In my original blog post I referred to my situation as being multi-faceted, and it is. I originally thought that this was a combination of law enforcement and some sort of “Anti-PR company”. I now realize that a person in my situation is referred to as a Targeted Individual. I also now know that the multifaceted campaign is in fact driven by the US Government. The government does not refer to people in my situation as Targeted Individuals. Rather myself and other TI’s have been placed as suspects on the TSDB (Terrorist Screening Database).  Most Targeted Individuals that are placed on this list are classified as “non-investigative subjects”. In layman’s terms a non-investigative subject is someone that is on the TSDB yet has obviously been vetted enough to not be considered a terrorist. This is where it gets more dubious. This is a gray area, a type of judicial purgatory, where the subject TI has no recourse or path to due process and yet his/her name is on a list that allows government access and manipulation. This is one of the most insidious things about being a TI… If a person is truly a terrorist or actually has some type of plan against the US Government that person is investigated and ultimately is accused/arraigned and GIVEN A COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY AND DUE PROCESS. What I am absolutely, unequivocally stating here is that terrorists have more rights than a Targeted Individual. Actually, all criminals (pedophiles, human traffickers, serial killers etc.) have more rights than a Targeted Individual. 

Throughout this train wreck that has been my life for the past 7-8 years at this point, I always knew there was a bigger entity behind this. I also always knew that “The Company” (specifically the CEO and General Counsel) were also involved in this. I just couldn’t figure out how they were doing it. Over the years I have been able to piece everything together. At times this has been very stressful to the point of being seemingly insurmountable. Regardless, I have always had this sense of needing to try and reveal this. Not only for myself and my situation, but also for other Targeted Individuals that cannot figure out how to combat their personal trials. Based on my experience. There are likely many TIs that are not aware that this program even exists. It took me years to realize that I wasn’t going crazy. After I put all the pieces in place and I knew this was driven by the CEO and General Counsel, I still had doubts that this was being carried out by the federal government. When you are a tax paying citizen of the US, with no criminal record, expecting the government to be this insidious is not the first thing that comes to mind. When I felt certain that the government was behind this maliciousness there were a lot of times that I still second guessed this. I also know that there are currently thousands of others in similar situations, and I believe some of them came to a point where they couldn’t see a way out. I feel I need to speak out and reveal the insidiousness that exists within the US business sector combined with the resources of the US government. I feel like I owe it to the loved ones that were left behind by Targeted Individuals that felt they could no longer fight their personal battle. I don’t care what anyone thinks of me for saying this, nor do I care whether anyone believes me or agrees with me on this. This is where I am in my life, and I am not walking away from this. As I said in a letter to board members of the NRECA and Touchstone Energy… I don’t know if all Targeted Individuals are targeted for life, but based on my experiences I do believe that those Targeted Individuals that understand how this happened to them and can prove it (if they were given any type of due process) are in fact targeted for life. The Targeted Individual program is designed to humiliate, harass, oppress, physically and emotionally harm and ultimately isolate a person in every way possible – “to crush a person’s soul”. I still find it inconceivable that a program like this exists in the United States of America. 

The goal with this program is to discredit and isolate a person to the point where a TI can never get a chance to reveal their story or get any legal involvement. After all, the government refuses to reveal the names on the TSDB even after multiple FOIA requests. Combine that with the fact that most people on this list are considered non-investigative subjects. As ridiculous as this sounds I also believe that TI’s are used as disposable, unwilling test subjects. If a TI comes to the conclusion that they can no longer cope with their situation and decides to take their own life, the powers to be do not care. They will simply find another unwilling test subject to take his/her place. After all, “dead people blow no whistles”. The cover up of the nefarious agenda is almost as bad as the constant oppression and mental/physical trauma that a TI goes through.

