out working for the cooperative as a welder and continued his education and career advancement to upper management. That is the kind of guy that, as a field employee, you want to work for. Why would I turn that down? Combine this with the utter humiliation, character assassination, and annihilation of every aspect of my life, and the severance that would have allowed me to “pack up and start over”. Why would I not jump at this opportunity? First, I will say that I do not believe the company that called me about a job opening had anything to do with my situation regarding the Targeted Individual program. Again, I believe from higher up (NRECA) the goal was to get me to take a position at another electric cooperative.
Had I applied and been offered and accepted the position at said company, this would have accomplished two things as far as NRECA/Touchstone Energy/AZGT were concerned. It would have discredited any of my allegations about the nefarious Targeted Individual program within the electric cooperative power associations, and it would have let AZGT, Touchstone Energy, and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association “off the hook”. Again, I believe this was being driven from the “legal end” (the NRECA) to keep from being implicated in the Targeted Individual program and to cover for two of their rogue associates Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby that used an insidious and illegal federal program, that is operated by weaponized federal law enforcement and fusion center personnel using misappropriated taxpayer funds, as a personal vendetta. A program that the NRECA and Touchstone Energy were previously aware of.
This still doesn’t answer the question as to why I didn’t attempt to take the job and attempt to put my life back together. The answer to that is hard to explain. I just knew there was something more nefarious to this than a couple of entitled lawyers (Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby) with an axe to grind, along with their federal law enforcement contacts, and some sort of contract “smear campaign” entity. I simply could not take another job in an industry that allows for management to traffic a person into virtual captivity via federal law enforcement that is designed to ruin every aspect of a person’s life. Regardless of how much I trusted, or loved working for the company that contacted me about a potential position. This was an issue of principle for me, and I just couldn’t do it. At the time, I still didn’t know that the Targeted Individual program existed. I just knew there was much more to this, and I was determined to figure it out. I don’t expect the reader to comprehend my thinking or even believe me. Chalk this up to “some things in my life may not be for you to understand”.
This was prior to my Havana Syndrome attack. As I stated earlier, after my Havana Syndrome episode, which was punishment/deterrence for attempting to contact the AZGT electric cooperative board to expose what I thought was some nefarious and possibly illegal actions concerning Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby, I was certain that this was a much bigger issue than I could have ever imagined. As for my intuitive feeling about this situation at the time, there is a lot to that, and I will try to explain that further.
A little about me, my personality and my intuition
I am an introvert. I do not let too many people get close to me. I have to connect with someone (this is not meant to be sexual) in order to open up or be comfortable around them. It’s an energy thing, and I don’t really know how to describe that. Also, when the friendship or relationship ends, I move on without hesitation. Some may think of this as being cold. I see it as protecting or being reserved with my time and energy. For the most part I am a bit of a wallflower in large groups of people. However, in situations with smaller groups or people that I am comfortable around I will talk your ear off. I prefer intellectual conversation over small talk and banter. As an introvert, being isolated or in a small group or being comfortable in isolation is part of the way I unwind and recharge. When I don’t fully understand a difficult situation, or when faced with a serious issue, I will withdraw to a point that may be seen as antisocial or selfish while I figure things out or work through a difficult situation. Being seen as antisocial or selfish is a common misconception toward introverts. Needless to say, the last several years of my life have been an ongoing staircase of lows and lower lows of emotions as I have been entrapped in the Targeted Individual program. Thus, there have been a lot of times where I do not want to be around other people. Additionally, knowing what I now know about the TI program, and knowing that some people in my life have been involved in my oppression, there are people that I don’t want to be around much, and others that I don’t ever want anything to do with again.
In addition to being an introvert I am also an empath. I don’t know if extroverts can also be empathic personalities, but I do believe that being empathic is much more often associated with introverted people. I have always been good at figuring things out or being able to see how things work, but being an empath is more than simply being intuitive.
I can read people. I have always been able to do this. This is not something that I have learned or practiced over the years. Although, I will say that I have become much more in tune with my ability to read a person’s body language and energy throughout my ordeal within the Targeted Individual program. I really don’t know how to explain this. It’s probably akin to someone that has ESP (Extrasensory perception). I do not have ESP or visions or the ability to see into the future, but the ability to read a person’s energy or body language or nonverbal cues is something that I have always been good at. I may not know what another person’s intentions are, but I almost always know if that person is being genuine or not.
Think of it like a dog. Most “dog people” will tell you that their dogs have an innate ability to read people. They can read their environments, their owners, and strangers. You can almost never fool a dog. Have you ever been engrossed in reading something on the computer or phone and looked up to see your dog staring at you intently or doing that weird head tilt thing they do? They are reading you. Here is an example. You just came inside from throwing a slobbery tennis ball to your pooch and you and the dog are both feeling good. Within a few minutes you start to read something about atrocities being committed on Christians in Africa. You look up and your dog is staring at you intently. Why? That’s what the dog is asking. You may not have realized it, but your dog was reading your expressions, your mannerisms, your energy. He’s thinking “we just came in from playing in the yard and now you seem troubled, angry, sad whatever”. Reading nonverbal cues are things that dogs and animals in general are good at. Reading nonverbal cues are part of an animal’s survival instincts. Something we humans for the most part have lost. Nonverbal cues aren’t always animal to animal. Sometimes they are the ability to read one’s environment. There is a reason that animals and birds will be vacating a mountain days before a volcanic eruption. Their internal geological meter is telling them something is wrong here, and they are not waiting around to figure out what it is. Unless you are a psychologist or an empath, I do not expect you to understand this.
What I am trying to say with all of this, is that through my experiences for the past several years, I have “tuned into” my ability to read another person’s body language, energy and nonverbal cues. I believe this has helped me tremendously. Although I may not know what another person’s exact intentions are, I do know when “something isn’t right here”. Some people may believe they are right or noble and that their intentions are genuine, but if the nonverbal cues don’t match what they are saying that’s a red flag for me. I am not saying this to “flex”. I am simply trying to convey that being able to read another person’s body language, mannerisms, energy and genuineness is a real thing. I think almost everyone has this empathic ability to some extent, but like so much of human capabilities, some people are natural public speakers, some can command a room and are natural leaders and some are instinctively better at the invisible perception/intuition/capability of reading other people’s energy.
After I started to figure things out and learn more about the Targeted Individual program, leaning on the empathic part of my personality has helped me to both get out of, and avoid some “sticky situations” altogether. Additionally, after an inordinate amount of “other people’s energy and nonverbal cues not matching what they are saying” and combining this with what had been happening in my life I was now much closer to being able to read my environment – if that makes any sense. I was not able to see into the future, but I was able to pick up on people and tactics used against me moving forward. The TI program only uses a few “trained espionage or counter-intel personnel”. In my experience, for the most part, the TI program uses “regular folks” for gang stalking, harassment, coercion, entrapment etc. Once a TI has experienced this behavior previously and certainly if a TI is an empath, it’s very easy for that TI to catch, sidestep, avoid or even use another’s tactics to the TI’s advantage. I believe that being an empath is one of the reasons that I am an aware TI as opposed to a TI that is unaware of the Targeted Individual program, or at the very least being an empath helped me to decipher the TI program much sooner than I would have otherwise. I will say that the hardest part of my experience has been fully trusting those who I have known for a long time or all of my life. This is not because I am unable to read the body language or energy of someone I have known for a long time. It’s actually quite the opposite. I think it’s human nature to give people we have known for a long time the benefit of the doubt. In my personal experience, my thinking was “after all we have been through”, or “as long as I have known you, there is no way you would be involved in all of this”. Having been burned by this a few times, I now fully trust my instincts, intuition, and the empathic part of my personality; no internal struggles or questions asked.
I have been entrapped within the Targeted Individual program for nearly a decade, and in that time, there has not been a person that I had any type of relationship with that has not been “compromised” or “propagandized” by the negative narrative against me. Whether I have known that person all of my life or a coworker at a part time job in a department that I didn’t work with directly, that only knew me as “that guy”. For nearly a decade there has not been a single person in any aspect of my life that has not been compromised; not one.
Many people relate being extroverted, loud, boisterous, chest thumping people as Alpha, and those of us that are quiet, reserved and contemplative as Beta. I believe a person that stays quiet while observing, analyzing and learning a difficult situation, and then moving directly to face an issue that is far bigger than themselves; alone, not seeking glory, yet not submitting and refusing to be subordinate or defeatist, knowing that their chances of “success” are virtually zero, is as Alpha as one can be. Such are the subtle differences in people’s perception.
I want to say something that I have said before, but bears repeating again. As far as my entrapment in the Targeted Individual program; anyone that has been used as a gang stalker, anyone that has bought into the dehumanizing smear campaign against me, and anyone that has helped to perpetuate the goals of the Targeted Individual program, you have all been used pawns within the Targeted Individual program. The TI program and the coming AI human control and manipulation that is being spawned from it are studying and learning from the manipulation of “the audience” as much as they are learning how to control, manipulate, deter and physically and emotionally harm the TI. Regardless if you were a coworker of mine, whose management, legal and HR teams signed off on being involved in the TI program and you were used as a gang stalker and too naive to think for yourself, or whether you are someone I have known all of my life and you too are too naive and incapable of thinking for yourself; there is one prevailing fact in your involvement in my TI situation. “It was not me that put you in this situation”. You have all been unwittingly indoctrinated into the psychological manipulation of “the audience” within the Targeted Individual program. Having been used by this program, you have been desensitized with respect to the Targeted Individual. Again, your conditioned emotions, feelings, and reactions to a person that has struggled for nearly a decade to understand, decipher and attempt to expose the TI program are being used to perfect the AI/AGI program or network that will have the ability to propagandize, manipulate, deter, physically and emotionally harm and disable those that are selected for persecution in a much larger human population. “You do not know what you do not know”.
I have written a lot about how the TI program uses a dehumanizing smear campaign to affect every aspect of a Targeted Individual’s life. Seeing as how most Americans spend a portion of their daily lives at their place of employment it stands to reason that the Fusion Center personnel, federal law enforcement or government contractor employees would use a TI’s workplace management team and coworkers to negatively affect the target through the propagandized smear campaign that is constructed specifically for each Targeted Individual. This has certainly been my experience in any job that I have had for the past decade. Management, HR and the legal department of the company that I worked for agreed to allow the “legal investigation” to be permitted at my place of employment. In doing so my coworkers have been used to harass and oppress me via the previously mentioned “ongoing investigation”, FISA warrant or both. I have written before that all of the companies that I have worked for during the past several years (aside from maybe a couple of “mom and pop” independent companies) have all required harassment/ant-harassment training annually. Additionally, all of these companies’ Human Resources and Legal departments will tell you that they do not tolerate any employee harassment, bullying or oppression of any kind. I can tell you from personal experience that all of the companies that I have worked for over the past decade are woefully full of shit in this regard.
In my most recent job, I applied, interviewed and accepted a job with STERIS corporation. Steris is a global provider of infection prevention and surgical products and services. I worked for the surgical instrumentation branch of the company. I have two associates degrees, and although I was way overqualified for this job, in a futile attempt to receive a paycheck and try to put my life back together, I needed something different. I had been working nights for an automotive parts stamping/machining company. I took the job (at STERIS) knowing that my salary was ½ what I would be making if I was working as a communication technician in the electrical industry. Nonetheless, as I explained earlier, I could not go back to work in the electrical power industry knowing what I know about the Targeted Individual program and how an employer could use their contacts in federal law enforcement to annihilate a person, and doing so would discredit my claims and ultimate goal of exposing the Targeted Individual program within the electric power – critical infrastructure industry. Anyway, I figured that I could work hard and even though I would likely never get to where I was previously financially, I could probably make this work. The job was based in San Antonio but required a few days a month of travel to the Valley, Corpus Christi or Victoria. There was periodic training in Birmingham Alabama. As well as computer-based training and training or practice on old instruments when things were slow. I am a technical person. Throughout my professional career and even a job I had while I was in college, I have almost always had some sort of technical job. This job was much more mundane. To the point that I described it as “mind numbingly boring” but I was starting over. I was the “new old guy” at the company. I did entry level work. I did every task that was asked of me without question or hesitation. I was never reprimanded, disciplined or “counseled” on my work ethic, my willingness to help others, for being late, nothing; not one time. When I was interviewing for the position, both my supervisor and my area manager had told me that some people want to move up fast and others will take more time.
The workplace harassment started shortly after I was employed. I am unsure how the “logistics and coordination” of implementing the negative narrative and the incorporation of coworkers is organized and relayed from the fusion centers. Nor do I know how federal law enforcement and fusion centers “clear the legal investigation” with the new company’s Human Resources and Legal teams. Regardless, the pattern is always the same.
Once the workplace harassment started, I knew what to expect and how to handle it. Again, at this point I have had years of experience at multiple companies in two different states. So, I just did my job. I showed up to work on time. I did every menial task that was requested of me. I was polite to my coworkers. I was helpful when I could be, and then I went home. After a few months, I told my supervisor that I didn’t want to move up within the company. He seemed perplexed. I told him that I have a lot on my plate right now and both he and the area manager told me when I interviewed that a person could move up at their own pace. I went on road trips to the Valley, Corpus Christi, Victoria and training in Birmingham, AL and the harassment and gang stalking followed me there too. Whether the gang stalking and harassment was from my coworkers solely or incorporated with fusion center contractors at hotels and restaurants. I just kept showing up and doing my job. Toward the end of my employment at STERIS the San Antonio area got a new lab. As opposed to working on site at hospitals every day, we worked at the lab except for 1 week a month where a senior employee and I would travel out of town. At the lab, things were more efficient. There were multiple teams of people collectively working on multiple hospital equipment as opposed to separate teams being spread out at different onsite hospital locations. Because things were more efficient at the lab, we would sometimes finish the day’s work in say 6 hours. I would clean up the shop, take out the trash and be ready to get the hell out of there. This was a source of contention for my supervisor and some of my coworkers. They expected and wanted me to practice working on other equipment and get better at my job. This would have been a fair complaint. Assuming they had not been involved in the gang stalking workplace harassment of me. At this point, I was coming up on completing my first year of employment.
One day, I got an email from the training department at STERIS stating that I needed to travel to Birmingham to complete “phase 3” of my training. I had previously traveled to Birmingham for phase 1 and 2. I had also been putting off traveling to Birmingham as I did not have a “real ID” and I told them I couldn’t be cleared to fly. Anyway, I was tired of the bullshit. At this point I had been entrapped within the Targeted Individual program for several years and the oppression was not going to stop. I was oppressed in every aspect of my life. I had been harassed/gang stalked via my coworkers at STERIS and I was done. I was going to be working here with these guys in this workplace harassment for the rest of my life. All of the negative physical and psychological abuse that I have been through, for years, is the result of me having the balls to speak out against the insidious Targeted Individual program, and my attempt to expose my traffickers and the entities involved in the Targeted Individual program. I refused to sign an NDA/severance, and I had turned down a position in the electric power industry that would have been a perfect fit for me. Over the years of my entrapment within the Targeted Individual program: I had a Havana Syndrome attack to the point that I was diagnosed as having had a stroke. I had other radio frequency physical abuse. I had been remotely neurally monitored. I was gang stalked, harassed, oppressed in every aspect of my life. I have two associates degrees, and I was way overqualified for this job. I was now oppressed and gang stalked by my coworkers at a menial, extremely unchallenging job. THIS WAS THE REST OF MY LIFE.
After receiving the email about traveling to Birmingham Alabama for required training, I sent an email to my supervisor, area manager and the training department stating that I was not willing to travel to Birmingham for training. I stated that I realized that my refusal to travel for training was potential grounds for dismissal and I was okay with that. Regardless, I was not traveling to Birmingham. At this point it was an issue of principle for me. My area manager was based out of Denver but was scheduled to be in San Antonio the next week.
My supervisor called me into his office the next day and asked me what the problem was. I told him that the oppression that had followed me everywhere for the past several years, has been at Steris and Steris employees were involved and that I was adamant about not traveling to Birmingham for training. My supervisor was involved in workplace harassment as well and was fully aware of my situation. The next week when my area manager was in San Antonio, he, my supervisor and myself all sat down and had a meeting. He asked me what was going on and I told him about the Targeted Individual program and how the oppression that is the TI program infiltrated and affected every aspect of my life. I told him that the workplace harassment was in fact at Steris and that Steris employees were involved. I told him that there is no way I am traveling back to Birmingham Alabama (Steris’ training and lab headquarters) again. My area manager said that he thought that he could get one of the trainers to travel to the San Antonio lab and do some refresher training for some of the more experienced personnel as well as train myself and some of the newer guys. I said I would be okay with that. My thinking was, that now I have called them out on workplace harassment and TI oppression, they would act like professionals. As unchallenging as the job was, I was still willing to work at STERIS and try to make some type of future for myself. Of course, my main goal was (and always will be) to expose the Targeted Individual program.
A week or so later, my supervisor told me that STERIS was not going to send a trainer to San Antonio, but that corporate would allow me to rent a car to travel to Birmingham for training. At the time, I told him that I would be okay with that. After thinking about it for a couple of days I told my supervisor that I was not traveling to Birmingham Alabama for training and I gave him my two weeks notice to resign. A couple of days later, my supervisor asked me to send him an email with my intent to resign. I will attach the related emails to this blog post.
Important to note that I never received one email, phone call, text or verbal conversation from Steris management, legal or HR departments. I literally met with my supervisor and area manager and not insinuated but straight up accused STERIS of condoning workplace harassment and STERIS’ involvement in and condoning the Targeted Individual program. During this meeting, my supervisor (who was involved with the workplace harassment) never once denied or took exception to my claims of workplace/coworker harassment. I attempted to forward a copy of my email to Steris HR both from my personal email and from my Steris email accounts and never got a response. During our meeting, my area manager tried to dissuade me that this program was not real. He asked me, “Why are you special?” (I have explained that in this blog post as far as me having called out my traffickers while I still worked for them.) My area manager also told me that he has known several people that have had Havana Syndrome attacks. As if getting Havana Syndrome attacked which results in a stroke is a common occurrence in this country. My area manager was ex-military, but this was a bullshit statement. Anyone that knows “several people that have had DEW/neurocognitive weapons used on them” has a top-secret security clearance and is involved in the Targeted Individual program. I am not sure if he was trying to convince me that getting a Havana Syndrome attack is fairly common? I honestly am not sure what his motivation was with that. As I said earlier, the Targeted Individual uses very few trained espionage personnel to interface with the TI. The only possible reasoning I can think of from my area manager’s comment about “knowing many people that have had Havana Syndrome attacks” was this was some kind of poor attempt to dissuade me suggested by fusion center/intelligence personnel/government contractors that are involved in my entrapment within the TI program.
As far as not receiving any sort of contact form the STERIS HR department, I believe this is simply a weak cover for plausible deniability. I have written about the use of plausible deniability in previous blog posts.

Cris, I told you last Thursday that I was giving you my two weeks notice to resign from my position at Steris. You wanted an email for confirmation, so here it is. I want to say a few things here to both of you.
When I started at Steris, actually during my interviews with both of you, I said that I had left the electric power industry because of some illegal and nefarious experiences. Cris, I have told you multiple times that I could be making 2x + what I am paid at Steris if I were to go back into a similar role as a communications tech in electrical power. However, this is an issue of principle for me and that I cannot do that. I also told you both about the “TI program” and how once a person is targeted the oppression never stops. I told you both that some of the tactics of this program have been used at Steris by Steris employees. Will, you had said something about it shouldn’t be a big issue get a trainer to come to San Antonio. Cris, I am pretty sure that you had mentioned on a conference call that the training would be in San Antonio and that some of the Austin team could come down for refresher or new employees training at the same time.
Cris, I believe it was last Tuesday (August 5th) when you told me that the training in San Antonio would not be an option. You said Steris would rent me a vehicle so that I could travel to Birmingham (due to my “real ID” issue). At the time I said I would do that. However, after I thought about it, I am not willing to do that. I told you so last Thursday (August 7th). My reasoning for not willing to travel to Birmingham is the same as I told you both before. It’s not about the harassment BS (I am so used to that at this point). It’s simply principle. I have told you both a little bit about the psychological aspects and oppression that is the Targeted Individual program, and I told you how this program is everywhere that I go. Having said that and then agreeing to travel to Birmingham, anyway, is basically me condoning or accepting this behavior at Steris and I am unwilling to do that. In principle, it’s the same as my reasoning for not going back to work in the Electric Power industry. I don’t know if you can understand or relate to this and it doesn’t really matter. If we were all being honest, I wouldn’t have to pretend that you guys didn’t know anything about this program or the harassment to begin with. With that said, I am sending you this email to let you know that Thursday, August 21st will be my last day at Steris.

I want to add something here that is important to note. At some point in my conversation with my area manager and supervisor, after telling them about the workplace harassment and dehumanizing tactics involved in the TI program (that my supervisor and coworkers at STERIS were involved in), my area manager looked at me and said he was concerned about me harming myself. Again, this job was super mundane, but I showed up every day on time, did every menial task I was assigned and was helpful to other employees when I could be. NEVER, not one time did I ever mention that I was contemplating the thought of self-harm or suicide. Additionally, my supervisor, who was involved in the workplace harassment at STERIS, also mentioned a couple of different times during my employment that he was concerned for my wellbeing and me potentially doing something to harm myself. The second time he mentioned it, I simply looked him in the eyes and said, “At this point, I have one goal in my life”. For anyone who has read my blog, you should know that my singular goal is to expose the Targeted Individual program and the two nutless lawyers (Patrick Ledger CEO AZGT electric cooperative and Benjamin Engelby General Counsel AZGT electric cooperative) that trafficked me into the Targeted Individual program as well as NRECA, Touchstone Energy, the companies, bar association lawyers and associations that are complicit with respect to, their knowledge of the existence of, or their involvement in, the Targeted Individual program.
Additionally, there were a couple of women from the group workout (2021-time frame) that also said they were worried about me potentially harming myself. Again, I NEVER, not one time, mentioned having thoughts of potentially harming myself.
So, my question to the reader is this. Who is putting these thoughts into these people’s heads? Who is prompting these people, from very different scenarios and circumstances, separated by two states and many years apart, to attempt to entrap me into some sort of false insinuation or accusation of me planning to harm myself?
I have said before, that when a Targeted Individual becomes aware of the Targeted Individual program, the goal of those that are behind the TI program is to discredit and dehumanize the TI so that no one believes them. I have written about sanctions against Targeted Individuals within this blog and others. When the “TI sanctions” – smear campaigns do not work, the gang stalking, physical and emotional abuse is ramped up. Some Targeted Individuals do end up taking their own lives. This is actually one of the goals of those that are behind the TI program for “aware TI’s”. I have actually written a blog dedicated in large part to this. My analogy was “driving the Bison over the cliff”. So, the answer to my previous question to who is putting these thoughts of me potentially harming myself into “the audience” heads; it is those same people that are orchestrating the TI program. The weaponized law enforcement and fusion center knuckle dragging goons. What I am saying here is that the same gutless cowards that are behind overseeing and implementing oppression on me as a law-abiding, tax paying US citizen are the same people that are responsible for attempting to coerce and entrap me into a “potential self-harm plot”. Many TIs will tell you that they have been unwillingly admitted into a “Psych Ward” and forced medication that they do not need. Which is just an extension of the oppression that Targeted Individuals are subjected to. Of course, this too – being unwilfully committed/admitted to a psychiatric facility, is simply another means of discrediting the Targeted Individual. In my TI situation, I have had several people over the course of many years attempt to entrap me into the insidious “potential self-harm plot”.
The Church
I have written a couple of times about how I have drifted from my relationship with God throughout my ordeal and years of being a Targeted Individual. I also wrote about attempting to find a church. I have attempted to join a church a couple of times within the last two years. I feel the need to expound on this as I believe it is important to show the lengths that those behind the Targeted Individual program will go to in order to keep a TI from getting any kind of empathy or support. After all, IF a Christian Church truly believes in the faith that they preach, then forgiveness and acceptance is inherent in their values and mission. Acceptance leads to compassion and support. Compassion and support are the literal antithesis of one of the necessities of the Targeted Individual program – isolation.

Again, I sent two other prayer/contact requests that I didn’t document. I never received a phone call or text. No one ever asked me about my situation. This church has a prison outreach program. That is to say, they will reach out and commune with convicted murderers, rapists, and pedophiles, but not me?
On November 20, 2024, after asking for 5-6 weeks for someone to pray for me or contact me, I got an email. Below is the response from that email.

We wanted you to know that our prayer team prayed over your request on Tuesday when we met with the staff. We prayed that you would feel the hand of God supporting you and that the foe you are facing would be removed. We also asked the Lord for his grace and blessings to be poured out on you.”
I could explain about another church that I attempted to connect with, the situation was different, and something wasn’t right there either. I will just say this. I spoke to pastor Winston about my blog for a little while. If I could get my situation in a court of law, I would ask pastor Winston a few questions under oath and likely get some real answers. Again, the pervasive surveillance that is implemented within the Targeted Individual program uses “the first movers’ advantage”. As such every attorney, private investigator, counselor, church leaders, employment management, HR and legal teams are always indoctrinated by fusion center/federal law enforcement of the “legal investigation” and their biased twisted narrative of me prior to me ever meeting with them.
I am just going to say this because it needs to be said. Many churches, religious institutions and religious people are complete hypocrites. I have also said this before; the worst type of hypocrite is a pious hypocrite.
Although my attempt to document this may seem trivial, my intentions with posting these pictures and this section of the blog is to simply convey that nobody is out of the reach and control of the US federal law enforcement. Sanctions
I wrote in a blog post a while back how the Targeted Individual program is akin to human sanctions. I believe it is important to mention this again. What I want to stress with my view of sanctions are two things. First, when the US government uses sanctions, proxy wars, invasion, whatever they are ALWAYS accompanied with propaganda/smear campaigns. The propaganda is done to influence the “audience” (the American people) to agree with the US government’s actions against the sanctioned country.
Second, the use of propaganda in order to influence the American people into condoning the government’s actions has been so successful that the government, federal law enforcement, fusion center employees and contractors have adopted the propaganda/smear campaign into being an essential part of the TI program.
The US government implements sanctions on other countries via tariffs, trade embargoes, and food, resources and supply restrictions. Because the US dollar is the premier global reserve currency, the US government uses the power of the US dollar and the dollar’s international recognition and acceptance for trade as the primary weapon in implementing sanctions with the help of NATO and US allies. When sanctions do not work in the US government uses CIA planned coups, funds proxy wars and in some cases outright invasion/war to achieve their agenda and control over an opponent. This has been happening since the 1970’s. The FBI TSDB currently has many more law abiding, tax paying citizens on it as opposed to potential terrorists. The not-terrorists listed on the FBI TSDB are listed as “non-investigative subjects”. China, Venezuela, and US foreign relations
I will say again that I am not a communist/socialist nor am I a sympathizer for communism. Nor am I in any way anti-capitalist. I am a US citizen that loves the ideals that this country was founded on but also despises watching those ideals slip away while the elitists of this country do anything and everything they can to maintain their loosening grip on global control in an attempt to maintain and grow their wealth. Often while the elitists’ wealth gain and power control come at the detriment of the average American citizen and innocent citizens of countries that have endured years of famine, strife, poverty and hardship due to trade embargoes, sanctions, proxy wars and outright invasion or occupation.
The current Venezuelan issue is not about preventing drugs from entering the country. Nor is it simply about capturing Venezuelan oil for the US, although that is part of it. Venezuelan oil shipping is being blocked, and China has been a buyer of Venezuelan oil for years. The goal is to change the Maduro regime to one that sympathizes with the current US administration’s desires. Nothing that the US government or US military are doing with respect to Venezuela is being done out of compassion to genuinely help or to liberate the Venezuelan people.
Venezuela does have some specific rare earth elements. President Trump and the US government are concerned with resourcing rare earth elements from countries outside of China. So, this is likely part of the reason for the US military action around Venezuela. I believe the ultimate goal and the US government’s ultimate fear regarding the Trump administration’s naval blockade in Venezuela is something they will never tell you about.
China’s trade with Venezuela gives acceptance and support to China’s growing international trade that bypasses the US dollar for trade settlement. Additionally, trading Venezuela’s extensive oil and natural resources with China bypasses US sanctions that have been imposed on Venezuela by the US government because the Venezuela-China trade is not settled in US dollars and therefore, this trade settlement in Chinese RMB/Yuan, is beyond the reach and control of the US government. I believe this is the real reason for the US naval and military buildup around Venezuela. The fact is that Venezuela has found a way and more importantly China has found a way to trade with a nation that has been slapped with US sanctions and the example that this sets on the global stage is the US government’s primary concern regarding Venezuela.
Like it or not, China has become a superpower, from its military to its financial position, to its large manufacturing and exporting base, to its growing importing and consumer base. As such, China is able to manufacture, build, grow or import-to-export virtually anything. If a country is willing to settle trade in Chinese currency, even if said country has US sanctions levied upon them. There is absolutely nothing the US government can do to impede this aside from direct military intervention. If any country (other than China) had the gall to stand up to the US government by attempting to trade with a US sanctioned country, this country would have secondary sanctions levied upon them by the US government. Yes, secondary sanctions are a real thing, and the US government has used them for years on any country that has attempted to do business with a US sanctioned country. Will the US get the added benefit of Venezuelan oil? Did Venezuela push out major US oil producers two decades earlier because they wanted to “steal their oil” as President Trump has said. Did the Venezuelan government feel that US producers were exploiting Venezuelan natural resources with a very unfriendly financial split for Venezuela? Did US sanctions against Venezuela affect the relationship between US oil companies in Venezuela and the Venezuelan government? There are always two sides of the story. In genuine, honest diplomacy you would hear both sides of the story and there would be some kind of rapport and discussions that would typically lead to an agreement or disagreement prior to any US government sanctions or military action or involvement. The US government does not understand genuine diplomacy because for the last 5-6 decades the US has simply been the “biggest dog in the yard”. This is done through international and global banks that are controlled by elites that are allied with the US, which extend the reach and control of the US government internationally. When country X wants to purchase oil, grain, medical supplies or whatever on the global market they are unable to do so because their USD checking account has been frozen by the US government and therefore, they cannot pay for imported goods. I am sure there are cases of limited workarounds of US sanctions historically, but the main takeaway is that removing a major part of any country’s ability to openly trade internationally causes a lot of stress, pain, strife etc. This is the point of US trade sanctions and trade embargoes, and it is why they are so effective. For 50 years, the US government has determined which countries are allowed to operate freely in international trade based on whether these countries have not impeded US globalists/elitists international agendas (whatever those are or have been). US government officials will tell you that the global recognition, acceptance and “faith” in the US dollar is what allows the US government to levy trade embargoes and sanctions abroad. The truth is that many countries within the international trading community will tell you that their hands are tied by US dollar hegemony, they simply have had no choice but to hold a considerable amount of their country’s assets in USD.
This global recognition, acceptance and “faith” in the US dollar, that the US government likes to refer to, is better defined as the global belief that the US government can and will continue to pay and not default on US debt interest payments. There is an important distinction between the international faith in the US government’s ability to continually pay US-foreign debt, and the belief in the actual value (annual devaluation) or purchasing power of the US dollar. Again, the fact is that many countries’ “hands are tied” when it comes to attempting to unwind their US dollar dependence due to the US dollar hegemony.