What is the intent of this program? I can only speculate on this. However, the use of radio waves/microwaves to incapacitate a person could be a useful tool to those that have a purpose for it. In the future, assuming these things are still reported in the media, you will no longer have the same type of armed standoffs as Ruby Ridge or Waco. Sure, there will likely still be armed Federal Agents surrounding the perimeter, but before any entry is made the suspects will likely be incapacitated to the point of being “human bowls of Jello”. The government is aware that this technology is effective because they have been using it on thousands of TI’s both within the US and abroad for years (me included). What about V2K or “Voice to Skull technology”? Suppose you want to influence a radical environmental group or political faction to lessen or change their stance on certain issues? Many people that have tried to stop a bad habit or strengthen a good habit can attest to the influence of hypnosis on a person’s behavior. This may sound like total conspiracy theory BS to some, but I assure you that it is not. Another thing that is used in the control/influence of TI’s is Gang Stalking. The explanation of Gang Stalking can be broad and is tailored to the TI depending on their specific situation IMO. As I have explained before, in my personal situation, gang stalking has been used to coerce coworkers, neighbors, gym members, grocery store patrons, restaurant patrons etc. I believe in some of these situations (neighbors, work, gym owners) there has been direct contact from law enforcement/federal government employees. In the case of grocery store patrons, gym patrons, restaurants and literally anywhere else I have a phone and I am in a public setting I believe the gang stalking is more of “sophmoric peer pressure thing” in that embarrassing media (photos/videos and possibly false accusations) are sent to anyone in my vicinity that has the capability to receive such media. I will say again: the goal of the Targeted Individual program is to humiliate, harass, oppress, physically and emotionally harm and ultimately isolate a person in every way possible – “to crush a person’s soul”. Gang Stalking is a big part of the TI program. 

Many companies have access to the list of subjects that are on the TSDB. Which is another form of gang stalking for a person that is on this list that gets a job at any of these companies. It is also a form of gang stalking for anyone that is on said list that just wants to go to the grocery store and pick up some ground beef and a tomato.

I have sent several letters throughout my ordeal to people I feel are directly involved in this as well as those I feel have some obligation to prevent this type of activity in the future. I have sent letters to the electric cooperative CEO and General Counsel, the board members of the electric cooperative, the board members of two organizations/industry groups that are associated with the electric cooperative (NRECA and Touchstone Energy), and landlords. In many of these letters I have asked for a response as to who is behind this, why was it authorized and on whose authority it was authorized, and I asked for a copy of any information involved with an investigation concerning me that I have a right to know as a citizen of the state of Arizona and a citizen of the US. In the letters involving the board members of NRECA/Touchstone Energy I told them I believe  that this is nothing more than a personal vendetta driven by the electric cooperative CEO and general counsel. I explained to them how this happened, and I implored them to implement some essential employee protections to keep something like this from happening to any other employee that is associated with their organization. To this day, other than the response I received from HR with respect to my initial letter concerning some of my issues while avoiding others, I have not received a single response from any letter or concern I have raised. I am not sure if this is some type of “legal mental gymnastics” in that if there is never a response then there is no proof that the letters and documents I sent were ever read? After all, if a person is unaware of a problem or issues then there is no way they could be expected to address said problem/issues to begin with. Nonetheless, I am documenting everything I have sent, to whom it was sent, and proof that packages were delivered. I realize this isn’t fail-proof, but it’s a start. At some point I will try to find a way to send letters and corresponding documentation legally to parties that I feel have the ability and the obligation to look into this situation. More importantly, I believe these parties have the ability and obligation to implement some type of oversight to keep something like this from happening to others moving forward.

I want to be clear when I say again that depending on your job industry and classification you can be enrolled in the TSDB and become a Targeted Individual for nothing more than a personal vendetta by your employer. I am not trying to insinuate anything here. I am absolutely stating this as a fact that has happened to me. 

I also want to say something to anyone that has actively been involved in group stalking, and those that may not be actively involved but are all too quick to point a crooked finger at any TI. YOU ARE BEING GASLIGHTED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. We all have skeletons in our closet, and some of mine have been removed from my closet and paraded around for all to see. However, I am not on the TSDB because I have made some stupid mistakes, nor am I on the TSDB because I am a threat to national security or a threat to any other person. Most Targeted Individuals are in the same situation. The fact that we are classified as non-investigative subjects is literal proof of that. We are on a list that allows the US government to dictate and manipulate every aspect of our lives. There are thousands of TI’s and there is no way I will believe that I am the only person on the TSDB due to a personal vendetta. In addition, we are test subjects for a corrupt and cowardly group to hone their craft. I have definitely been the butt of jokes throughout my ordeal, as have other TI’s. Ultimately “the joke” is not on us. We are fully aware that we are living in the United States of North Korea while the common US citizen has not become aware of this fact….yet. 

The hypocrisy of the TI program.