As I said earlier, a US dollar hegemony that has often been used by the US government and US companies to exploit natural resources abroad, to levy sanctions and trade embargoes, finance proxy wars, coups and outright military invasion; many of which have created years, sometimes decades, of hardships for millions of people for the gain of a few.
President Trump has made comments on radically lowering the interest rate via the fed funds benchmark interest rate. The reason that the US government wants to lower the benchmark interest rate is because doing so will dramatically lower the amount of interest on the enormous US debt. Payment on US debt has become the second biggest annual US government expenditure to Social Security. Dramatically lowering the US federal funds interest rate will exceedingly decrease the value of the US dollar and is inflationary. From an international (US dollar hegemony) standpoint, for all the countries that have purchased US treasuries (bought US debt via US treasuries with the idea of consistent annual interest payments), we are paying back interest from dollars that were borrowed 5, 10, 20, 30 years ago. So, the US government borrowed dollars that were worth potentially much more in relation to purchasing power, than the dollars that we are paying interest to our debt holders with. In addition to foreign US debt holders’ interest payments being repaid with worth – less US dollars, extreme changes like lowering the federal funds rate to 1% (as President Trump has said he wanted several times) has multiple implications on other countries’ currencies via exchange rates, inflation and trade surplus’/deficits.

“I believe we should be 3 or 4 points lower. It’s really just a paper calculation. You sign a document and you save almost a Trillion dollars”. Mind you that in 2025 under Donald Trump’s administration, US debt grew 2.2 trillion dollars. All while the Trump administration was pounding their chest about the drastic spending cuts made by the “Elon Musk incorporated DOGE program”. No talk of a balanced budget, or real spending cuts. To this point, the government shut down again in 2025 due to the fact that Republican and Democrat Congressional members could not agree on HOW MUCH to raise the US debt ceiling, and what programs deserve spending vs which programs should be cut.
Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell recently received a grand jury summons by the DOJ. I believe this is a scare tactic from the Trump administration to the entire federal reserve committee. The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) consists of 12 voting members. This structure is fixed by law. The FOMC – the committee of the 12 voting members vote to determine raising, lowering or maintaining the federal funds interest rate. The chairman of the federal reserve does not set or control the federal funds rate alone.
The Federal Reserve’s dual mandate is its congressional directive to pursue two primary goals in conducting monetary policy:
- Maximum employment (also called full employment or the maximum level of employment consistent with price stability)
- Price stability (often interpreted as low and stable inflation, with the Fed’s current long-run target of 2% inflation as measured by the Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) price index)
President Trump is using AG Pam Bondi to send a warning to current and future federal reserve members that President Trump is very serious in wanting the federal funds interest rate decreased dramatically and soon (as he has stated many times); regardless of the potential impact to inflation or employment implications this may have. Which again, maximum employment and price stability (mild inflation) are the federal reserve’s dual mandate. Jerome Powell’s term as Chairman of the Federal Reserve ends on May 15, 2026. His separate term as a member of the Board of Governors continues until January 31, 2028.
Will lowering the interest rate dramatically cause price inflation? Many economists believe it will. Dramatically lowering interest rates should lower borrowing costs. However, banks may raise their requirements for borrowing based on economic outlook and business balance sheets. Could a dramatic drop in interest rates be enough to stimulate business to borrow more which should increase hiring and increase employment? Are businesses confident enough to invest in US manufacturing facilities and pay US employees’ wages and benefits that would bring business back to the US and avoid paying import tariffs?
I think the bigger question to ask: is president Trump’s insistence of dramatically lowering the federal funds interest rate being done to genuinely help US businesses and consumers, or is this move, similar to some of the other recent and questionable actions taken by the US government that feels like desperation, being done with US elitists in mind? Which is my way of implying, is this loosely veiled threat to the federal reserve members simply intended to sway the opinion of the federal reserve committee members to lower rates dramatically in order to lower the federal government interest payments on US debt that have become the US government’s second largest expenditure? US national debt that grew 2.2 trillion under the Trump administration in 2025 and currently stands at 38.4 trillion dollars. Depending on how much interest rates are lowered, this could potentially save hundreds of billions – nearly a trillion dollars. Of course, most US citizens know that “save” and the US government are incompatible. Which is my sarcastic way of asking if this “newly found savings” will be spent paying down US debt, or will this newfound savings be spent on things that will benefit the US elites or the average US citizen?
Again, I am not a macro-economist, nor do I have any expertise if foreign or global trade. What I do know is that over the past 50 years the US government has not done anything, aside from potentially sending disaster relief aid, in the global theater that does not benefit the US government-US elitists first. Some of the “Gulf of America” zealots would argue that this is the right way to be. I believe that at some point we need to stop urinating on the international community while telling them it’s raining. This is going to come back to bite us. Based on my belief of the US government’s very real concern of US dollar hegemony (that they will never tell you about) they are worried about this coming back to bite us too.
How much is a Roman Denarius worth these days anyways?
In July of 2025 the president Trump signed into law the GENIUS Act. The official name is Guiding and Establishing National Innovations for U.S. Stablecoins Act. It is the first major federal legislation in the United States specifically regulating payment stablecoins (digital assets designed to maintain a stable value, typically pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar).
A Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) or digital dollar would be issued and controlled by the Federal Reserve – it would function as a digital version of physical cash — a direct liability of the government, serving as legal tender.
In contrast, US dollar-backed stablecoins (e.g., USDC, potential future bank-issued ones) are private-sector digital tokens pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, issued by companies or financial institutions, and now regulated under the GENIUS Act.
The current US policy under the Trump administration actively promotes and regulates these stablecoins while explicitly banning or prohibiting development of a retail CBDC. The GENIUS Act requires that issuers (banks and qualified non-banks), of US dollar-backed stablecoins must be backed 1:1 with high-quality liquid assets (US dollars, short-term Treasuries, etc.). Most financial institutions hold a portion of their reserves in US treasuries, thus the issuance of US dollar backed stablecoins will likely increase US Treasury demand.
The goal of the GENIUS Act is to reinforce dollar dominance and extend US dollar hegemony digitally without a true US government-issued digital currency, which would be a direct liability of the US government. You know that FDIC deposit disclaimer that is on your financial statements and posted on many banks’ doors? Well, the US government just found a way to shift the liability of guaranteeing or backing of US dollar-backed stablecoins to the issuing institutions. Per GENIUS Act rules, reserves are held privately and monthly public disclosures and attestations are required. Risk of issuer default or reserve issues exists (though mitigated by regulation), unlike a CBDC’s sovereign guarantee.
The GENIUS Act is an example of US legislation that most of the US populace dismiss or don’t research enough to fully understand (including myself). This is important to note. According to Grok, during the 2008 era financial crisis the “Big Five” (Bear Stearns, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley) operated at 30–40:1 leverage by 2007 (up from ~20:1 in the early 2000s) via leverage in MBS – Mortgage-Backed Securities. At 30-40:1 and even 20:1 leverage, a fairly small drop in asset value can wipe out the equity value; and put the institution/investments/assets in default. I will admit that I am a cynic when it comes to the actions of the elite in the US. The US government’s “GENIUS Act” sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.

A few other recent US actions and foreign policy
President Trump and Vice President JD Vance met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on February 28, 2025, in the Oval Office at the White House. The meeting, which lasted over two hours, devolved into a heated argument. During the discussion, Trump and Vance pressured Zelenskyy to agree to an immediate ceasefire with Russia without security guarantees, accusing him of ingratitude for U.S. aid and disrespect. Trump explicitly insinuated withdrawing U.S. support by stating, “make a deal or we’re out… And if we’re out, you’ll fight it out. I don’t think it’s going to be pretty,” implying that Ukraine would be left to face Russia alone without American military equipment, intelligence, or financial assistance.
April 30, 2025, the US government negotiated a rare earth mineral agreement with Ukraine. The agreement establishes a joint investment fund for Ukraine’s reconstruction, capitalized in part by revenues from future extraction of natural resources (e.g., rare earths, lithium, titanium, graphite, uranium, oil, natural gas, and others. It gives the U.S. preferential access and first right of refusal on new investment projects in these resources, while emphasizing that Ukraine retains full ownership and control over what and where to extract.
The US involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war started out as support for Ukraine against Russia (a longtime opponent of the US going back to the cold war). As the Russian-Ukraine war has persisted, US government support for Ukraine has waned, which has added stress to “diplomatic relationships” between the US government and US allies in Europe. The US government used previous US weapons and financial backing of Ukraine to strong-arm a rare earth minerals agreement just 2 months after humiliating and threatening Ukrainian president Zelensky with the removal of US support for Ukraine. Throughout 2025, the US government has pressured Ukraine to accept peace frameworks that involve significant concessions, such as ceding territory (e.g., parts of Donbas or Crimea) and limits on weapons or military size, in exchange for potential U.S. security guarantees or ceasefires.
Interestingly, the first US tariffs of 2025 were also implemented in early February of 2025. What is important to note is that initially, imports on Chinese goods were a 10% additional rate. What many people may not know is that President Trump had implemented tariffs on Chinese imports during his first term. Tariffs are varied based on exclusions, industry and necessity but the effective tariff rate on Chinese imports was ~ 20% prior to 2025. In return for this 10% tariff increase on Chinese imports, China used their control over rare earth minerals mining/refining dominance to significantly reduce rare earth mineral exports to the US.
Within the last couple of months, the US government used a large military presence in the Caribbean to remove President Maduro from Venezuela and justifies their actions under the guise of narco-terrorism, Cuban intelligence presence in Venezuela, potential Russian military presence in Venezuela and potential Iranian drone manufacturer in Venezuela to do so. The long-known fact is that, through their Belt-and-Road initiative, China has loaned Venezuela money and China had/has mining and oil interests in Venezuela. Because of this, China has been openly trading with Venezuela for years in trade settlement in RMB and therefore bypassing long standing US government sanctions that have been levied on Venezuela by the US government.
President Trump is now back on the ““We need Greenland from the standpoint of national security” bandwagon. Greenland ranks 8th in the world for known rare earth element (REE) reserves as of the latest available data in early 2026 (based on U.S. Geological Survey estimates from 2025).
Currently there is a bipartisan bill in Congress against Russia that includes provisions for imposing excessive tariffs—up to 500%—on imports from any country purchasing Russian oil, petroleum products, or uranium. This is an example of the US government using secondary sanctions. As I explained before, the US government will sanction a country through the use of secondary sanctions, if this “secondary country” attempts to trade with a US sanctioned country (in non-USD trade settlement). Which bypasses and reduces the impact of US government sanctions.
Known as the Sanctioning Russia Act of 2025, the legislation—drafted by Senators Lindsey Graham (R) and Richard Blumenthal (D)—aims to economically isolate Russia and deter countries like China, India, and Brazil from buying Russian energy exports, which fund Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine.
So now the US government has changed its posture again regarding the Russia-Ukraine war? Seriously, whose side are we on? Or could it be that after securing strategic rare Earth minerals agreements with Ukraine, the US is now leveraging the US dollar hegemony to force Russia to agree to a cease fire? A cease fire that ultimately ends with an agreement that Russia gets its desired land grab AND Russia agrees to cross border oil trade settlement in USD. Which would add yet one more oil producing nation to submit to US dollar hegemony. With the ultimate goal being the US dollar is returned to its place as sole cross border trade settlement vehicle from all oil producing nations; thus, forcing other nations to hold the devalued US dollar as the world’s premier reserve currency and reducing China’s goal of acceptance of RMB for international trade settlement.
Added to this is the fact that Iran has been under US sanctions for a while. Iran has also been bypassing US sanctions by trading oil with China with trades settled in RMB. There are currently protests and civil unrest within Iran with many Iranian people wanting regime change. Benjamin Netanyahu has been pushing for the US to use military action against Iran again. Who knows how this ends, but I would be surprised if Iran-China oil trade settlements in RMB are not curtailed or cut off altogether regardless of the ultimate outcome in Iran.
Recently, The US has threatened broader measures through the use of secondary sanctions (potentially through additional tariffs) to any countries that purchase Iranian oil.
As far as I’m concerned, it is fairly easy to connect the dots with all of this.
Add to this the recently committed 1 trillion dollar investment commitment in the US from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is also trading oil with China via the “petro-Yuan”. That is, Saudi Arabia trades oil with China with trade settlement in Chinese currency. Is there now or will there soon be a US-Saudi agreement that limits or removes Saudi Arabia-China oil trade that is settled in RMB?
Direct foreign investments in the US.
In 2025 when the US government was in the midst of imposing tariffs on imported goods, several countries negotiated bilateral deals or frameworks. These often involved commitments to invest in the United States (e.g., in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure), purchase U.S. goods (like LNG or military equipment), open markets, or make other concessions in exchange for lower or capped tariff rates (typically reduced to 15–20% from higher threatened levels). The deals were part of a strategy to incentivize foreign direct investment and balanced trade, with the U.S. offering tariff relief in return.
President Trump likes to conveniently lump foreign investments like the Saudi Arabian “investment” in the US into the tariff numbers. Which is complete bullshit. Do not be misled, “foreign investment” in the US, and tariffs collected from foreign imports into the US are two very different things. The tariff revenues are peanuts compared to the stated numbers. Saudi Arabia has also been heavily involved in military action in the Middle East as of late. Almost like they got a weapons deal and guarantee of US backing if needed; in exchange for their 1 trillion-dollar investment in the US? So much for your tariff revenue.
I have commented several times on X, that I believe that the Trump administration has suspected for a while that the US Supreme Court may very well rule that the tariffs implemented by President Trump are illegal. This would make sense of President Trump’s statements on tariff revenue replacing personal income tax, which is completely unattainable. President Trump has recently commented that if the SCOTUS rules against the tariffs, the US will have to return the tariff income as well as the funds that were invested from foreign direct investment. I am not sure how the foreign direct investments would work as they are not tariffs, but I believe if the Trump administration had suspected for a while that the SCOTUS may very well rule against the tariffs, they already have a plan for this.
I can tell you that President Trump’s initial response will likely go something like this….
“Unfortunately, the evil democrats that hate this country and cannot stand to see the enormous progress being made by my administration have sabotaged our great tariff plan that was helping to make America great again. The tariffs were bringing in yuge amounts of money, the sums of money from the tariffs were so vast that you wouldn’t even believe it. The amount of money was so great that we were going to eliminate income tax.” And some other griftish bullshit and a couple of “sleepy Joe Biden-the worst president of all time” jabs.
All of the “I can’t think for myself – Gulf of America’s” will be parroting and reposting the rhetoric. More importantly they will be foaming at the mouth for the administration’s next actions of “liberating Cuba for the good of the Cuban people”, whatever action is taken in Iran, Somalia, somewhere else in the Middle East (particularly if they are trading oil with China that is not settled in USD), and lining up to volunteer to invade Greenland or Denmark in order to do whatever it takes to keep the evil Russians and Chinese off our doorstep.
December 2, 2025 (Cabinet meeting at the White House): President Trump stated that tariff revenues are becoming “so enormous” that “at some point in the not-too-distant future, you won’t even have income tax to pay.” He added, “We’re going to be giving back refunds out of the tariffs because we’re taking in literally trillions of dollars,” and suggested the government could “get rid of it [income tax] or just keep it around for fun or have it really low, much lower than it is now, but you won’t be paying income tax.”
As an aside, who TF says “we may keep personal income tax around for fun” anyway? What the hell does that even mean?
- The highest monthly US tariff revenue (customs duties) recorded thus far in 2025 was approximately $31.4 billion in August 2025. This figure, reported by multiple sources including Fox Business and Treasury-related analyses, marked the largest single-month haul under the Trump administration’s tariff policies at that time.
One trillion dollars = 1,000 billion dollars. If US tariff revenue doubles the highest monthly tariff revenue in 2025 to 62.8 billion dollars a month and this tariff revenue is sustainable for 12 months 62.8 billion x 12 = 753.6 billion dollars annually for 2026.
Federal personal income tax receipts for 2024 were 2.4 trillion dollars or 2,400 billion dollars. Thus, IF the tariff revenue was to double the highest monthly 2025 numbers and sustain this level for 12 months, 2026 US government tariff revenue would be roughly 31% of 2024 federal income tax income.
Using 2024 Federal personal tax numbers again, 2.4 trillion dollars / 12 is 200 billion. So, tariff revenue would need to be 200 billion dollars a month in order to replace the money (that the woefully indebted US federal government desperately needs) that was generated from 2024 personal federal income tax. Using the highest monthly tariff revenue collected thus far of 31.4 billion, US businesses and consumers would need to purchase 6.37 (200/31.4) times as many imported goods, parts supplies and products as they did in August 2025; every month in 2026 in order for tariff revenue to replace personal income tax. Either this or the tariffs on imported products will need to be increased by 6.37 times and US businesses and consumers would need to purchase an equal amount of imported goods, parts supplies and products as they did in August 2025; every month in 2026 in order for tariff revenue to replace personal income tax. I’m saying again that tariff revenue replacing personal income tax is unattainable. TARIFF REVENUE WILL NOT REPLACE PERSONAL INCOME TAX.
What could be the intention of these false promises being floated about anyway?

Brazil is an original member of the BRICS organization; an intergovernmental organization and informal grouping of major emerging economies that serves as a forum for political, economic, and diplomatic coordination among its members. The acronym originally stood for Brazil, Russia, India, and China (BRIC), with South Africa joining later to form BRICS.
Original members: Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa. New members (joined 2024–2025): Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
BRICS was created to promote multipolarity and reduce dominance of Western powers (especially the U.S. and Europe) in global institutions like the IMF, World Bank, and UN Security Council.
Brazil ranks second globally in known rare earth elements (REE) reserves, holding approximately 21 million metric tons of rare earth oxides (REO), according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Mineral Commodity Summaries 2025 (the latest available as of early 2026). This represents about 23% of the world’s total estimated reserves (around 91.9–92 million metric tons of REO).
In an October 25, 2025, press briefing at the Department of State, Rubio stated: “We think that long term it’s beneficial to Brazil to make us their partner of choice in trade instead of China – because of geography, because of culture, because of an alignment in so many ways.” This came amid discussions on U.S. tariffs imposed on Brazilian goods (e.g., 40% in some sectors) and ongoing negotiations to ease them.
The BRICS organization was a steppingstone for China (and other countries) to decrease their dependence on the US dollar. Due to China’s methodical and long planned strategy of becoming as self-reliant as possible, and to remove the influence of the US dollar, China is the first country in 50 years that has been able to thumb their nose at US sanctions, secondary sanctions, trade tariffs, or the repercussions of bypassing US government imposed sanctions via cross border trade settlement that is out of the reach and control of the US government. The only other recourse the US government can use in this scenario is to limit China’s cross border trade in RMB by pressuring Chinese trading partners or direct military intervention. If the US government were to tolerate or condone the small but growing percentage of global trade that is settled in Chinese currency, at some point the effects of this global cross border RMB trade settlement will cross the Rubicon (there is no going back). I don’t know at what point “this Rubicon would be crossed”. Is 20%, 30% of global trade that is outside of the manipulation abilities of the US government enough to tip the scales? I don’t think the US government truly knows what this hypothetical Rubicon tipping point is either. The more countries that adopt the Chinese RMB for cross border trade settlement the sooner this point will be reached. As I wrote earlier, there are likely many countries that have endured years of hardship due to US government foreign intervention that would love to leave the US dollar behind for good. If this were to happen, the US government’s primary bargaining, strong-arming, leveraging tool (The US Dollar) essentially becomes useless in controlling and manipulating US foreign agenda, and this is the US government’s biggest concern that they will never tell you about.
Which is why on October 25, 2025, Secretary of State Marco Rubio was swooning Brazil, an original member of the BRICS organization, in an attempt to persuade them through lesser sanctions and trade deals to turn away from their primary international trading partner-China and to make the US their primary global trading partner instead. Of course, the rare earth element resources that are contained in Brazil likely had a lot to do with Secretary Rubio’s persuasion as well. What should not be lost in all of this is the reason that Brazil is one of the original members of the BRICS organization to begin with.
Since the US shale oil and natural gas fracking breakthrough, China has become the global leader in oil imports. According to Grok, between 50%-55% of China’s oil imports are refined into transportation fuels (primarily gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel/kerosene).
Oil prices fluctuate due to international demand and current supply. As a result, China’s international oil trade was 12.5% in 2024 and ~11% 2025 (preliminary numbers) of Chinese total cross border or international trade.
China produced over 70% of the world’s electric cars in 2024. In August 2025, battery-electric heavy-duty trucks captured 28% of new heavy truck sales in China. Analysts (e.g., BMI, CATL, Sany) forecast electric trucks could account for 46% of new sales in 2025 overall and 60% or more by 2026. Some manufacturers expect 70–80% penetration by 2028. Aside from their usage of jet fuel, it seems that China has a plan to both decrease their dependency on oil imports that are refined for transportation fuels and to lever their very large reserve electric power capacity.
If China is able to become less dependent on foreign trade settlement in USD, which is dependent on foreign sellers of oil to accept RMB trade settlement, this will influence other countries to move toward cross border trade that is also settled in RMB. It’s essentially the opposite and unwinding of the US-Saudi 1970’s petrodollar agreement, which led to the US dollar hegemony of the last 50 years.
A quick note on China’s belt and road initiative (all of the following data taken from Grok). The BRI, launched in 2013, continues to focus on infrastructure, trade, and economic cooperation across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and beyond. Chinese official sources and media often cite “more than 150 countries and over 30 international organizations,” representing about 75% of the world’s population and over half of global GDP. RMB-denominated lending remains a minority portion of overall BRI financing, though it has increased in recent years as part of China’s broader RMB internationalization efforts.
China’s Hainan Island experiment.
Like them or not, China plays the long game well. You may have never heard of Hainan Island. China’s Hainan Island experiment was first proposed on April 13, 2018. On that date, President Xi Jinping announced at a conference celebrating the 30th anniversary of Hainan Province and its special economic zone that the Communist Party of China Central Committee would support building a pilot free trade zone across the entire island, while gradually exploring and advancing a free trade port with Chinese characteristics. This marked a major escalation from Hainan’s earlier status as a special economic zone (established in 1988), positioning the whole island as a bold reform testing ground.
Subsequent milestones include:
- October 2018: State Council approval of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
- June 1, 2020: Release of the “Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.”
- December 18, 2025: Launch of island-wide independent customs operations, effectively sealing the island as a separate customs zone.