Somehow it is beneficial for the government to use electronic warfare/testing on US civilians. As an example, Havana Syndrome and V2K=electronic warfare. However, if the technology that causes the Havana Syndrome was modified there is possibly a cure for addiction here. Instead of incapacitating a person, use a lower power and target a particular area of the brain to release endorphins/simulate the high of an opioid. And gradually reduce the power/endorphin release over time. Why would this not have the same outcome as nicotine patches or gum for smoking cessation? Somehow using this or similar technology for a beneficial purpose doesn’t interest the people that are behind this nefarious BS, yet using the technology to physically harm a TI that is speaking out about the cowardice of this program is warranted (think about that). All while our government wastes millions annually on social programs that do not work. The fact that the number of drug addicts/homelessness/tent cities have done nothing but increase in the past decade is proof of this. Which makes me wonder: what is their intent with all of this? Seriously, in the plethora of ways our government wastes money. What is the intent of maliciously attacking a person with electronic weapons? TIs are in “judicial purgatory”. We are subject to Havana Syndrome, V2K, gang stalking, sleep deprivation. Give me one logical reason that this type of oppression is used on thousands of people if we are not being used as human test subjects. All while anyone that is remotely aware of a Targeted Individual is gaslighted by the government to make you believe the TI is a terrible person and deserves this treatment. They are using your tax dollars to both do the targeting as well as to deceive you in the process. Wake TF up! 

I also want to say that throughout this entire ordeal I have not asked for a single cent from anyone. I have not attempted to use any unemployment benefits. Nor did I attempt to get any type of government assistance or disability from the “mini stroke” I suffered at the hands of these gutless cowards. My attempts to handle this on my own may be in vain, nonetheless this is the path I have chosen. I have reached out to multiple resources, and none are of any help. No one wants to believe something like this can happen in the United States today, or they have been gaslighted into believing that I deserve to be in this situation.

As I have said from the beginning, this entire ridiculousness started as nothing more than an oppressive smear campaign from a couple of weak men at a small electric cooperative in SE Arizona. That is a false statement. The correct statement is: This is nothing more than an oppressive smear campaign driven by the federal government and your tax dollars, but it was instigated by two weak men from a small electric cooperative in SE Arizona as A PERSONAL VENDETTA. I have spoken to lawyers, human resources, written letters to both the CEO and General Counsel of the Electric Cooperative, written letters to the board of the Electric Cooperative, and I have written letters to the board of NRECA and Touchstone Energy none of which have been any help. As I said before, the goal of the maniacal assholes who are responsible for the TSDB and the Targeted Individual program is to discredit the Targeted Individual in every way possible and ultimately, in my opinion, have the Targeted Individual that is persecuted relentlessly to decide this life is not worth living. Sadly, many TIs end up taking their own lives. I can attest that this is by far the most difficult thing I have ever been through. However, until that day comes, I will continue to speak out and contact anyone that I feel has a responsibility to keep something like this from happening to another person. 

People often say you see what you want to see. There is a lot of truth in this statement. In the case of a Targeted Individual, people see what they are told to see. It’s literally the definition of gaslighted. You are being gaslighted by the Federal Government and they are using your tax dollars to do it. There is a reason that Targeted Individuals are smeared, humiliated, harassed, gang stalked and physically and emotionally harmed. The people behind this nefariousness do not want you to question their means or methods. Nor do they want you to question their reasons or goals for the targeting. They will continue to gaslight you while discrediting Targeted Individuals. Especially those of us that know how this has happened to us and could prove it if we were given any type of due process.  

To those wondering why I didn’t accept the severance and move on with my life. I felt that doing so was to give up the one thing I always knew to be true (that the CEO and General Counsel of the electric coop are behind this). I always felt that giving into this oppression would not make it stop, and yet exonerating the two men that are responsible for this would give me no recourse. The facts that the cowardly oppression tactics have continued, combined with a healthy dose of Havana Syndrome for attempting to reveal the insidiousness of this situation are proof that as a Targeted Individual that knows how I was enrolled into this program, and could prove it if I were given due process, I am in fact targeted for life.

I am not sure if this ridiculousness started and continues because I have refused to bend the knee and kiss the ring of the two megalomaniacs from a small electric cooperative that started all of this. They have used some embarrassing media for a mistake I made 8 ½ years ago as a form of chickenshit blackmail. They have also found a way to use the federal government and US tax dollars to try and ruin every aspect of my life. As I said before, regardless of what path I choose I don’t think their cowardly oppression tactics will ever end. I have also previously stated that I will only bow in subservience to one man, and he died on a cross 2000 years ago. I may leave this world beaten and broken, but groveling to those two weak ass cowards of men and their US taxpayer funded henchmen will never be an option.