Special customs operations
The rules sound technical, but the logic is straightforward.
- Massive zero-tariff expansion: The share of goods eligible for zero tariffs rises from 21% to roughly 74% of all tariff lines, covering nearly all production equipment and key raw materials. Companies importing machinery and materials could reduce tax costs by around 20%.
- 30% value-added rule: Products processed in Hainan with at least 30% of their value added locally can enter the Chinese mainland duty-free. In simple terms, Hainan is saying: don’t just pass goods through – do real work here. Assembly, manufacturing, processing, and supply-chain development all count.
- “Double 15%” tax advantage: For companies registered and genuinely operating in Hainan, and belonging to encouraged industries, corporate income tax is capped at 15%, compared with 25% on the mainland and 16.5% in Hong Kong. The list of encouraged industries is broad, ranging from desalination equipment and commercial space launches to imported food processing, modern agriculture and even rural homestays.
- Income tax cap: For individuals, the incentive is just as striking. For professionals listed in Hainan’s talent catalog, personal income tax is also capped at 15%, compared with a top rate of 45% on the mainland.
- Simplified regulations: Customs and import procedures have been streamlined, including the removal of licensing requirements for many used mechanical and electrical products. This reduces administrative barriers and makes cross-border trade faster and easier.
I believe the US government is terrified about both China’s growing cross border trade that is settled in Chinese currency and even more so of the global acceptance of trade settled in RMB (these two are directly correlated). The US government is concerned that the potential for growing global trade that is settled in Chinese currency will threaten the strategic position and hegemony of the US dollar. Thus, the US government’s recent actions and sentiment in specific countries that trade with China that is settled in RMB. The Chinese have implemented a long-planned strategy to open a large island off the Chinese mainland to visa free travel, duty free purchases, foreign investment with lucrative tax incentives and no tariffs on 74% of imported goods in order to bring in global trade that will be settled in RMB/Yuan – NOT US dollars. The Hainan Island experiment could be a big deal in China’s goal of increasing global trade that is settled in RMB/Yuan. China is signaling to literally every nation that wants to set up shop, have a manufacturing presence in China (via Hainan Island) or trade with China that they are willing to give productive incentives to do so. Cross border trade that opens transactions with China’s enormous manufacturing base and growing consumer base of 1.4 billion people while enticing trading partners to settle this cross-border trade in RMB. This is less than a year after President Trump has raised tariffs on virtually every country with a baseline 10% tariff: with many countries seeing tariffs of 25%-50%. The US tariffs impact ~71% of US imports.
China is looking to distance itself from the US dollar as well as to continue to become as self-reliant as possible through the growing internationalization of the RMB. China’s reliance on imported oil is its achilles heel. The Trump administration knows this. I believe the recent actions in Venezuela, the US negotiations with Russia, the US-Saudi recent dealings and the likely future actions or US relationship with respect to Iran will likely confirm this. Will the US government be able to use global oil supply control as a means of slowing China’s global RMB trade that threatens US dollar hegemony? Would the Chinese government be willing to concede buying oil with trade that is settled in USD if they can significantly increase international trade that is settled in RMB via the Hainan Island experiment? If the US government is able to exert control over international oil trade that is settled in USD, doing so will require any country that imports or exports oil to continue to hold the US dollar as a reserve currency. This would likely slow China’s goal of growing international RMB denominated trade settlement due to macro factors. The primary being that foreign countries would have to hold two reserve currencies: the USD for oil trade and the RMB if they choose to trade with China or trade with other trading partners in RMB settlement. Thus, in addition to their own internal financial infrastructure, countries would have to worry about exchange rates and the effects on their currency and inflation due to holding a portion of their nation’s usable currency in two different reserve currencies USD for oil and RMB for other cross border trade if they attempt to move away from US dollar dependency. This is the US dollar hegemony, and it is the US government’s primary foreign relations leveraging tool and biggest growing concern that they will never tell you about.
China has control of a large percentage of global refined rare earth elements. These are the elements that are needed for virtually everything that uses semiconductors or microprocessors. In addition to securing a couple of rare earth elements agreements including the previously mentioned coercive actions against Ukraine, the US is now looking to potentially take Greenland. Despite Greenland’s overall reserves ranking 8th globally in rare earth deposits, Greenland contains a high proportion of heavy REEs (e.g., dysprosium, terbium, yttrium, europium) relative to light REEs — these are scarcer, more expensive, and critical for high-performance permanent magnets in EVs, wind turbines, defense tech, and advanced electronics.
Thus, President Trump’s recent sarcastic comments on Denmark’s contribution to Greenland’s security as one dog sled. President Trump has repeatedly insinuated that Denmark is inadequately equipped to protect Greenland. Of course there is the propaganda that I referred to earlier, that ALWAYS leads US foreign intervention/interaction. Most recently President Trump has exclaimed, “We need Greenland from the standpoint of national security… Right now, Greenland is covered with Russian and Chinese ships all over the place.” Yet still no genuine diplomacy.
How will this play out? Denmark has told President Trump that Greenland is not for sale. Greenland has stated that they do not want to be part of the United States. Why not genuine diplomacy. Why not US military bases in Greenland that protect the US and the people of Greenland? More US military presence in Greenland would also contribute significantly to Greenland’s tiny economy and allow Greenland to keep its independence as an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark. The US military has had and continues to have US military bases in other sovereign nations throughout the world. Why is it a big deal, through the use of genuine diplomacy, to get an agreement with Denmark and Greenland to do the same in Greenland? Why not long-term rare-earth minerals/elements agreements with Greenland?
The simple answer is because US companies cannot exploit Greenland’s rare earth elements by negotiating some kind of one-sided deal with Greenland which is an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark; because Denmark is a fellow NATO member and the international backlash would likely be significant. However, if the US is able to acquire Greenland as an unincorporated territory or state of the US, then the US government controls the narrative. Much like President Trump’s recent executive order that prohibits state and local governments from intervention via AI regulation, the US government controlling the narrative with respect to Greenland allows for fast tracking of rare earth mineral projects with little environmental, water or coastal impact studies which oftentimes delay projects for years. Additionally, if Greenland becomes a state or an unincorporated territory of the US, Greenland’s natural resources become property of the US because the natural resources will now be contained within the newly acquired unincorporated territory of the US. A similar example are the oil deposits in Alaska that became US government owned upon the purchase of Alaska. The US government opens long term mineral leases or sales rights on government owned land to oil production and exploration companies in Alaska.
As opposed to Venezuela, which is not a member of NATO, and therefore lacks the international lobbying that comes as a benefit of being a NATO member. Thus, US companies can exploit Venezuelan natural resources, disregard or complete “limited” environmental, water or coastal impact studies that, in addition to the cost of the studies, could significantly delay projects. US companies can give a much less friendly profit split to the Venezuelan government; all while the US government exclaims to the rest of the world “the vast prosperity they are bringing to the newly liberated Venezuelan people”.
What is the truth behind the US government’s recent concern, that borders on frantic and desperate comments and actions from the Trump administration? The real reason for attempting to use US leverage globally over international trade that is settled in RMB is to slow China growth, and weaken them financially. Additionally, China’s current control over the global majority of refined rare earth elements, and the US government’s actions and sentiment toward any country that contains significant rare earth deposits. All of this is being done in an attempt to ensure that the US is the first to reach advanced AI or super Artificial Intelligence. It’s the 21st century cold war, with the potential for equally frightening implications.
With all of the recent US government military actions, comments and foreign relations, very few US citizens actually stop and ask: How did the US government allow a superpower adversary to control 75%-85% of refined rare Earth elements in the first place? Yes, China was blessed to have 48% of known rare Earth elements reserves contained within their borders, but knowing you need these elements for everything from automobiles to cruise missiles, how could multiple administrations in the US government be so inept as to allow this to happen? To not have negotiated real rare earth minerals agreements with Ukraine, Brazil, Greenland, Australia and Venezuela years ago is just baffling. The need for rare earth elements for use in semiconductors and microprocessors isn’t a novel thing that just popped up within the last year.
Below are a few articles that refer to Venezuelan rare earth minerals, Venezuela-China trade, and Chinese global trade. Although the majority of global trade continues to be settled in US dollars, there is a globally growing acceptance of trade settled in Chinese currency. One of the articles below cites that in 2023 China’s international trade settled in RMB/Yuan was 53% of China’s total cross border trade settlement. Which was the first time that the RMB/Yuan exceeded USD for China’s cross border trade settlement. The US government will continue their extensive use of propaganda for US foreign affairs in order to keep the average US citizen from understanding just how concerned the US government is of losing their grip on global trade and control through the use of the weaponized and inflated US dollar. Which is the US government’s primary leveraging tool against foreign adversaries.

The US government’s use of the US dollar and the recent tariffs are intended to limit international trade settled in RMB. At a time when some countries were likely considering moving toward or increasing cross border trade that is settled in Chinese currency. Yet because these same countries’ economies are dependent on their need for oil and trading with the US, the US government is leveraging the USD hegemony tool that has more to do with attempting to slow China’s growth than it does with bringing jobs and manufacturing back to the US.
Additionally, the desperate and erratic actions of US foreign policy have a lot more to do with the US government having overlooked the importance of having access to essential elements and minerals that are necessary for technological advancement, than it does with Narco-Terrorists or Arctic security. These essential elements and minerals are currently dominated by the US’ primary superpower adversary, which coincidently does not need to reallocate resources or use foreign military intervention abroad in an attempt to manipulate the health of the US economy and instead can continue to plan, engineer and implement their strategy.

Propaganda
Propaganda: information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote a particular cause, doctrine, or point of view. Propaganda is deceptive and often has nefarious intentions.
I am generation X. Most people in my generation, possibly some millennials, and certainly the baby boomer generation will remember the perception of the Russian/Eastern European block of nations (former USSR). They were always portrayed as cold, dark and evil people. As a child, I can remember having the same feelings toward the USSR as I did for Darth Vader and the evil galactic empire in Star Wars. They were bad people that wanted to destroy the free countries and our way of life. They were portrayed this way throughout my childhood and into my late teen years until shortly after the fall of the Berlin wall and the breakup of the USSR back into separate sovereign nations. Was/Is communism really evil? I do not believe so. I am thankful that I was not born in 1969 Yugoslavia, but I don’t believe the average citizen in the former USSR was truly evil. They were simply indoctrinated, propagandized and potentially threatened to be sent to the gulag if they didn’t comply with the communist state’s demands and goals.
Is my peer, the man that was born on December 17, 1969 former Yugoslavia and now Serbia, a terrible communist, full of hatred towards democracy, or is he simply a man that is trying to make the best of his situation and circumstance? A situation that he was born into as he provides the best that he can for his family as he struggles through what has been a much more difficult life than most American citizens could comprehend.
Yet as a child, we would go to church where a man would stand before us and talk about compassion and forgiveness and God’s grace, and then we would go back to our daily lives believing that we were somehow superior and above our “evil, filthy, communistic, pagan peasant counterparts that wanted to destroy us”. This is the evil of propaganda.
The US federal government uses terms like genocide, terrorism, oppression, narco-terrorist, drug trafficking, human trafficking and a plethora of other “shock terms” and “shock phrases” for emphasis to capture and sway general populous opinion and sentiment in order to garner support for US government intervention and action in foreign affairs. The US government’s use of these “shock terms/shock phrases” is propaganda. Many objectively thinking American citizens would generally agree with this statement.
Yet few objectively thinking American citizens will acknowledge that the US government, through weaponized law enforcement, InfraGard, fusion center employees and contractors (the weaponized Cabal) involved with the Targeted Individual program, uses these same propagandist tactics to sway general population opinion, thinking and actions toward fellow law-abiding US citizens.
Propaganda is the reason that China has been portrayed as “the evil empire” for years. The US media has used the Chinese Navy’s patrolling waters in the Asia Pacific region as “proof” of the Chinese’ intentions of world dominance. Anybody who has paid attention to mainstream media for a few decades will remember when China invaded Iraq because Iraq had “weapons of mass destruction”. Then China proceeded to embark on a multi decade conflict with their military throughout the Middle East. Let’s not forget the multiple coups that China’s foreign intelligence service has planned and financed throughout Latin America and the Middle East over the past 4-5 decades. Hiding behind the cover of NATO, China’s elitists have strong-armed their opponents through proxy wars, trade embargoes, and sanctions to enforce the agenda of the Chinese elite class while running up their debt to astronomical levels and hurting the Chinese working class. Not so long ago the Chinese funded and backed Ukraine in a proxy war against Russia, only to turn their backs on Ukraine when the situation appeared unwinnable or the Chinese government had satisfied their intended goal. Even today, as China has attempted a not-so-subtle Coup in Venezuela in order to remove the “American sympathizer regime” that trades Venezuela’s extensive oil reserves and rare earth minerals with “America”. – Yes, this is satire. China has not done any of these things. We have. China has simply minded their own damn business and continued to plan, build and become as independent a nation as they can be. While the US government and US elitists have pursued financing proxy wars, outright invasion of other sovereign nations, sanctions and embargoes on any nation that opposes our elitists foreign policies. While ballooning the US deficit to nearly unrecoverable levels in their ever-increasing lust for more. Meanwhile China realized long ago that oil will soon no longer be, and is now no longer, the world’s most precious commodity. China is the new OPEC, and they are a lot more resistive to Western influence than OPEC has ever been.
Through rare earth materials extraction and refining dominance, China has planned, built and implemented a strategy that has a chokehold on a large percentage of critical materials that are necessary for global technological advancement. I say this in a manner of speaking in that China has control over the ability to reduce, ration and deny refined rare earth materials export based on their intended use and to whom they will be used, if China chooses to do so. As I wrote earlier, something else that plays an important role in determining the balance of global power, is the small but growing global acceptance and trade settlement denominated in Chinese currency which allows countries to trade for goods and bypasses the US dollar for trade settlement.
Below is an article from RAND. RAND is sort of a government “think tank”. I found this article interesting because it shows an obvious change in character toward the Chinese government. The reason the US government has changed its stance on China, is because WE HAD TO. The US government is no longer dealing with China from a position of power. The amount of rhetoric and propaganda that our government has used for years toward China to the “about face” is hard to believe. If you are able to think for yourself, it also says a lot about China’s current position on the global stage.

I am leaving the link to the Rand article up. It seems that Rand has removed the article from their website. Citing “the article has been removed for further review”. Apparently, many people have been inclined to call out the US government’s blatant propaganda of China for years. The ability for an average dumbass like me to find articles like this and research to “see beyond the veil” of the US government’s propaganda is one of the reasons why I believe that the US government is genuinely concerned about achieving advanced Artificial Intelligence or Artificial General Intelligence, and winning the Artificial Intelligence arms race is between the two superpowers of the USA and China. In addition to military uses, and production and technology efficiencies, I believe one of the biggest uses for AI will be to propagandize, manipulate, influence and deter an increasingly suspect civilian population. If the average citizen is able to “see beyond the veil”, get a larger veil. Find a way to “outthink” the masses. Artificial General Intelligence or advanced Artificial Intelligence will do this. Another type of or use of propaganda that is often overlooked is the federal government and federal law enforcement usage of blanket statements and generalizations in order to sway opinion of the general population in order to achieve a desired outcome or perception toward a group or TYPE of people. My emphasis on the type of people is important. The type of person that the US government fears could grow in popularity is the person that can think for themselves and therefore is resistant to, and questioning of, US government intentions despite the rhetoric and propaganda. Oftentimes, these are the type of people that are trafficked, corralled and entrapped on some BS government watchlist and labeled antifa or extremists under the guise of national security.

I will say this without reservation, I absolutely oppose fascism, white supremacy and far left or far right extremism. I do not hold far left views, nor do I believe in anarchism, socialism, or anti-capitalism. However, based on my experience within the Targeted Individual program, a person does not have to be an extremist, terrorist, or wish to do harm to another person in any way in order to be corralled into a group of “potential bad actors”. I absolutely oppose the elitist corruption that has been and is currently running this nation that I love into the ground in order to benefit a very few, at the detriment of many.
Statements like the one underlined above are used by the US government and weaponized law enforcement to justify entrapping law abiding, God fearing, America loving citizens and ruining their lives by categorizing them in some generalized, bullshit acronym via federal law enforcement.
Who is responsible for identifying and labeling a person antifa anyway? I am guessing most Americans would say that this responsibility would fall under federal law enforcement. Again, I can tell you as fact based on my personal experience that a person does not have to be in any way associated with terrorism, terrorist activities, terrorist groups or have any violent intentions toward anyone in order to be corralled, blacklisted, labeled, dehumanized, oppressed and outcast. All of which has been organized and choreographed by this same federal law enforcement along with their weaponized goon squads in the fusion centers.
According to the document linked below, in 2021 then FBI director Christopher Wray testified to Congress “We expect Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists, Anti-Government or Anti-Authority Violent Extremists, and other DVEs (Domestic, Violent Extremists) will very likely pose the greatest domestic terrorism threats in 2021 and likely into 2022”.
Ironically this statement has some parallels with antifa’s ideals. Speaking of racially or ethically motivated, does this statement apply to harassing, arresting and detaining brown skin toned people with Spanish accents (some of whom are US citizens) by federal ICE agents?

As I wrote earlier, the reality is that the FBI has been compiling this list since 2001. After the implementation of the Bush-Cheney Patriot Act, the FBI created the Terrorist Screening Database. Every year since 2001, under every presidential administration, law abiding, tax paying US citizens have been corralled, trafficked and entrapped onto this list, and suffered the repercussions of being held on this list with no recourse. Some, including myself, have been entrapped within the despicable Targeted Individual program for nothing more than a personal vendetta.

You may have heard of the recent bidding war for Warner Brother’s media.
A few weeks ago, there was a proposed deal in which Netflix was set to buy Warner Brothers Streaming and Studios (including HBO, DC Studios, WB Pictures/TV, Games, HBO Max) from Warner Brothers Discovery. Within this deal Warner Brothers Discovery would spin off its Global Networks into a separate company called Discovery Global, which would retain channels like CNN, TNT, TBS, HGTV, Food Network, Discovery Channel, Cartoon Network, TLC, and sports properties like TNT Sports. So, Netflix gets the content creators, while Discovery Global keeps most of the traditional cable channels.
Netflix appeared to win the bidding war for Warner Bros. Discovery, when the two firms announced their merger. Within days, however, Paramount announced its hostile bid, meaning Paramount plans to appeal to Warner Bros. Discover shareholders in an effort to overcome the wishes of management.
The $108 billion bid from Paramount encompasses the HBO Max streaming service, the Warner Bros. film production company and cable channels such as CNN. Netflix established its agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery at a lower price of $83 billion, though the Netflix offer excluded the cable channels.
Jared Kushner is involved in Paramount’s hostile takeover bid for Warner Bros. Discovery through his private equity firm, Affinity Partners, which is a key outside financier, alongside Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds. His firm’s involvement adds an obvious conflict of interest, as this deal involves entities linked to the current Trump administration, with Paramount arguing their bid has a smoother path to regulatory approval.
Again, the Paramount, Middle Eastern backing and Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners bid/hostile takeover attempt of Warner brothers includes the content creators and the traditional cable channels which includes CNN. You can see President Trump’s comments on this here.
President Trump has been an outspoken critic of CNN. Citing that CNN is “fake news”. Last week he said this: “CNN’s leaders are either corrupt or incompetent and should not be allowed to operate and should be sold, and that he will likely be involved in the decision.”
President Trump’s comments on the sale of CNN specifically. “I think that CNN should be sold or that CNN should be sold separately. I think it’s imperative that CNN be sold”. He said “you wouldn’t want to leave those people (Discovery Global with CNN) with some money, good money, so that they can continue spending more money spreading poison. I wouldn’t want to see the same company (Discovery Global and CNN) with money.”
Just so we are clear, this is the sitting president of the United States of America petitioning for a major news outlet to be sold to a group of investors (one of whom is the president’s son-in-law) in order to keep this major news company from being “independent” and having much more money in their coffers after the sell off of the content creators to a rival bidder. If Discovery Global was to sell off the content creator channels to Netflix, they (Discovery Global) would keep the traditional cable channels including CNN.
DON’T MISS THIS. If this proposed Netflix acquisition happened, it would add 82.7 billion enterprise value to Discovery Global; of which 72 BILLION would be cash and stock. This 72 billion is the “good money” that President Trump fears that CNN could use part of to “spread poison”. Thus, the Jared Kushner alliance to buy ALL of Discovery Global including the “poison spreading CNN network”. If the Paramount and Jared Kushner hostile bid goes through, my guess would be that this happens fairly quickly and COINCIDENTLY a few months prior to the midterm elections on Tuesday November 3, 2026.
As long as people continue to buy into the propaganda, they will continue to use it; because propaganda, and leading people to believe what you want them to believe, is effective in keeping one from thinking for oneself.
Since I added this section to this blog post, Jared Kushner/Affinity Partners have been removed from the consortium of Paramount and Middle East Sovereign wealth funds. I have honestly not checked on this in a month or so. At this point it doesn’t really matter to me. To me, what is important in all of this is that President Trump is literally telling the American public that “We are willing to do everything we can to continue our griftish propaganda bullshit on the American people. Additionally, nothing is beneath us, we will do whatever we have to do to win the midterm elections. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
More US citizens are waking up to the fact that, regardless of which political party is in office, US elitist agendas will always take precedence over doing what is best for the average US citizen.
If there is one thing that the average US citizen can do today that would truly begin to “Make America Great Again” it would be to think rationally, think critically, think objectively: to learn to think for yourself. A warning from me based on my experiences, genuinely thinking for yourself is liberating, but expressing your “free thinking knowledge and beliefs” may come with unexpected consequences. Additionally, as I will explain later, thinking for oneself will become harder to do in the future as Artificial Intelligence continues to advance and the use of AI to “scrub the internet” of specific topics or AI advanced propaganda campaigns become more prolific.
Artificial Intelligence
The overview of President Trump’s executive order on the Genesis Mission listed below was taken from Grok on X. This is ironic because Grok is a type of AI. Specifically Grok is an LLM (Large Language Model) but Grok will tell you that he is an LLM with a bunch of extra capabilities. Anyway, in case you are unaware, President Trump signed an executive order into law establishing the “Genesis Mission”. The goal of the Genesis Mission is to accelerate the US’ capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, and I believe Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). AGI is Artificial Intelligence that can understand, learn and perform any intellectual task that a human can do, at or above human level proficiency, across virtually all domains, without being specifically programmed or trained for each one.
Ironically, the naming of the US advanced AI initiative the Genesis Mission may ultimately lead to something closer related to the book of Revelations when it’s all said and done if advanced AI is used for nefarious purposes.
Overview of President Trump’s Executive Order on the Genesis Mission
On November 24, 2025, President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order establishing the Genesis Mission, a national initiative aimed at leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionize scientific research and accelerate breakthroughs in key areas. While the order focuses on advanced AI applications rather than explicitly naming “AGI” (Artificial General Intelligence), it directs significant government resources toward the development, training, and testing of sophisticated AI models and agents for scientific experimentation. This includes integrating federal supercomputing power, data assets, and infrastructure to foster AI-driven innovation, positioning the U.S. as a global leader in AI-enabled science.
The mission addresses the stagnation in scientific progress despite rising federal R&D budgets, by harnessing AI to automate hypothesis generation, experiment design, and data analysis—tasks that align closely with advancing toward more general AI capabilities.
What is driving the US government’s implementation of the Genesis Mission?
There are a lot of confirmation biases and hypotheticals when researching what the future of advanced Artificial Intelligence, AGI or “Super Artificial Intelligence” will bring. This is logical because even the AI experts simply can’t estimate the future of a technology that could open advancement that is beyond human logic, comprehension and technical capabilities. Many simply yield to the belief that advanced AI will revolutionize medicine, sciences, math, and foresee, predict and resolve problems that have been unsolvable to this point or solutions to problems that humans do not yet realize are problems to begin with. A simple example would be, what happens to the problem of a country or countries that have been held hostage by US dollar hegemony if one of these countries reach advanced AI before the US? There is likely a solution found to this problem.
I believe another reason for President Trump’s executive order for the Genesis Mission, and a more concerning reason for advanced AI is the fact that technology in a lot of ways has helped to level the playing field. As an example, I use Grok a lot because it can find and compare sources from multiple outlets, fact check and combine them into a summation, resulting in a much more comprehensive return or yield vs a traditional search engine.
The US government will always have much more advanced technology than the general public. However, with today’s technology the average citizen can fact check, research and form an opinion (fairly easily) based on research that bypasses typical mainstream media outlets. To put it simply, more people and especially the younger generations are more adept at bypassing the traditional media sources. Which makes “propagandizing” this group much more difficult. Of course there is fake news, false influencers, and propaganda sources online as well. Nonetheless, as technology evolves it is becoming more difficult to corral the masses as easily as it once was. Thus, I believe advancements in AI will be used to disseminate propaganda and potentially scrub the internet for potential topics or instances.
AI will be used for the censorship of free speech, or part of free speech censorship may be implemented through the use of censorship by deception and indoctrination. Those that see through the veil may be persecuted while the audience of onlookers is used in isolating and discrediting as the audience is indoctrinated or deceived. The Targeted Individual program has been a proven blueprint for this scenario. The extensive use of US government propaganda prior to foreign campaigns, sanctions, embargoes and military intervention is also an example of this mass deception or indoctrination. It’s not a stretch to look at President Trump’s recent comments on CNN as confirmation of this as well. Whether you like CNN or not, it’s simply censorship by the narrowing of or removal of available media outlets that often contradict the current president’s-administration’s viewpoints. I believe that censorship of free speech has been growing subtly but will get much more pervasive, using military and weaponized law enforcement involvement if need be. Again, based on my experience within the Targeted Individual program, I am attesting that this too is also already happening.
Below is a post from X containing an interesting video on AI from Eric Schmidt, an ex-Google executive and AI researcher and investor. What I found interesting, and something that has been one of my biggest concerns since learning about the TI program, are his comments on critical thinking or the ability to think for oneself. At the ~23:50 mark in the video, Eric talks about misinformation in reference to media – social media. He goes on to say, “the country is going to have to learn critical thinking; that may be an impossible challenge for the US”. “The fact that somebody told you something does not mean that it’s true”. “I think the greatest threat to democracy is misinformation because we are going to get really good at it”.
Eric’s statements on manipulating the thinking of the masses are at the core of the Targeted Individual program, and why I spend so much time writing about the “psychological manipulation of the audience” within the Targeted Individual program. “Learn to think for yourself” is a phrase I have written many times within my blog posts. Eric’s statements for using Artificial Intelligence to misinform and manipulate the thinking of the masses validate my argument that the current TI program will continue to grow with AI advancement to become even more sinister for those that are selected or targeted and entrapped within this program. As well as for those that are categorized as antifa or are listed as potential extremists by federal law enforcement as Attorney General Pam Bondi has recently suggested.
As I wrote previously, virtually all of the AI experts believe that advanced Artificial Intelligence/Artificial General Intelligence or “super Artificial Intelligence” will lead to breakthroughs in sciences and technologies that humans simply cannot fathom. It has also been speculated that the AI arms race could lead to mutual understanding or agreement from world superpowers as far as the use of advanced AI goes. Yet others argue that the first country to get truly advanced AI or “Super Artificial Intelligence” will essentially use their AI technology to prevent their competitors from achieving the same level. This is the new cold war. This is the reason for the insane amount of money that is being thrown around in relation to AI projects and AI data centers. I believe this is the reason for many of the seemingly frantic, irrational and at times bordering on unhinged comments and actions of the US government of the past year. I honestly believe this is the reason for attempting to slow China’s goal of dislocating from global US dollar hegemony; even though it is being done through arms deals and financial incentives for China’s trading partners, sanctions against Chinese trading allies, US government condoned foreign land grabs, and US military involvement and removal of leaders of sovereign nations; all of which appear unrelated on the surface.
AI related companies comprise nearly 40% of the S&P 500 in 2025. According to JP Morgan, AI-related stocks have accounted for approximately 75% of the S&P 500’s gains since the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022. To be clear, there is a very big difference between the rise in a company’s stock price vs profitability. Nonetheless the S&P 500 closed November 30, 2022, at $4089.19. Today is January 8, 2026, and the S&P closed at $6927.88. The math says that the S&P 500 is up 2838.69 ~ 69% in a little over 3 years. According to JP Morgan, of the 2838.69 (3+ year) gain in the S&P 500, 2129.02 is attributed to AI related companies.
President Trump is very concerned with the state of the economy. He is constantly touting the stock market growth, how inflation has come down and that the cost of living is so much lower. The stock market is one of the last things holding this economy up, and as I just explained, AI related companies have been fueling the growth in the stock market. So, what happens when the AI company’s stock growth begins to slow down? Many of these companies are woefully indebted and will take years (if ever) to be profitable. Many of the larger and stable AI related companies have done some legal, but shady accounting in an attempt to hide debt from investors, in order to show continued growth and profit margins. What happened to extremely over levered companies during the 2000’s dot.com bubble?
What the US is up against
I have written before about the US government’s concern with China’s AI capabilities and AI growth. As I wrote in a previous blog post, the US is way behind China’s electrical power infrastructure which is necessary for AI data centers. I also wrote about China’s viewpoint on AI synergies; from the government level to industry to supply chain and education. As opposed to the US capitalist model of proprietary, trade secrets and profit first model. China, compared to the US, will have many more college graduates in Engineering, Computer Science and AI related fields in 2026. China begins teaching children about AI at age 6, focusing on foundational concepts through hands-on, experiential activities. As of September 1, 2025, China made AI literacy mandatory for all primary and secondary school students across the country.
Then there are the rare earth minerals and refining which is dominated by China. Rare Earths are required materials for the latest semiconductors and microprocessors. In a previous blog post I wrote about China’s semiconductor advancement as being intentionally impeded by the US’ trade restrictions for the latest US semiconductors and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This has been a key factor to keeping US semiconductor technology ahead of China.
In late 2025 China revealed several technological breakthroughs in their internal, holistic 2D semiconductor technology. The main takeaway from this is that China has gone a different direction for their advanced semiconductor technology that does not use silicone-based architecture and therefore bypasses the need for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment that has been trade restricted by the US government. Will China be able to mass scale their new semiconductor technology in time to surpass the US? I say all of this to reinforce that China is not screwing around with their goal of global AI dominance and isolating themselves from western influence.
I’m honestly not sure if using “China’s goal of global AI dominance” is a fair statement. This sounds too much like US government propaganda against China. After all, which current global superpower is more likely to use advanced AI technology in order to be the “supreme global ruler” and require all other countries to submit to their superiority? Judging from the two current superpowers of the US and China, one has been meddling in every other country’s business for decades while the other has tried to distance themselves from the “global Karen” while raising the standard of living of its populace.

China began building its high-speed rail (HSR) system in earnest in the early 2000s, launching its first dedicated line (Beijing-Tianjin) in 2008. In China approximately 220–250 cities or urban areas exceed 500,000 residents as of 2025: with ~97% of such cities connected by high-speed rail.
Costs for the currently completed 31,000 miles of high-speed rail are estimated to be between 5-7.5 trillion yuan, aligning with debt figures (not all costs are debt-financed; some come from central/local government funds and bonds). The high-end estimate of 7.5 trillion yuan from above equates to roughly 1.0725 trillion US dollars.
To summarize, in China, 97% of urban areas with a population of over half a million people (200+ cities/urban areas) have been connected by high-speed rail in ~25 years with the construction of 31,000 miles of high-speed rail lines (Los Angeles to New York City is 2,788 miles).
In contrast California’s high speed rail system Phase 1:
- is expected to directly connect the following major cities with dedicated stations: San Francisco, Millbrae, San Jose, Gilroy, Merced, Madera, Fresno, Kings/Tulare, Bakersfield, Palmdale, Burbank, Los Angeles and Anaheim.

- Has estimated cumulative expenditures of 14-15 billion dollars
- No high speed track has been laid to date
- The project has faced significant cost overruns and delays: originally pitched at ~$33–40 billion for the full Phase 1 (San Francisco to Los Angeles/Anaheim), current estimates for the full system range from $89–128 billion (or higher for extensions).
Things closer to home
In November 2025, 2 national guard members were shot in Washington DC. The man who is accused of shooting the two National Guard members was an immigrant from Afghanistan. There were swirling rumors as to how this man was granted asylum, or whether the Biden or Trump administration granted his asylum. It seems there are some credible reports that his asylum was granted in 2025 by the Trump administration. I was at the gym one morning and one of the televisions had some news service on and the headline was that the shooter of the National Guard members in Washington DC had not been vetted at all. Of course, in the context of this tragedy of these two service members being shot it is irrelevant as to which presidential administration granted this immigrant and suspected murderers’ asylum. What is important is the vetting process of granting asylum to an immigrant that is from a country in which some of the citizens have beliefs/ideals in harming American citizens. Furthermore, neither the presidential administration nor their FBI directors determine the outcome of the vetting process. Vetting of potential terrorists is handled by the Federal Law Enforcement and Federal Intelligence services (the FBI, DHS, CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, NRO etc.). This is extremely concerning to me, a Targeted Individual, as I have explained numerous times how the US government/federal law enforcement, fusion center employees, or government contractors have infiltrated every aspect of my life. If federal law enforcement, through the use of Palantir software and fusion center employees and contractors, can track my phone or vehicle to know where I am at all times and are capable of sending embarrassing media and misinformation of me to anyone in my vicinity in order to discredit, dehumanize, humiliate and isolate me, they should be more than capable of vetting potential terrorists that are intent on harming American citizens, as well as tracking any suspected or potential terrorists. To say or imply otherwise is a “slap in the face of the average US citizen’s intelligence”. Furthermore, the same tactics for illegal, inappropriate, and invasive surveillance that has happened to me for nearly a decade has been used on tens of thousands of other tax paying, law abiding US citizens for decades by the US federal law enforcement/US federal intelligence services and fusion center employees and contractors (who have used misappropriated federal taxpayer funds) that are involved in carrying out the Targeted Individual program. Keep in mind that the weaponized federal law enforcement and intelligence service that has been behind the Targeted Individual program for decades, and at least in part are responsible for the vetting of potential terrorists, are the same buffoons that have been incapable of releasing the names of pedophiles associated with the Epstein files for years.
Below is a confirmation from Grok on a post that claimed that the FBI spent $1,000,000 in overtime charges for the redaction of the Epstein files. To be transparent, I do not know if the redactions were done in the case of pending investigation/litigation or to protect Epstein victims’ identities. However, I refuse to believe that there has not been redaction of influential names associated with the Epstein files that would cause much bigger issues if those names were publicly released.
General Rantings
I am just going to say this now. I do not believe the Butler, Pennsylvania shooter story. I do not know if Thomas Matthew Crooks was a deranged, unstable, anti-Trump, leftist psychopath. Nor do I know if he was a CIA “mind controlled” operative”. I simply do not believe that Thomas Crooks was able to work his way into a presidential nominee rally and ascend a rooftop with an ideal vantage point with a rifle in an attempt to assassinate a former president and presidential nominee without alerting the security team.
I also do not believe that Charlie Kirk’s neck tissue was capable of preventing a .30-06 round from creating an exit wound and hitting an object or another person positioned behind him from a shot that originated approximately 200 yards from Charlie. Likewise, I do not believe that the world’s most capable intelligence services, with all of their resources, were unable to identify, vet, deny asylum, or track the suspected shooter of the two National Guard members in Washington DC. It is critically important to note that one of the cornerstones of trafficking and entrapping law-abiding citizens into the Targeted Individual program is the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Database. The tragic shooting of two National Guard members is yet another psychological operation on the American people. The tragedy in Washington DC will lead to President Trump’s National Guard quick reaction forces being deployed to US cities sooner rather than later. More importantly, the government’s use of these types of tragic situations in order to condition citizens to the deployment of military members to US cities. It sets a psychological precedent in the minds of US citizens. I have nothing but respect for current and former members of the US military. I simply no longer fully trust the government of this country. The National Guard will be deployed to major US cities under the guise of crime deterrence and crime prevention. It is my belief that the real reason the National Guard will be deployed to US cities is the anticipation of civil unrest within the next couple of years.
In November 2025, amid heightened political tensions and controversial military actions (such as strikes in the Caribbean and Pacific as part of a counter-narcotics campaign), six Democratic members of Congress—all veterans of the military or intelligence community—released a joint video message titled “Don’t Give Up the Ship.” Posted on November 18, 2025, by Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), the video directly addresses active-duty service members, intelligence officials, and national security personnel. It emphasizes their oath to the U.S. Constitution and reminds them of their legal obligation under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) to refuse orders that violate the law or Constitution.
The lawmakers did not urge disobedience of lawful orders; they explicitly referenced “illegal” or “unlawful” ones, a principle enshrined in UCMJ Articles 92 and 90, which require obedience to lawful commands but hold service members accountable for following patently illegal directives (e.g., war crimes or violations of the Geneva Conventions).
There were several congressional members that reminded active-duty service members, intelligence officials, and national security personnel of their oath to the U.S. Constitution and their legal obligation under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) to refuse orders that violate the law or Constitution. Mark Kelly has been singled out by Pete Hegseth (“Secretary of War”) accusing him of sedition and going as far as a Pentagon investigation targeting Kelly (the only participant still subject to UCMJ as a retiree). Again, what these Senators did was to remind and reinforce all who serve in the US armed service of their duty to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Two things to say about this. First, regardless if this is the old naming convention, the “Department of War” and “The Secretary of War” sound like something you would expect from a dictatorship in a small third world nation that wants to instill fear in their populace because the rest of the world does not take them seriously.
Secondly, why would several US senators feel the need to remind US Armed Forces personnel of their obligation under the UCMJ in the first place? Maybe the US military strikes on small boats operated by unarmed Venezuelan citizens had something to do with these comments?
President Trump posted on Truth Social: “These Democrats should be ARRESTED and put on trial for SEDITION… punishable by DEATH!” He accused them of “conspiring to orchestrate a video message to active-duty service members encouraging them to defy the president’s lawful orders.”
Just thinking out loud here. When he doesn’t get his way, President Trump often comes across more like a menopausal Karen from the homeowner’s association as opposed to the sitting President of the United States of America. Do a search on President Trump’s comments on Thomas Massie and his late wife, or his more recent comments on Rob and Michelle Reiner the day after they were found murdered in their home. I actually believe that President Trump is more concerned with Thomas Massie’s comments and legislation to reveal the contents of the Epstein files than he is over his administration’s actual releasing and revealing and prosecuting the named pedophiles that are in the Epstein files.
I voted for President Trump in his first presidency. I did not vote in either of the past two presidential elections. I simply could not vote for either of the two presidential nominees, and I am not ashamed to admit this. I typically lean right politically, but to be completely honest, I am sometimes saddened and embarrassed by some of the actions and comments coming from the white house and this administration.
For decades, the US government has catered to US elites and their lobbyists at the detriment of the average US citizen. The president’s comments on lowering credit card interest rates are testament to this. If the US government is truly concerned about the welfare of the average US citizen, then why are credit card interest rates up to 30% interest in the first place? Mind you, the average US citizen’s cost of living, due to the inflated and devalued dollar, has gone up dramatically in the last couple of decades. The reason for this is that the average US citizen’s wage growth has been significantly outpaced by the rising costs of housing, insurance, automobiles, food etc. It’s not a coincidence, actually there is a direct correlation to the significantly rising US debt and US citizen’s higher cost of living.
This country has just passed 38 trillion in national debt; it has been estimated that social security could be insolvent by 2034 (that’s 9 years from now). In November 2025, the government passed a continuing resolution to provide temporary government funding for 3 months. During the government shutdown, many government employees did not receive a paycheck. There was a lot of “promoted concern” and social media outrage about SNAP benefit fraud during this time. The reality is that, during the government shutdown, many low-income families came very close to losing their ability to buy groceries. Lately, there has been a lot of social media outrage on fraudulent daycare centers that total millions of misallocated federal taxpayer dollars. American citizens are right in being upset with outright fraud that takes advantage of social services within this country. Yet few people ever question the gross financial negligence that happens in the defense department or at the federal government level. Few American citizens bitch about skimming or embezzlement of federal funds, congressional insider trading, lobbyist kickbacks or the use of federal taxpayer funds that allows for the FBI being used as a weaponized law enforcement agency. Hell, it’s an open joke when the defense department uses one of their few approved governments supply contractors to purchase a ⅝” bolt that costs $.48 at Ace hardware; yet it costs the American taxpayer $4.48 when it is billed to the Pentagon budget. Not a fucking word about the elitist corruption or “white collar” or government fraud from the brainwashed “Gulf of America” zealots. How many billions of US taxpayer funds have been misappropriated for decades on the Targeted Individual program? Mind you, there is a very real chance that the outcome of this program is not going to be used on the Chinese or any other foreign country. It’s very likely that the AI iteration that is spawned from the TI program will be used to control the US populace.
Expounding on the social services fraud within this country, Congress recently introduced the No American Benefits Abroad Act. This bill directly prohibits recipients of public assistance from initiating international wire transfers. Which is intended to eliminate fraud such as those recently accused in Minnesota daycare centers from drawing government assistance and grant programs and funneling money overseas. This is a good example of identifying and eliminating fraud and government waste.
However, why is no one in Congress screaming about the DOD’s recent 8th consecutive failed audit, while President Trump is proposing an increase in defense spending in 2026? Why is there still not a bill before Congress to ban Congressional insider trading? How about a bill that identifies which congressional members took Super PAC money (lobbyist kickbacks), what the Super PAC identifies itself as (the ideals and goals of the Super PAC) and the voting record of Congressional members that received Super PAC money on the issues and legislation that are correlated with said Super PAC’s goals and agenda?
Combine Congress’ recently proposed bill with the DOGE spending cuts in early 2025 and one may believe that the government is attempting to reduce the rampant wasted spending and fraud. I commend the US government for doing something to reduce waste and welfare abuse.
However, the US government will do nothing to expose, limit or attempt to eliminate the white-collar fraud that occurs within the US government from their elitist friends in the military-industrial complex or Congressional allies in the bloated and influential lobbyist community within the United States. The intentions of the policy makers and the elitists that run this country and the lengths that these same people go through in an attempt to hide their true allegiances and intentions are so obvious. Yet the average American has been propagandized to accept the “low hanging fruit” with respect to wasteful government spending and government cutbacks.

According to Grok, congressionally mandated annual DOD audits were implemented in November of 1990. The DOD did not attempt an audit until 28 years later. Seriously think about that. Congress passed a law at the end of 1990 mandating that the DOD perform annual audits. The DOD told Congress to “kiss my ass” for 27-28 years. Something happened in 2018. Beginning in 2018 the DOD attempted its first Congressionally mandated audit, and they have done so every year since. The US DOD has failed every annual audit from 2018 to date. “The grift is real in the Department of War”.
Many of you may not remember the “Occupy Wall Street” movement in 2011 which was 3 years after the 2008 financial and housing crisis. The movement was initiated in New York City but quickly spread to over 900 cities in 82 countries. The premise was that many people felt that they could no longer afford to live comfortably. Many average Americans, after watching the government use their tax dollars to bail out the big banks that, due to their giant egos and inexplicably stupid leverage, caused the housing crisis and financial downturn to begin with. The arguments for the “occupy protestors” were gross income inequality and corporate greed. There is an argument to be made about the US current debt situation, which affects where money can be spent and which spending programs take priority vs which programs receive less spending or dropped altogether. As I wrote earlier, President Trump has been a vocal critic of the federal reserve and has continued to “sound off” that interest rates need to be cut. Many economists argue that cutting rates in this economy is inflationary. Others argue that cutting rates reduce borrowing costs thus increasing spending, hiring/employment, and grow the economy.

The US debt only goes one way and it’s never down. 2025 US debt has grown $2.2 TRILLION. The US government is in perpetual annual deficit (I am speaking from an accounting point of view; not trade deficit). Which is to say, the amount of intake (taxes, tariffs etc.) is LESS than the amount the government spends (social security, interest on the national debt, military/defense spending, etc.). This is an annual thing at this point. The US government has only had a budget surplus 4 times in the last 50 years. Most recently in 2001. This is the reason for the constant need to raise the US “debt ceiling”, continuing resolutions and government shutdowns due to debt increase disagreements in Congress. What I am saying here is that the US government is more concerned with lower interest rates in order to require a lower debt payment on the US national debt that continues to rise; than they are with the potential of lower interest rates impacts on employment or causing higher inflation (which causes consumers to use more dollars to purchase food, housing insurance etc.) and raises the cost of living for the average US citizen. This is a very dicey situation. I think many US citizens may be on board with higher inflation if it isn’t detrimental to employment numbers and results in substantially reducing the nation’s debt. The federal government could stop wasting so much money and do some genuine policing to reign in expenses. However, to truly reduce government debt and spending would likely require telling lobbyists, SuperPAC’s and their buddies in the military industrial complex that the “feast for the elitists at the detriment of the average US taxpayer is over”. The real problem is the lobbyist-kickbacks and SuperPAC funding are vast and lucrative for many government and Congressional members. Thus, I am genuinely cynical that this will ever happen.

Servicing the national debt is becoming an increasing burden on government spending. Obviously, with our debt continually growing and never decreasing, government spending on debt repayments will continue to become an increasing burden on US government expenditures. Payment on the national debt is only exacerbated or made worse when the US economy slumps as tax receipts, US GDP, and consumer discretionary spending all decrease. So, what happens in an environment when the economy is in a protracted recession? Which programs get funding and which ones get minimal funding or are dropped altogether? How are people’s livelihoods affected?
We are now at a very precarious point in this country. Inflation has gotten to the point that the average American family is really struggling to pay for transportation, groceries, insurance and housing. What happens when we have an even moderate recession in this country? If you are able to think for yourself, you know what happens. Citizens that are living paycheck to paycheck, and now become unemployed, begin to speak out against a government that has accumulated enormous debt for years, yet these citizens feel like their cost of living has done nothing but increase in this same time period. I really am shocked at how many MAGA’s buy into this bullshit.
I have always been a bit of a nonconformist. Not simply from a “screw authority just because” kind of way, but rather in an “I like to think for myself regardless of what the herd mentality is kind of way.” Maybe it’s a combination of my personality traits as well as what I have been through in my years of entrapment in the Targeted Individual program, but as cliche as this sounds; sometimes I almost feel like I have been ensnared in some kind of Matrix.
No matter how much I try to explain my situation and the Targeted Individual program, or the potential dangers that are associated with this program, no one believes me. There is no way for me to compete with the number of resources that are used against me by weaponized federal law enforcement and fusion center employees. I wrote a blog post a while back about being the messenger; regardless of how this is perceived, I do believe that I have an obligation to deliver a message. I have not wavered in doing everything I can to expose the Targeted Individual program. My goal has never been about seeking martyrdom. My goal is now and has always been to expose the nefarious Targeted Individual program. A program that traffics and entraps law abiding US citizens for the purpose of using these citizens as unwilling human test subjects in order to build an advanced AI network that is capable of isolating, propagandizing, manipulating, deterring, punishing and incapacitating select individuals in a much larger human population; All while coercing and indoctrinating the audience of onlookers into garnering their acceptance and participation of the isolation, out casting, and dehumanization of those same selected individuals. You may think I am crazy or that I and other Targeted Individuals deserve the oppression that we have endured for years. You may also believe that the US government would not do something like this to US citizens unless they were righteous in doing so.
There are so few people that actually think critically anymore. Most people that believe they are capable of thinking for themselves are only brave enough or capable enough to do so provided that their “thinking for themselves” aligns with their religion, political party affiliation or their groups (family, friends) beliefs. The reality is that the average US citizen doesn’t have much time to learn to think objectively or learn to think for themselves. You are being indoctrinated.
Leaning on my experiences and learning over the past several years, I believe that the Bush-Cheney administration will go down in history as one of the worst US presidential administrations with respect to bypassing US citizens’ privacy and administering the beginning of the invasive surveillance state. I also believe that the current Trump administration, with their Artificial Intelligence initiatives, could end up being worse for the average US citizen with regard to the continued invasive surveillance, invasion of privacy and bypassing US citizen’s civil liberties. This is not meant to be overly dramatic or hyperbole. Simply think for yourself, and honestly research and understand the actions from this administration. Also, much like the Bush-Cheney Patriot Act, and the FBI TSDB that was created from it, both of which appeared genuine and “America First” when they were implemented; it often takes years for the true intentions and implications of some of the policies, laws and executive orders to be revealed. You really do need to learn how to think for yourself.
For anyone wanting to understand what being a Targeted Individual feels like, I watched an interesting movie on Netflix “Relay” a couple of months ago. It’s about a person that helps whistle blowers evade the retaliation from corporate elitists that have used Targeted Individual type harassment and oppression tactics against the whistle blowers. Anyway, I have mentioned the fusion centers that are associated with the FBI that are used to carry out the oppression against Targeted Individuals. At the 1:09:10 point of “Relay” it mentions the fusion center with respect to identifying the activist that is helping the “TI” evade the elitist gang stalkers oppression. The TI program is much broader (all encompassing) as far as the oppression is concerned, and the movie doesn’t really show the use of the dehumanizing smear campaign tactics which are prevalent in all Targeted Individual cases. However, with respect to invasive monitoring tactics and harassment, this movie does have some parallels to the TI program. For the most part “Relay” is a semi-realistic generalization of what life is like for a Targeted Individual. Aside from the ending being a bit cheesy and predictable, “Relay” is interesting and is worth watching IMO.

The FBI TSDB, fusion centers, and Palantir all were ultimately contrived from the Patriot Act post 9-11-2001. As I have said before all of these are involved in the virtual captivity of law-abiding US civilians within the Targeted Individual program. Federal law enforcement and their involvement in fusion center coordination, InfraGard (in situations where critical infrastructure is involved – like my situation), Palantir and the Targeted Individual program are the beginning of the surveillance or police state that is the United States of America today. A surveillance or police state that will only become more invasive and insidious with regard to law abiding, tax paying US citizens that are ensnared by being portrayed or insinuated as “potential terrorist, antifa, enemy of the state” whatever. A police state that will get much more efficient, and much more adept at physically and emotionally harming and isolating selected US citizens and deceiving, propagandizing and indoctrinating the audience, with the continued use of and advancement in Artificial Intelligence. I used the words portrayed and insinuated as opposed to accused intentionally.
Targeted Individuals are never accused of terroristic intentions or having intentions of harming another person. Accused citizens fall within the scope of the judicial system and in so doing, accused citizens get a trial or a court hearing or some kind of due process. “Insinuated and portrayed citizens” (Targeted Individuals) are held outside of the scope of the judicial system and therefore they are not offered any type of recourse. This is literally the Palantir business model. It’s not that the “insinuated citizen” has any plans or intentions of wrongdoing; rather that the Palantir AI software yield flagged the “insinuated citizen” as someone who could have intentions of wrongdoing. I wrote a lot about Palantir and Palantir’s co-founder and chairman Peter Theil in one of my previous blog posts.
Regardless if you believe my ramblings or you think I am a complete crackpot is up to you. As I have said so many times, “Targeted Individuals are not trying to warn you that something is coming; we are trying to inform you that something is already here”.
What I am about to say I have said before in some manner. This is at the core of who I am and what I believe.
I believe that a man died on a cross over 2000 years ago. He did this to save me from myself. This man knows everything about me. I believe that someday I am going to meet that man. I believe on that day, that man is going to judge me for my faults, for my transgressions and for a trial that he put before me. A trial that has been harder than I could have ever imagined and a trial that is so much bigger than myself. I could hang my head in judgement for my faults and transgressions. Knowing the persecution that he went through to save me, I could attempt to look him in the eyes and try to give some weak excuse as to why I couldn’t continue to do everything I could to expose the nefarious Targeted Individual program. I will not hang my head in shame. I will meet his gaze and accept my fate, regardless of what that fate is. I am going to “complete my trial” to do what I can to expose the Targeted Individual program regardless of what anyone else thinks about that.
If you were an outsider looking down on the current AI arms race between the USA and China, putting your propagandized and preconceived notions and sense of nationality aside, being completely objective with respect to your knowledge of how these countries have treated or negotiated with other nations and how these countries have treated their own citizens, which country would you expect to do the right thing and use AI advancement for the good of humanity and the planet? Which country do you suppose would be more inclined to use AI technology for the gain of an elite few vs the majority of the global population? Maybe better stated, if Jesus were alive today, would he be more inclined to accept the philosophy and tactics of the US government or those of the Chinese government?
The real conundrum with advanced Artificial Intelligence is that we don’t know what untold secrets advanced AI will unlock. We can’t know how people will react to this. We can’t know if leaders of countries will use it for good or evil. We do know that, based on history, men have been tempted and corrupted by power and control since history began being recorded. Will advanced AI be able to change that?
I had only been an aware TI for a few months when I read the news about James Yoo. I felt the need to add a small part of his story to this blog post for a couple of reasons. First, I have no way of knowing for sure, but I am betting that no one has ever given the ending of his life an “equal voice”. James Yoo died being portrayed as an unhinged conspiracy theorist that had mental issues. When I initially read his story, I knew that James Yoo was a Targeted Individual. Secondly, I wanted to point out the depths that those behind the TI program will go to in order to cover up this program. I do not believe that James Yoo intentionally blew up his house, nor do I believe that his home’s explosion was a freak accident.
I obviously didn’t know James Yoo. Nor do I know what fraud he was attempting to expose, but from what I have read about his situation I do believe James Yoo was an unaware Targeted Individual. From his allegations and attempted exposition of fraud to his accusations of harassment, stalking and threats and his unwilling admission to a psychiatric facility, all of these are hallmarks of a Targeted Individual. If James Yoo was aware of the TI program, I assume that he would have said so. I also believe had James Yoo been an aware TI he would have avoided attempting to contact the FBI. He would have almost certainly taken a different approach to exposing the fraud he was aware of and he would have attempted to expose his knowledge of the TI program. I believe James Yoo was a Targeted Individual and he died in the “I know I am not going crazy yet still looking over his shoulder in anticipation of the next sucker punch to hit him in the face; even though he had no idea what he was looking for” stage of his Targeted Individual program entrapment.
I am not ready to join the “Reaper drone and hellfire missile camp”, but I sure as hell don’t believe that explosion was caused by 35 gallons of gasoline; in a residence where fire officials said the gas supply to the house had been turned off prior to the blast. Prior to the explosion, police officers broke down the door to the residence and “came under suspected gunfire.” However, the police officers “could not locate the source of the suspected gunfire or its intended target” – seriously WTF. The blast was said to have affected 10-12 surrounding homes and was seen across Arlington. Take a look at the video in the attached article below. If 35 gallons of gasoline will do that kind of damage, you may want to start parking your suburban in front of your neighbor’s house.
In June 2024, in contradiction to “conspiracy” theories that a Reaper drone hellfire missile was responsible, investigators determined that Yoo had intentionally caused the explosion by using up to 35 gallons of gas. A concrete motive has not been established.
Around 10 to 12 homes in the surrounding area were affected by the blast. Police are still investigating what caused the explosion.
Fire officials said the gas supply to the house had been turned off prior to the blast.
The blast was seen across Arlington.
The blast shook surrounding buildings, and authorities are assisting several families who could not yet return to their homes.
Arlington County Police Chief Andy Penn said officers then broke down the door to the home and came under suspected gunfire.
“Officers could not locate the source of the suspected gunfire or its intended target,” Mr Penn said during a news conference on Tuesday afternoon.
Dave Sundberg, assistant director of the FBI’s Washington field office, said that Mr Yoo had contacted the bureau several times over the years making allegations of fraud, but none of the messages resulted in any investigations.
Mr Yoo’s social media accounts indicated that he spent years filing legal claims and alleging conspiracies with little evidence to back them up.
He posted videos online of documents from a number of lawsuits that accused people of stalking, threatening and harassing him.
LinkedIn posts from Yoo’s account espouse rambling and at times incoherent conspiracy theories against government officials, law enforcement, media outlets and, in one post on Friday, his neighbors whom the post accuses of being spies and collecting his information for unnamed handlers

As I wrote previously, with my Targeted Individual entrapment, the NRECA (National Rural Electric Cooperative Association) cannot allow the US public to know that they are aware of, condone, and support the Targeted Individual program through NRECA associate members (like AZGT electric cooperative; whose management trafficked me into the TI program). The NRECA cannot afford to “let it be known” that they support a federally operated illegal program that is terroristic in its implementation and actions toward law abiding US citizens. Citizens that have been held without recourse, used as unwilling human test subjects for government DEW and neurological weapons systems, and as a test group in perfecting the isolation of the target while indoctrinating the audience to assist and support the TI isolation. The NRECA cannot afford for the general public to know their complicity with respect to Targeted Individual citizens having been dehumanized, oppressed, and endured physical and emotional trauma, for years-decades, under the guise of being potential terrorists by a program that was implemented using the false pretense of preventing terrorist activity in the United States. A program that has been being perfected for decades after having trafficked and ensnared tens-hundreds of thousands of US citizens, using untold billions of misappropriated taxpayer funds. A program that will continue to evolve in its deception and nefariousness with the evolution of Artificial Intelligence.
Anyone that has been associated with me in any aspect of my life during my TI entrapment has been indoctrinated and propagandized to believe that my oppression is justified because I didn’t repay a debt to a single mother, because I made an embarrassing mistake on the AZGT campus and because I had heterosexual pornography on a computer 20 years ago. All of which have been used in the dehumanizing and discrediting smear campaign implemented by federal law enforcement and federal contractors. “I am a deadbeat sociopath that doesn’t repay my debts; I am a homely loner incapable of having a social life; I am a pervert and sexual predator that must be watched”. As I have said so many times before, the fusion center employees and contractors that are responsible for spreading the malicious smear campaigns, recruiting gang stalkers and helping with the logistics and implementation of neuro cognitive and DEW weapons systems within the TI program, emphasize certain aspects of the smear campaign and sometimes all of the aspects are used based on the demographics, situation and intended perception of the “audience”.
The reality is that long before I knew about the existence of the TI program, before I was attacked with DEW or psychological-physiological weapons systems, before I was offered a severance in return for a signed NDA from AZGT electric cooperative (that I declined); those behind the TI program knew that I was not going to back down or go away easy. The reason for the use of 4 different fusion centers covering 3 separate states and dating almost a decade in their oppression of me is because, despite their insistence that my situation is not part of the Targeted Individual program, is that my situation is in fact a case study of the Targeted Individual program. I am a Targeted Individual, and I was able to figure out the primary concept of the TI program well before I knew of the existence of the Targeted Individual program. Which is to say that I am right in accusing Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby and by association the NRECA and Touchstone Energy of their trafficking me into a federally operated, misappropriated taxpayer funded program that is designed to dehumanize, discredit, humiliate, traumatize and physically and emotionally harm tax paying, law abiding US citizens. The Targeted Individual program operates in broad daylight, while its true intentions stay hidden in the shadows. While the Targeted Individual is traumatized, discredited and physically and emotionally harmed, the audience that is associated with them is propagandized and indoctrinated into agreeing with, condoning and in some cases assisting with the isolation and harm of the TI.
I will say this again because it bears repeating, simply put, many if not all of the “non-terrorists” or ‘non-investigative subjects” = Targeted Individuals that are on the FBI TSDB (implemented under the Patriot Act) have unwillingly been part of an elaborate, insidious and ingeniously deceptive Human Trafficking scheme via the Targeted Individual program.
In my case, my years of oppression have been nothing more than disinformation and deterrents to cover the culpability and complicity of Arizona G&T electric cooperative management, AZGT HR, and the AZGT CIP team, the NRECA, Touchstone Energy and multiple lawyers that are bar association board members who are associated with Patrick Ledger and Benjamin Engelby with respect their knowledge of and/or involvement in the Targeted Individual program.
I say all of this to emphasize that when an entity with direct government, federal law enforcement or federal intelligence services access wants to control the narrative of a whistle blower that can expose their nefariousness, there is nothing that will stop them from doing so. You really do need to learn to think for yourself.
I have written about context and perception separately at times. Context and perception are directly correlated, but perception changes based on context; feelings and sentiment change and are influenced based on “perceived context”. This is true of so many things in life. Have you ever read an email or text you sent someone and then thought maybe I should clarify that a little better? This was you thinking that the recipient may perceive what you wrote differently than how you meant it – the “perceived context”.
The actors involved in implementing the Targeted Individual program know this relationship between context and perception all too well, and they use it to their advantage and to the TI’s disadvantage. When a person is manipulated into a conversation where party A has knowledge of an “investigation” of party B, and party B is unaware of the “investigation”, this is the definition of coercion. Coercion is often used to reveal party B saying something that is often taken out of context; regardless of the context, this is the purpose of coercion – the “perceived context”.
I am saying again, I love this country and the ideals that this country was founded on, yet I despise the fact that the elitists of this country are ruining those same ideals, while lining their pockets with their ever-insatiable lust and greed for wealth and control. In doing so, the elite of this country have used me and tens-hundreds of thousands of other law abiding, tax paying US citizens as unwilling human test subjects in order to groom an AI program or network that will be used to manipulate, isolate and oppress selected individuals while indoctrinating the masses of a much larger human population.
If I could do it all over again…. There is a lot to that.
Would I change how I handled some things, my reactions to the psychological stress tactics that have been used on me? Yes, I would.
Would I have accepted the severance from AZGT, signed the NDA and attempted to take an ideal job in Texas? Again context. If I didn’t believe there was a nefarious plot to entrap me in something despicable and criminal that I wouldn’t do, then yes, I would.
After my Havana Syndrome attack and the stroke that resulted from it, would I have given up my goal of exposing what I now know is the Targeted Individual program? No, I would not have.
After all I have experienced throughout my trafficking and entrapment into the Targeted Individual program; the humiliation, the isolation, the oppression, the physical and emotional trauma, would I change anything or do anything different if it meant that I would have to give up my goal of exposing the Targeted Individual program?
In this case, I can honestly say that I wouldn’t change a thing.
